There have been several projects with solar installations in Sweden, and Sala-Heby Energi (SHE) wanted to create a solar plant. The question answered in this thesis is whether it is economically viable to create such a source of sustainable, renewable energy. The plant would be built with the help of the financial effort from 120 customers. This economic union would sell the electricity to the SHE, for SEK 4.50 per kWh up to a certain level over a period of 10 years. It would be a long term commitment to environmentally friendly electricity, using solar cells which convert sunlight directly into electricity.In year 2009 there was introduced a new state aid for photovoltaic systems, to create an increased and continuing interest in solar cells.

I denna studie undersöks sambanden mellan text och samhälle i Stefan Löfvens politiska sommartal den 25 augusti 2013. Studien intresserar för hur olika språkliga strategier kan användas för att positioneraStefan Löfven som blivande statsminister. Studien utgår teoretiskt i från Faircloughs kritiska diskursanalys men innehåller också delar ursystemisk-funktionell grammatik och samtalsanalys. Resultaten pekar på att talets övergripande syfte är att positionera talaren som statsministerkandidat både på ett nationellt och internationellt plan. Positioneringen sker dels textuellt genom användningen av pronomen för att etablera en gemensam plattform mellan talare och åhörare, dels diskursivt genom en blandning av olika diskurser som positionerar talaren i en nationell/internationell kontext.

Stroke is caused by a bleeding or infarct in the brain and is one of the most common diseases in Sweden today. The purpose of the study was to evaluate if Ronnie Gardiner?s Rhythm Therapy (RGR-therapy) has any effect, regarding motor control and the subjective experienced health related quality of life, on people who have been affected by stroke. The examination group consisted of eight people. The intervention consisted of RGR-therapy once a week during a period of nine weeks.

The share of problem gamblers increased for men between 18-24 years old during the period 1999-2009, while the share were steady or decreased for other classes of population. This study examines the relation between this development of problem gambling and the Swedish gambling market. The factors that are studied are the functioning of the market with a focus on the new Internet market for gambling, the games and the underlying risk factors in those, the marketing and other factors outside the gambling market. First a large literature review was made to map the development as detailed as possible. After that a qualitative analysis of the content in television commercials was done to see if they were made for the problem group.

The forest in the county of Småland has been utilised for a long time. One of the most important forms of utilisation of wood has been charcoaling for the benefit of the iron industry. Shortage of forest in relation to the iron industry, was discussed already in the 17th century in Sweden. The aim of this study was to analyse the purchase and consumption of charcoal at Storebro Bruk, an ironwork in Småland, during the period 1793-1850, as well as analyse the shortage of forest at the time. To determine the utilisation of the forest in the area, I have used historical sources from Storebro Bruksarkiv.

Practitioners of financial statement analysis are dependent on key ratios in a multiple number of situations, one in particular being equity valuation. A lack of historical benchmarks, and knowledge regarding the time series behaviour of such ratios, has been identified regarding Swedish companies. Therefore, this study sets out to provide such data and knowledge. Companies listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange are examined over the period 1979-2009 where the sample is divided into nine industry groups. Historical values for eight common key ratios are documented with regards to median, mean, standard deviation and percentiles.

Detta specialarbete syftar till att söka utröna den syn på språk och kunskap, som ligger bakom det sätt på vilket biblioteken strukturerar sitt arbetsmaterial, dvs media, för att kunna återvinna dem. Jag följer en tradition från Platon via skolastiken, Leibniz och positivismen fram till våra dagars forskning om artificiell intelligens, som gör gällande att all kunskap är möjlig att fånga med ett exakt språk och en universell metod. Denna studies syfte är att studera förskolebarns lärande om lövsprickning och hur förskollärare kan underlätta detta lärande. Metoden som används är learning study, vilket kan sägas vara en form av aktionsforskning. Learning study är en metod för att studera elevers lärande, det är praxisnära forskning som knyter samman teori och praktik. Det som analyseras är inte undervisningsmetoder, utan hur de kritiska aspekterna som underlättar förståelsen av lärandeobjektet presenteras. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten är variationsteorin som har många likheter med den utvecklingspedagogik som präglar förskolans läroplan.Förskolan ska sträva efter att barnen förstår naturvetenskapliga fenomen och sammanhang.

Detta projekt har utförts på en 10 veckors period och ligger på C-nivå (15högskolepoäng). Projektet gick ut på att ta fram ett kåpningsförslag för FUMO 3. Under denna period har de första 6 veckorna bestått av konceptframtagning och bearbetning av koncept, och de sista 4 av själva prototypframtagningen. Metoderna som använts för idégenerering och konceptframtagning har varit diverse produktutvecklingsverktyg. Då många ändringar och korrigeringar gjordes framför allt gällande basplatta, IP-lådor och externa enheter ganska sent in i projektet kunde gruppen inte fastställa ett konceptförslag förrän närmare slutet av arbetet med detta projekt.

Ultrasound is a well established diagnostic method in small animal veterinary practice but there appears to be limited use of ultrasound for evaluating the musculoskeletal system. The aim of this study was to investigate what publications exist concerning musculoskeletal ultrasound of dogs and to compare the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound at the University Animal Hospital (UDS) in Uppsala, to other animal hospitals in the world. The literature review is divided into three parts, the front leg, the hind leg and miscellaneous. The literature review focuses on the musculoskeletal abnormalities that can be seen with ultrasound. The front and hind leg sections are mainly focused on the joints.

This report was written as a result of a Bachelor Degree Project at the School of Technology and Society at University of Skövde, first semester 2007. The assigner was Tibrokök in Tibro, Sweden. The commission was originally to design a sliding door concept for kitchen. Later it was expanded to also include bathrooms.During the feasibility study of the project Internet was used as an information source. Kitchen brochures and magazines were ordered from different companies to give inspiration and ideas.

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a product in the form of a database that can be used for cost estimates of equipment within bio refineries. Through interviews and literature searches the key components and their costs were identified. The database was constructed in Microsoft Excel with different tabs for different categories of components; these tabs are further divided into three parts: one part with costs, one part with calculations and an information part. Most of the part with costs contains the expenses found in scientific papers during the literature study, the calculating part converts different capacities according to user preferences and the currency to euro (?) from 2010 and the information part consists of references and information about what is included in the cost.The database is a good tool for making cost estimates for bio refineries.

Med en kritisk diskursanalys undersöks hur den adopterade representeras i tv-serien Leende Guldbruna Ögon ur ett socialkonstruktionistiskt perspektiv. De verktyg som används i diskursanalysen är teorierna om semantisk täthet, hegemoni och inkodning/avkodning. Resultatet av undersökningen är att den adopterade representeras som ett fritt flytande subjekt mellan den svenska dansbandsdiskursen och invandrardiskursen. SVT:s avkodade budskap är av undersökningen att döma att den adopterade blir en del av ett homogent blattedansband. Det budskapet har potential att påverka svenska folkets syn på människor med en kulturell identitet som inte sammanfaller med det som hudfärgen representerar..

Studien Lärare samtalar om sin läs- och skrivundervisning. ? Fokusgruppssamtal som arena förkritisk självprövning? har tagit avstamp i en kartläggning av svenskämnets läs- och skrivutvecklingsom genomfördes i en mellansvensk kommun, vårterminen 2011.Syftet med studien är att belysa och kritiskt granska hur lärare talar om sin undervisning när detgäller arbetet med elevers läs- och skrivutveckling med särskilt fokus på elever som kan vara ibehov av särskilt stöd i sin läs- och skrivutveckling.För att lärare skulle ges möjlighet att samtala om sin undervisning valdes fokusgruppssamtal förinsamlande av empirin. Studien är av kvalitativ art och har en hermeneutisk forskningsansats somutgångspunkt, med ett konstruktionistiskt kunskapsteoretiskt perspektiv.Det lärarna i samtalen gav uttryck för att de gör i arbetet med att utveckla elevers läs- och skrivutveckling,och som jag betraktar som strategier, har jag valt att beskriva utifrån följande kategorier:1. Feed intake in dairy cows is regulated by a variety of factors influencing hunger and satiety. One of the regulation systems includes the short chain fatty acids produced during feed degradation in the rumen. Starch can be digested either in the rumen where short chain fatty acids are produced or in the small intestine where glucose is the end product. Since glucose does not have the same effect on satiety that short chain fatty acids have, the site of starch digestion might be an important factor that affects feed intake and milk production. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of site of starch digestion on feeding behaviour (feed intake, consumption time, and eating frequency) and milk production. Because feeding behaviour is closely connected to the cows? environment, the study also included observations of behaviour. Three different feed rations were compared.
