Syftet med uppsatsen är att diskutera och analysera huruvida de från 2007 nya bestämmelserna om byråjäv uppnår sitt syfte, genom att undersöka dess påverkan på revisorns oberoende med avseende på kvalitet, tilltro och överensstämmelse. Uppsatsen är av induktiv karaktär med ett deskriptivt syfte. En kvalitativ metod valdes som forskningsstrategi för att samla in information. Vidare användes semistrukturerade intervjuer för datainsamlingen. Uppsatsens teoretiska referensram baseras på ämnesspecifika begrepp samt den internationella och svenska oberoenderegleringen.

Människans miljö och hälsa blir allt viktigare för individen, vilket medför en medvetenhet i dagens konsumtion. Vi har i vår uppsats valt att studera, via intervjuer och en observation, hur ett litet ekologiskt e-handelsföretag, Mossagården, går tillväga för att sprida det ekologiska budskapet och marknadsföra sig hos kunderna. Utifrån teorier om identitetsskapande, kvalitet, servicemöte, och marknadsföring analyserar vi Mossagårdens agerande och vilka konsekvenserna blir för kunden. Då Mossagården säljer sina produkter via sin hemsida tar vi även upp företagets fördelar och nackdelar med e-handel. Analysen visar att hemsidan har stor betydelse för företaget, därför är det viktigt att kontinuerligt utveckla sidan och dra nytta av de fördelar Internet ger.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att beskriva hur dagligvaruhandelns återförsäljare och leverantörer använder sig av annonsering för att bygga varumärkeskapital och jämföra dem. Detta syfte uppnås genom att besvara de frågeställningar vi presenterat under frågeställningar. Uppsatsens metod är av kvalitativ natur och genom nio personliga intervjuer med återförsäljare och leverantör inom den svenska dagligvaruhandeln beskriver vi hur varumärkeskapital byggs upp. Perspektivet är företagens och vi försöker hålla en jämvikt där konkurrenssituationen exemplifieras av lika många etablerade EMV som LMV. Utifrån framtagen analysmodell har vi använt fem begrepp för att beskriva varumärkeskapital: märkeskännedom, märkes-associationer, upplevd kvalitet, märkeslojalitet och image.

Background Satisfaction of life and wellbeing is shown to be important when the quality of life is to be understood. The nurse has a significant role in the care of the patient and in his/her experience of life. Aim The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of life, from a nurse perspective. Method The text analysis was carried out with qualified attempts, of a book, "Quality of life a challenge for the nurse" (in Swedish) by T. Rustoen, a nurse who also worked as a teacher in Norway. The book describes how quality of life is experienced from the patients and staffs view. Results The text analysis showed that out of the ordinary descriptions of quality of life, the author found four new themes. These themes where; the meaning of solidarity, confidence, activity and meaningfulness in the existence. Conclusion Quality of life is an important word, which means different to different kind of people.

As IT service departments in organisations are becoming more complex and customised, the indirect costs are increasing in relation to the total costs. The difficulty of fully estimating and identifying the spread of the cost in the IT service department is increasing. As a result, firms tend to budget the business unit as a total cost rather than as a spread of defined costs. In order to deal with this challenge an ABC calculation will be applied. The Time Driven ABC model will be conducted in OMX´s Servicedesk unit within the IT services.

SJ is a government-owned passenger train operator in Sweden. SJ currently uses asystem called Ford for control and monitoring of maintenance. Technical andorganizational factors have given Ford the character of a monolithic system withoutflexibility and conditions to meet SJ's increased requirements.The main purpose of this master's thesis is to investigate how data quality can bedefined at SJ and to examine the data quality in Ford. This will give SJ an indication ofwhat their quality efforts should focus on in the future.The technical data quality parameters found are: accuracy, timeliness, completenessand consistency. Many persons with long-term illness experience a decline in their quality of life. Perceived Quality of Life is a subjective term based on prior personal experiences and is highly individual. The aim of this qualitative study was to investigate perceived Quality of Life in persons with Multiple Sclerosis and to get knowledge if physical therapy changes a person?s quality of life. Three women and three men with a range of disability were interviewed in depth.

Our purpose of this paper is to seek an understanding of which service quality factors that affects customers in their decision making progress regarding purchasing financial services such as pension products. We also seek to evaluate the different service quality factors by compare their relative strength against each other. The study aim to investigate if there are any connections between customer behavior variables such as gender, age and income in comparison to these service quality factors related to pension products.The findings aim to help a small financial institute such as our case company Plain Capital to understand how their customers experience service quality regarding pension products.In order to find empirical results we conducted a qualitative research as well a quantitative research. The qualitative research employed both a focus group interview with pension savers and an interview with our case company Plain Capital. We were able to identify the service quality factors for pension?s products with help from the focus group interview.

This thesis has been made in cooperation with Forsheda Stålverktyg AB which develops and manufactures injection moulds and diecasting tools. The main concern has been their Trading-system which provides them with considerable amount of quality lost function.Focus has to however be put on the analysis of the Trading-system due to the fact that this has previously meant various quality issues for the company.This thesis treats quality assurance of the Trading-system, identification of the problems in the process and improvements of these problems.Quality assurance is carried out when a company detects that their quality based costs become too high. Sedan 50-talet har flera empiriska studier bevisat att det finns positiva samband mellan prisoch kvalitet på flera konsumentvarumarknader i olika länder. Även om korrelationen mellanpris och kvalitet vanligtvis är relativt låg, använder konsumenterna ändå priset som entumregel för att bedöma kvaliteten. I uppsatsen visas det empiriska sambandet mellan pris ochbedömd kvalitet för ett antal konsumentprodukter i Sverige som konsumenttidningen Råd &Rön har kvalitetstestat år 2011. Analysen baseras i huvudsak på Spearmansrangkorrelationstest (rs). Resultaten i vår uppsats är i linje med tidigare studier.
