To make a company or an organization reach a goal it requires the right way of thinking when recruiting new employees. One mistake and one wrong recruitment can cause a company or an organization huge expense, which are possible to avoid. A right recruitment is about having a good recruitment process which will support the right decision when choosing new employees. The purpose of this thesis is to do an analysis on three recruitment companies recruitment process and show the significance of the recruitment process for hiring the right person for the right position. The information for this paper has been collected through interviews and literature which concerns this subject.

The acquisition process as an object for research and empirical studies have increased in importance during the past decade. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate this process further. This was done by reviewing previous research covering the area of mergers and acquisitions. Seven key factors that should be considered in an acquisition process emerged; acquisition project management, planning, communication between the acquirer and the potential target, goal alignment within management, company-cultures, a trade-off between a certain speed in integrating the companies and consideration of the employees, and finally the follow-up. These factors have been shown to increase the likelihood of value creation in acquisitions.

The aim of this thesis is to study a job-searching process and elements that affects it. The elements I have focused on are gender, class and social network. The study is based on interviews and a survey study with students from the educational program of Social work (Socialomsorgsutbildningen), that graduated 3 years ago. Through the survey I have examined their social-background and their job-searching process. The interviews are the main focus in the study.

I det inverterade klassrummet flyttas genomgångarna från klassrummet till videofilmer som eleverna ser på hemma. Lektionerna ägnas till stor del åt sådant som annars hade utgjort hemarbete för eleven. I denna studie analyseras gymnasieelevers uppfattning av denna undervisningsmodell i matematikämnet med fokus på videogenomgångarna och förändringar i hem- och skolarbete.Det framkommer att elevernas uppfattningar av videogenomgångarna kan kategoriseras utifrån deras grad av aktivitet under videogenomgången samt deras beroende av relationen mellan elev och lärare. I en jämförelse mellan enkla filmer, digitala animationer och klassrumsgenomgångar framhålls de enkla filmernas tydlighet och fokus på matematik, samt klassrumsgenomgångarnas flyktiga natur. Dessa resultat diskuteras utifrån en kognitiv modell för överbelastning av arbetsminnet.Eleverna uppfattar att deras arbetsbelastning är lägre i det inverterade klassrummet än i ett traditionellt klassrum eftersom det finns mer tid för egen räkning i klassrummet.

BAKGRUND: En av våra snabbast växande folksjukdomar i dagens samhälle är demens. Individer med demenssjukdom besitter olika hinder därav bl.a. kognitiv påverkan eller kognitiv svikt, vilket i sig medför svårigheter av kommunikationsart. Detta medför vidare problematik kring identifieringen av smärtsymtom. SYFTE: Att undersöka hur sjuksköterskor bedömer smärta hos äldre personer med en diagnostiserad demenssjukdom.

Nutrient enrichment is the main cause of the increasing eutrophication process in the Baltic Sea during last century. A prerequisite counteract this process the load of nutrients to the Sea must be investigated. The large contribution of nutrients to the Sea is caused by emission from the rivers within the drainage basin. For the total emission of nutrient into the Sea the retention process in the rivers has big influence. This process in the river system has been assumed as a not important part of the nutrient cycle.

Resultatet visar, att det fanns en stor medvetenhet i intervjugruppen om lekens betydelse för den kognitiva utvecklingen. Detta var för mig en glädjande upptäckt. Vidare kom det fram att det pågick olika utvecklingsarbeten, inget var direkt kopplat till lek, men leken fanns hela tiden med i tankarna hos respondenterna. Kompetensutveckling, samtal och handledning var viktiga redskap för att utveckla verksamheterna. Samtliga respondenter menade att man kan använda lek som specialpedagogisk metod och att det gagnar alla barnen i gruppen.

The purpose of this Bachelor?s thesis is to describe and analyze the implementation of Facebook in a public library. A case study consisting of qualitative interviews and studies of documents containing goals for the library has been conducted at a public library going through the process of implementing Facebook in their operations. The theoretical framework for this study consists of Everett M. Rogers?s stages of the innovation-decision process and his characteristics of innovations as perceived by individuals.

The aim with this literature review is to describe the ensilage process in a bunker silo. The process from harvest and chopping to filling and unloading the silo is explained. The sealing of the bunker silo plays an important role for the final quality of the silage. This review covers some of the techniques used. There are many silage additives on the market, some of them are presented including how they act in the ensilage process.

En stor del (uppskattningsvis 30%) av primärvårdens patienter lider av psykisk ohälsa. Genom införandet av Rehabgarantin garanteras personer med ångest och depression evidensbaserad samtalsbehandling bland annat i form av kognitiv beteendeterapi. En enkätundersökning visar att behandlare inom primärvården i Jämtland ger en behandling som influeras av andra terapeutiska inriktningar tillsammans med KBT och att de anser att KBT i sig är en alltför begränsad metod för att möta behoven hos primärvårdens patienter. Enkätundersökning visar också att man anser att rehabgarantin främjar samsyn och teamarbete samt att den höjer statusen för samtalsbehandling i jämförelse med andra behandlingsmetoder. När det gäller kostnadseffektivitet ser man både fördelar och nackdelar för patienter och verksamheten.

This essay describes a single case self-study of a music composer in order to track the compositional process in real time. In the study the subject and the researcher are the same person. The study builds on previous empirical studies that have used methodological approaches such as analysis of computer-based digital data collection, verbal protocol and video observations. It deals with issues of the compositional process related to for example time consumption, number of artistic decisions, the different roles and skills of a music composer, and methods of research in the musical composition process. During three shifts the researcher worked as a music composer dealing with the issue of converting an audio sketch of a composition into a representative finished audio product.

How does IT-consultants reason in their consulting process regarding the development of a clients IT-based internal recruitment system? The purpose with this paper is to investigate how an IT-consultant is reasoning in a consulting process and investigate whether consultants are using established models and methods in their work. We have chosen to work with a qualitative examination to attain our purpose. In our work gathering the empirical facts we have been working with a case study, an observation and a simulation exercise. The combination of these has made it possible to carry out the paper and produce the most correct data possible. Conclusion: We state that IT-consultants do not use any theory-based methods, they use process methods created by themselves and their company.

Producing a building is a long and complex process. It consists of several parts, from the feasibility study and design stage onto the construction and finally the management of the building. The design process is a critical part of the process where construction plans are made. The quality of the plans affect the production phase in great extent and faulty plans can pose a risk for extra costs for all parts in the process. The cost of producing dwellings has increased the last years and the detail design process is one of many phases where improvements can mean cost savings within the whole building process.This report aims to point at parts within the detail design process which could be more efficient, regarding communication, follow-up and time planning, and to give suggestions for improvements.

???Information Technology is an essential part of the society today, not least in large ???organisations dealing with sensitive information. An example of such an organisation is the Swedish Armed Forces which indeed is in the need of ways to ensure information security in their Information Technology systems. The means which is used is an authorisation and accreditation process.All Information Technology systems go through a life cycle which includes realisation, usage, development and liquidation. In the Swedish Armed Forces the lifecycle is an authorisation process.

Forskningsintresset i denna studie fokuserar på hur det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet tar sin form på förskolorna. Centrala aspekter i studien är hur det sker utifrån barnens perspektiv och hur förskollärarna ser på arbetet med det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet. För att undersöka detta intervjuade vi åtta förskollärare på två olika förskolor. Vi använde oss av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod, i form av intervjuer, för att få reda på vad respondenterna verkligen anser. Detta för att få en tydligare bild över hur det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet fungerar i förskolans värld och för att ta reda på om det är, eller kan bli en naturlig del av arbetet inom förskolan.
