In this analyse of form and content have I also chose to study how the magazine present femininity and how this affect the female identity.Material/Method: The material consists of 4 magazines from Solo and Solo G during 2005. A qualitative text analysis has then been used as a method of analysing the material.Main results: Solo G focuses a lot more on celebrities than Solo. Solo G uses the celebrities as role models to the youth to look up to.

Diabetes är en av de stora folksjukdomarna och i Sverige beräknas det finnas minst 350 000 människor med diabetes. Typ 2-diabetes är den vanligaste formen och utgör cirka 90 % av alla diabetesfall. Diabetes är förenat med många följdsjukdomar och för tidig död. Detta ger upphov till betydande samhällskostnader. Socialstyrelsen har utformat nationella riktlinjer som ska ligga till grund för vårdprogrammen i respektive landsting.

The cultural policy area has a tendency to be seen as a consensus area, where there are no big conflicts between the parties. The aim of this master?s thesis is to study the moderate party?s cultural motion 2005/06Kr:233 with the party leader Fredrik Reinfeldt as first author. If consensus rules, the party?s ideology should not be visible in the motion, but the assumption in the thesis is that it is visible.

Background: Goodwill has been a hot and debated topic for a longer period of time. Researchers have debated how goodwill should be accounted for and have not come to a solution. In 2005 IFRS standards came which meant that goodwill no longer will be amortized according to plan, but to be put through a yearly impairment test.Problem: A number of disclosure requirements in the financial reports have been made in an effort to avoid companies to account for goodwill differently. Apparently there still is a problem of how companies account for goodwill and there are several studies in the subject. But no one has studied how it is between two different industries, which make this study interesting to execute.Purpose/questions: This study have the purpose to investigate how the industries day to day wares and health care regards the disclosure requirements for goodwill by the impairment tests.

Det är därför viktigt att utveckla strategier som motiverar människor till träning. Visualisering är en teknik som visats ha en motivationshöjande effekt hos motionärer. Kim och Giacobbi (2009) menar dock att det finns ett behov av att skilja på innehåll, syfte och effekter inom motionsvisualiseringen och att ett nytt mätinstrument därför behövs. Syftena med studien var därför att: (1) utveckla och testa mätinstrumentet the Individual Profile of Imagery Experiences in Exercise (IPIEE; Weibull & Johnsson 2010), samt att (2) studera motionärers frivilliga och spontana visualiseringsupplevelser.

China?s accession agreement to the WTO comprehends a number of unique provisional regulations which are exceptional for the country and in conjunction with clauses and exceptions within the GATT and WTO these regulations enabled new restrictions on the trade with textiles and clothings.

Transportinfrastruktur är en grundförutsättning för en funktionsduglig ekonomi. Förbättringar av transportnätet kan resultera i minskade produktions- och transaktionskostnader, förenkla handel samt underlätta teknisk utveckling genom kunskapsöverföring företag emellan. Investeringar i transportinfrastruktur beskrivs ofta som en av de viktigaste förklaringsvariablerna till produktivitet och det senaste seklets höga tillväxttakt. AbstractThis essay deals with young people?s written language. It is often said that the student?s ability to write is worse today compared to earlier generations. The written language is an important condition for knowledge, therefore it is of great importance that all students, after finished secondary- and upper secondary school, have acquired an adequate language which is suitable in the public room.The fact that young people?s language is worse than earlier generations is a constantly recurrent assertion and often debated in school.

Sveriges Television kallar sig en TV i allmänhetens tjänst och har en erkänd roll som viktig aktör i den svenska demokratin. I sin roll som public service-företag har SVT en mängd uppgifter att fylla genom sitt programutbud. Public service uppgifter som alla tillsammans skall främja ett demokratiskt samhälle. I takt med att medielandskapet och samhället har förändrats så står SVT:s ar-bete med dessa uppgifter och mål inför nya utmaningar. Vi har i denna upp-sats anammat teorin om att TV-utbudet för public service idag börjat efterlikna de mer nöjesanpassade TV-kanalerna i fråga om programutbud.

MayAim: The Swedish banks SEB and Swedbank are on the same market but their goodwill is amortized totally differently and its results will be different. We decided to examine the accounts in Sweden and see if they have been more efficient, from a user perspective, after the introduction of IFRS in year 2005Method:  This paper is made from a quantitative and a deductive approach. We have collected data from all companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange between the years 2002-2008 using the computer program Financial Datastream and then made the regression and other analyses and comparisons with the program MinitabResult & Conclusions: We have in this paper demonstrated that how the accounting of goodwill designed is relevant to investors and that this relevance has increased in Sweden after the transition to IFRS. We have also concluded that the goodwill has greater relevance in a rising market than in a downward.Suggestions for future research: In future researches can the aim be to compare other accounting standards changes that occurred in the year 2005 and see if the accounting, from that perspective been more efficient.Contribution of the thesis: We have shown how the account influences investor?s decisions during different accounting systems and in particular how they react on the changed account of goodwill.

This study analyzes 66 Swedish actively managed mutual funds investing in the Swedish stock market during the period 2005-2014. The purpose is through pooled data regressions analyze the relationship between both the mutual fund?s annual fee and risk-adjusted return to the fund?s characteristics. The characteristics of the study are the size of the fund's assets, age, if the fund is bank managed or not, Tracking Error, and standard deviation of return.By using the performance measures of CAPM, Fama and French 3-factor model, and Carhart?s 4-factor model monthly risk-adjusted returns are created for all funds over the period.

Studien är en longitudinell analys där syftet är att beskriva ungdomars vardagliga livsföring utifrån de lokala villkoren i Haparanda år 2007, det vill säga efter Ikeas etablering. Ett delsyfte är att synliggöra förändringen i den lokala samhällsstrukturen mellan år 2005 och år 2007 och om förutsättningarna är lika för unga kvinnor och män att skapa sig en meningsfull framtid i kommunen. I studien kombineras både kvalitativ och kvantitativ metod. Intervjuerna utgörs av ungdomar i Haparanda kommun samt en arbetsförmedlare på den lokala arbetsförmedlingen. Enkätundersökning baseras på insamlad data som har gjorts vid två tillfällen, år 2005 samt år 2007, dels för att belysa förändringen i den lokala samhällsstrukturen mellan åren, dels som ett komplement till det kvalitativa materialet.

Introduktion: Kolorektalcancer är en av de vanligaste cancerformerna i Sverige. Behandlingen går oftast ut på att kirurgiskt avlägsna tumören vilket kan leda till en kolostomi. Patienten kan även behandlas med cytostatika och strålbehandling. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva hur patienter med kolorektalcancer upplever hälsorelaterad livskvalitet efter en kolostomioperation utifrån Ferrans et al. (2005) modell.

The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to examine if there is any gender role stereotyping conveyed in recent children?s picture books. The picture books examined are the ten most popular which are selected by a combination of Bokjuryn in Sweden, 2005, and children voting. Furthermore there is a winner each year. The investigation concerns how protagonists, girls and boys, are portrayed and, moreover, if there are any breaches of traditional gender patterns.
