The purpose with this examination is to interpret and analyze interviews with a few chosen teachers and parents to find out what they think about using Instagram in preschool. My purpose of my study is also to see how preschools can improve parental interaction by using social media in their daily occupation.My questions for this study are: How can you use social media in preschool and what is the purpose with this? What does a few teachers thinking about using Instagram in preschool? What does a few parents thinking about using Instagram in preschool? Could it be any problems with the using of Instagram in preschool? What kind of material is published on a few chosen preschools Instagram account? To get answers to my questions, I have made qualitative interviews with three teachers and three parents. As a complement to my interviews, I have made an observation and description what preschools publish on their Instagram account. I have featured some research about parental interaction and the meaning of that.

Syfte: Vilken effekt som publiceringar från media med dåliga ekonomiska tider har på aktiespararna på stockholmsbörsen samt undersöka om dessa nyheter påverkar aktiepriset på ett negativt eller positiv samt hur aktiesparare reagerar på ekonomiska indikationer samt om aktiespararens utbildningsnivå har någon effekt på om aktiespararen använder sig av media som beslutsunderlag i sin aktiehandel.Metod: Det är två undersökningar varav den ena är en kvantitativ enkätundersökning utan kvalitativa element. Den andra är ett stickprov på aktiekurser i samband med specifika artiklars publiceringsdatum.Slutsats: Utifrån de resultat som presenterats så går det att utläsa att aktiesparare sällan använder sig av media som beslutsunderlag när de handlar med aktier samt så finns inget negativt samband med de valda artiklarna och aktiekursen. Det fanns dock ett sammanband i det att aktiesparare med högra utbildning är mindre benägna att använda sig av media och dess indikationer som beslutsunderlag i deras handel med aktier.Fortsatt forskning: Det finns flera intressanta undersökningsfrågor kvar, bland annat så skulle undersökningen behövas göras på mer än ett område av media samt på flera olika områden av aktiemarknaden än dagligvaruhandeln. En annan intressant fråga är att enligt enkätundersökningen så är många aktiesparare högt utbildade inom ämnet men är fortfarande osäkra på deras effekt på aktiemarknaden när de handlar.Uppsatsens bidrag: Ett försök till att undersöka om media skapar sina egna självuppfyllande profetior i samband med att de publicerar nyheter med en negativ vinkling på det kommande ekonomiska klimatet. Enligt undersökningen så har inga tidningsartiklar någon märkbar effekt på aktiekursen..

The aim of this study was to examine the existing discourse of assault in Aftonbladet from the years 2012 and 2013. We have studied news articles and analysed them by using discourse analysis as theory and method.The study shows that the portrayal of perpetrators and victims in assault cases tend to differ depending on gender. The women is portrayed as weak and part of a homogeneous group while the man is portrayed as dominant and offered a more individual role. The study also shows that the normative group is separated from the deviate groups in society. The analyze show that media, through this representation, maintains the normative power in society.

San Andreas.Main results: The video games are often connected to brutal violence but the analysis of the game Jade Empire shows that it is possible to hve control of the violence in the games and that the player has a possibility to choose the outcome of violence.

This study aims to research how digital media can be used for communication and information management between teachers at preschools and children?s homes. To get an understanding of this we have investigated which channels are being used and for what purposes. The interest has also been to explore preschool teachers and caregivers? attitudes towards digital communication in preschools.A qualitative case study of comparative nature has been conducted, where two preschools were selected because of their use and non-use of digital media for communication with caregivers.

This study analyses how different companies offer customer support through social media andthe customer experience of it.Facebook emerged in Sweden during 2008 and today it has more than 800 million user acrossthe globe. Initially Facebook was created for individuals. However, over time, Facebook hasincreased its functionality to support the presence of companies as well. Today most companieshas got a Facebook page and through it, they can easily communicate with their customers.Customer support is one of the communication forms that Facebook is used for.1A questionnaire that received a hundred responses together with a survey of the differentFacebook pages was done in order to determine how the companies work through socialmedia. The results from the questionnaire and the survey was analyzed with different theoriesregarding corporate presence on social media and Facebook.The results shows that only a few people actually used Facebook for customer support butamongst the ones who did the majority thought it worked well.

The purpose of this study was to investigate what knowledge 16 year old highschool students have when it comes to text- and imageposting on social media and how they act on the basis of their skills and attitudes on text and image publishing. An important aspect of this was to investigate the impact of young people 's identity in relation to text- and image posting on social media as this according to research is a big part of what motivates young people in their everyday practices (Buckingham, 2008). The essay questions was , What is young people?s experience on posting text- and image on social media? How aware are young people at the pros and cons on posting text and images on social media? What are young people's attitudes about text and image posting? And how do young people act on the basis of experience , awareness and attitude? Which role plays identity in their actions? To seek answers to my questions and achieve the aim of the thesis was conducted three semi-structured focusgroup interviews in collaboration with two high schools. The results have been reported, interpreted and analyzed by pattern-seeking. The theoretical framework used in this paper is the research and theories of primarily media researchers who have distinguished themselves in the Media and Youth research, For example, Ulla Carlsson, David Buckingham, Sonia Livingstone and Kristen Drotner.

The purpose of this essay is to analyze the EU discourse in the Swedish media. The questions that the analysis seeks to answer are; what image of EU is portrayed in the Swedish media? To which degree does the EU discourse fulfill media?s ?news values?? And what are the potential effects of the discourse on EU?s reputation? After several demarcations, I chose 8 articles form Sweden?s four largest newspapers to base the analysis on.    The theoretical and methodical structure behind this analysis is the theories and practices of Fairclough?s critical discourse analysis. Added to the theoretical structure are also theories about reputation and theories about news values. The method used in the analysis is a modified version of Fairclough?s three-dimensional model of critical discourse analysis.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur lärare i Idrott och hälsa, Biologi och Hem ochkonsumentkunskap resonerar kring animaliska livsmedel i anknytning till sin undervisning, samt hurlärarnas läromedel förhåller sig till animaliska livsmedel. Empirin bygger på halvstruktureradekvalitativa intervjuer med fem grundskolelärare; två lärare undervisar i Idrott och hälsa, en lärareundervisar i Biologi och två lärare undervisar i Hem- och konsumentkunskap. Jag har även genomförten läromedelsanalys med utgångspunkt från en kritisk diskursanalys. Intervju- och textmaterialetanalyseras utifrån en kritisk teori och en kritisk djurteori. Analysen av studiens resultat understrykeren prioritering av animaliska livsmedel i läromedlen varpå den vegetabiliska kosten konstrueras somett icke fullvärdigt alternativ.

I have with this thesis sought to understand how chick lit could be useful in the classroom in the teaching of Swedish B-course in high school. Based on the model of critical literacy I am arguing that this genre would help to meet the objectives of the policy documents which, among other things, are to critically examine and analyze various types of texts.I have found that some of these texts could be used for analyzing and critically examine the ideological dimensions of texts and cultural heritage by the model of critical literacy, and also as a counterweight to the more traditional teaching of the canonical literature as a literary historical stuff that students should learn. I have also wanted to create a basis for discussions about literature in the classroom based on the chick lit genre. To do this I have, based on three themes and questions from the model of critical literacy, tried to focus on issues that might emerge from the ideological analysis and critical review. The model aims to deconstruct norms of society, and in the work of chick lit, I wanted to show how you could deconstruct norms around gender..

Vad är bildning och vem är egentligen bildad var frågorna som inspirerade till denna studie. Bildningsdiskursen har en lång tradition bakom sig vilket inneburit en mångtydighet i begreppets betydelse. Debatterna har gått upp och ner och än idag finns konflikter som sätter prägel på kultur, utbildning och samhällsdebatten. Frågor som uppdagats är vad bildning innebär och till vilken samhällsnytta den har i en modern tid. Den digitaliserade närvaron med dess makt i meningsproduktion ligger till grund för att undersöka hur bildningsdiskursen ser ut i media.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka samt kritiskt granska grunderna för förvarstagande enligt Utlänningslagen 10 kap. 1 §. Med diskursanalytisk utgångspunkt studerades förvarsbeslut i relation till samhällskontexten. Undersökningen fokuserade på hur besluten motiverades, hur de förvarstagna och andra aktörer konstruerades i besluten samt vilka diskurser vi fann. Materialet bestod av 29 domstolsbeslut om förvar från Migrationsdomstolen i Göteborg vilka analyserades med hjälp av kritisk diskursanalys och Faircloughs tredimensionella analysmodell.

Den här studien behandlar ?alarmerande nyheter? på internet och är en studie om publikens mottagande av larmrapporter i media på nätet. Allmänheten översköljs dagligen med information gällande kost, hälsa och livsstil från olika mediekanaler. Ständigt uppmanas allmänheten till att ändra sina vanor, trots att det i vissa fall har varit helt obefogat.

Denna studie behandlar ekologisk hållbar utveckling inom den kommunala planeringsprocessen. Den ekologiska dimensionen av hållbar utveckling är ett omtalat begrepp inom landskapsarkitekturen och har på senare tid fått ta en allt större roll i diskussioner på olika planeringsnivåer och blivit ett övergripande mål inom samhällsutvecklingen. Med en i dagsläget succesivt försämrad miljö och resursbas kan samhällsutvecklingen inte fortsätta i samma takt och riktning. Därför kan ekologisk hållbarhet ses som en grundförutsättning för kommande generationers fortsatta samhällsutveckling. Studien baserar sig på en kritisk granskning av Lunds kommun och dess policydokument för en ekologisk hållbar utveckling. Syftet var att undersöka hur väl visioner för en ekologisk hållbar utveckling efterföljs på kommunal planeringsnivå och konkretiseras i praktiken. Genom en kritisk granskning hade studien som vision att undersöka om det fanns ett eventuellt glapp mellan teori och praktik.

Förr eller senare minskar tillgången på råolja och därmed bensin och diesel i världen. Då måste vi människor finna andra drivmedel för att klara våra transportbehov och andra behov som är beroende av drivmedel.
