Genom kunskaper om historien förstår vi nuet : En kvalitativ studie om gymnasieelevers uppfattningar av historieämnet
The purpose of this survey is to better understand how students in Swedish upper secondary school perceive knowledge in history. 44 students from two different schools took part in the survey. The students partaking were asked to make a rough plan for a course in history, in which they were to both suggest contents of the course and also motivate their choice of content by arguing their view of the purpose of knowledge in history. The results of the survey were then compared to the curriculum of the history subject. The survey shows that a majority of the students asked find modern history, especially World War 1 & 2, and Swedish history to be of importance.

When assuming a transfer of the developers view on development to the subject, a need for a greater understanding of the concept arises. The purpose of this thesis is to understand what views on development do exist among management trainers and map underlying dimensions of the views to increase the understanding of the concept of development.

Eftersom e-post är ett utbrett kommunikationsverktyg som inte sammankopplats med orga-nisatoriskt lärande i någon större utsträckning, anser vi det vara ett praktiskt och teoretiskt intressant ämnesområde. Syftet med uppsatsen är att visa om användningen av e-post kan kopplas till organisatoriskt lärande. Förutsatt att denna koppling kan göras undersöker vi hu-ruvida e-post bidrar till eller hämmar det organisatoriska lärandet och i så fall på vilket sätt detta görs. Undersökningen utgår från en litteraturgenomgång som beskriver kunskapsteori, lärande-teori och knowledge management. Vidare definieras e-postmediets egenskaper som kommu-nikationsverktyg.
How Venture Capitalists can use their Network in order to reduce the Information Asymmetries between themselves and the Venture Management Team
The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of how venture capitalists can use their network in order to reduce information asymmetries between themselves and the venture management team. A qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews, consisting of open questions, have been used to receive gradate information in order to reach our explorative purpose. Our theoretical framework consists of relevant studies made on the dynamics of networks and the problems that can arise in the complex relationship between a principal and an agent. We have been interviewing two venture capital firms and therepresentatives from two business angel networks. We also made an additional interview with an influential financial actor in order to try to verify our conclusions Our conclusions are that an extensive network can be used by venture capitalists in order to; verify ventures? technologies, complement the competences in the venture management team, and arrange co-investments, resulting in reduced information asymmetries between themselves and the venture management team.

som finns i teorin undersöka hur långt de medverkande företagen har kommit i

Metod: Vi har gjort en kvantitativ enkätundersökning där vi har tillfrågat 30
företag i Ronneby. Vi har sedan analyserat detta utifrån diagram som vi har
fått fram i Excel.
Slutsatser: De flesta företagen i Ronneby är bara i början av CRM och de kan
med enkla medel komma mycket längre.
Activity-based management : En begreppsprecisering
Background: In the eighties the debate concerning the declining relevance of the traditional calculation started. The reason was that the method of calculating not had been changed despite that the costs and manufacturing had changed in many companies. This led to the development of activity-based costing. Management by means of activity information is called activity-based management, but there is no general accepted definition of what the term com- prises. Neither are there any studies which describe within which areas activity information is used as a base for decisions.

The students participating in my development work will work with a process book for handicraft studies. In the beginning of their studies, the students need practical knowledge about the development of the profession itself, but they also need to be challenged and learn how to solve problems on their own which will help them gain a deeper knowledge of the subject. I focus on open questions to create a process with the students. This process is created when working with Solution-Focused-Education. Through ?assessment for learning? we can help the students to improve their self-assessment and understanding of the learning process.
Störst går först - Vägen till fördärv eller lyckat förvärv Ekonomistyrningseffekter vid förvärv - En fallstudie av ÅFs förvärv av Energo
This bachelor thesis aims to analyse the effects of changes in management control systems following acquisitions, and deduce whether or not these effects are in line with the acquiring firm's objectives of the acquisition. Through a case study of technician consultant firm Energo, acquired in 2010 by ÅF, the study assumes the perspective of the acquired firm. Data has been collected through in-depth interviews at Energo and ÅF and complemented by internal documents to enrich and validate specific facts and statements. Data was then arranged and analysed through Otley and Fierriera's (2009) framework Performance Management Systems to understand how management control systems were constituted before the acquisition, what changes were made following the acquisition, how this process was accomplished and how it was experienced, in order to come to conclusions about the effects of these changes. The study concludes that the changes in Energo's management control system following the integration with ÅF, had significant effects on the outcome of the acquisition, primarily as it led to a high rate of Energo's employees resigning.
An implementation of a rational, reactive agent
We are working on the development and design of an approach to agents that can reason, react to the environment and are able to update their own knowledge as a result of new incoming information. In the resulting framework, rational, reactive agents can dynamically change their own knowledge bases as well as their own goals. An agent can make observations, learn new facts and new rules from the environment, and then update its knowledge accordingly. The knowledge base of an agent and its updating mechanism has been implemented in Logic Programming. The agent?s framework is implemented in Java.
Kunskapshantering : En jämförande studie mellan en offentlig enhet och ett privat bolag i omsorgssektorn
Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka om en offentlig enhet inom en kommun och ett privat bolag liknar och/eller skiljer sig åt gällande kunskapshantering, i sådant fall hur och varför. Följande tre frågeställningar ställdes i avsikt att svara på detta syfte: Uppfyller den offentliga enheten och det privata bolaget olika kriterier, och har de förutsättningar, för att bli framgångsrika i arbetet med KM, i sådant fall hur?, Sker kunskapsomvandling inom den offentliga enheten och det privata bolaget, i sådant fall hur?, Finns det skillnader och/eller likheter mellan den offentliga enheten och det privata bolaget, vilka är i sådant fall dessa och vilka bakomliggande orsaker kan finnas till dessa? För att svara på syftet och frågeställningarna gjordes en kvalitativ studie genom att sex intervjuer genomfördes för att samla in det empiriska materialet. Tre av dessa genomfördes på en offentlig enhet och de övriga tre på ett privat bolag. Det empiriska material tolkades och analyserades sedan i ljuset av tidigare forskning och teorier som behandlar kunskapsbegreppet, kunskapsomvandling, Knowledge Management samt huruvida och varför privata och offentliga organisationer liknar och/eller skiljer sig åt. De slutsatser som kunde dras var att det privata bolaget i högre grad uppfyllde vissa kriterier och förutsättningar för att anses som framgångsrika i arbetet med kunskapshantering samt att det privata bolaget även i högre grad främjade kunskapsspridning genom att låta personalen mötas i praktiken på en frekvent och kontinuerlig basis.

The aim of the thesis is to present a study of what works well and what does not work so well in today?s use of computers in primary care with a special focus on the use of computers in the management of referrals for consultation. In May 2009 a module for electronic consultation referrals was introduced in the computer system Cosmic at the University Hospital in Uppsala. Previously, the primary care units had to use two different systems for management of referrals. Referrals sent internally within primary care have been sent electronically while referrals to the University Hospital or other external units were sent on paper.

AbstractWhat do the pupils really learn in school? What do the pupils know before they begin schooland what knowledge do they have when they graduate form 5 and should have achieved thegoals? I chose to interview some pupils in the end of nursery school and some pupils in theend of form 5. To limit myself I chose the subject space, because I think most pupils thinkthat space is an interesting subject. The result of my examination was that pupils in nurseryschool have many different thoughts and previous knowledge about space, often on the basisof what they have seen themselves, and that some of the pupils in form 5 have some moredeveloped knowledge while some pupils still got the skill as a nursery school pupil. Myexamination shows that some pupils have learned surprisingly little, bearing in mind that theyhave been in school for five years..
