Denna uppsats syftar till identifiera och förklara sambandet mellan belöning, inre motivation, yttre motivation och arbetstillfredsställelse med teamprestationer vid produktinnovation. För att kunna uppnå vårt syfte har vi utfört en surveyundersökning genom telefonenkäter med 69 företag. Vi fann ett positivt samband mellan teamarbete och teamprestationer vid skapande av innovationer. Vi fann också att belöningar ökar chansen för en individ i ett team att bli arbetstillfredsställd vilket leder till en framgångsrik innovationsprocess. Om företag ska lyckas skapa framgångsrika innovationer måste de ge innovatörer incitament i form av belöningar vilket ger upphov till arbetstillfredsställelse och en mer framgångsrik innovationsprocess..

Samhället är föränderligt och påverkas av globala faktorer. Arbetslivet tvingas till kontinuerlig utveckling och anpassning till rådande omställningar. Företag och organisationer måste ständigt förnyas och utvecklas för fortsatt existens. Två begrepp som används i samband med utveckling och förnyelse i organisationer är kreativitet och innovation. Syftet med den här undersökningen var att beskriva och analysera vilka övergripande faktorer som ledare uppfattar påverka kreativitet och innovation i organisationen.

Denna studie berör olika developer zones som idag drivs av företag i Sverige, och om hur dessa är uppbyggda. Den tar upp de problem som dessa företag har stött på, samt vad man ska tänka på vid uppstart och användning av en developer zone.Att låta sin developer zone vara helt öppen eller helt stängd är inte det mest optimala sättet eftersom man i den helt öppna versionen låter sin information vara tillgänglig för allt och alla. Den helt stängda versionen stänger ute kunskap från developer zonen. Genom att sätta upp en developer zone med båda delarna, dvs. en öppen del för utvecklare som intresserade att utveckla innovativa tjänster/produkter och en stängd del för företag som tillsammans med ägaren av developer zonen har ett ekonomiskt intresse, så uppnår man en mer kontrollerad form.

The purpose of this study was to increase the level of knowledge in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for wind power. The study includes six wind power farms in the County of Västerbotten in northern Sweden. The main questions were: What are the real dimensions of roadways and land claims for both roads and wind power turbines? How do those dimensions correlate with the dimensions stated in the EIA? Are there any differences in values of the dimensions between the wind power farms that are included in this study? The width of the roadways and the land claims for both roads and wind turbines in wind power farms were examined on site. The results from the examinations were compared with the dimensions available in the EIA for each wind power farm.

Within process or manufacturing industries, the production of goods and services or the products themselves may have negative side effects such as pollution. An important task for environmental policy is to control and limit these pollutions, for example via regulatory measures. Although, the efficiency of such measures vary greatly between different industries and an increasingly important task for environmental policy is then to encourage companies to engage in environmentally motivated innovation. Governments can utilize other measures than regulation to indirectly decrease pollution. This thesis aims to analyze such activities and how it affects the innovativeness of wastewater treatment, refrigeration and automobile manufacturing industries.

Trafikmiljön är ett problem vid många skolor i landet. Det beror i många fall på att skolorna inte är planerade och byggda för att så många föräldrar lämnar sina barn vid skolan med bil som idag. Anledningen till att många föräldrar skjutsar sina barn till skolan kan vara flera: att skolvägen upplevs som osäker, att det är för långt till skolan, att föräldrarna lämnar barnen på väg till arbetet eller helt enkelt bekvämlighet. Syftet med denna studie är att bidra med förståelse till att öka trafiksäkerheten för barn, och att utifrån barnens perspektiv få fram underlag till förbättringar av trafiksäkerheten i en skolas närområde. Målet med studien var att ta fram en checklista som kommuner kan använda i detta arbete. Baserat på en litteraturstudie har ett antal metoder valts med syfte att ge underlag till en checklista.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the theoretical developments on social entrepreneurship. Our purpose is to create a better understanding of the phenomenon leading to new insights. We have categorized the knowledge of the concept into social economy, social ownership, social innovation and social missions. Drawing from our theoretical review we have chosen four empirical illustrations, Grameen Bank, Wikipedia, Basta Arbetskooperativ, Jörn Hälsogemenskap, and we have shown how these fit into the general description of the social entrepreneur. With help of our illustrations we show that it is complicated to pin point the core of social entrepreneurship as they each have separate structures, innovations, social missions and operate close to different sectors.

This Master thesis studies how a diversified institutional care organisation can optimise its collective knowledge resources so to manage and distribute this knowledge to different parts of the organisation with help of the organisations intranet. The purpose of the study is to examine if knowledge management and the organisations intranet can be used to create, store, transfer and better use the knowledge within the organisation. Through a case study the thesis will look at different knowledge processes and their relation to the organisations intranet. The case study includes a questionnaire for the whole organisation and qualitative interviews with seven persons from different levels of the organisation. The theoretical framework of the study approaches knowledge management and intranet through four knowledge processes.

Tacit knowledge refers to the knowledge that is located inside individuals; it is not expressed or written like explicit knowledge. Inherently, tacit knowledge is often limited solely to one person and consequently individually based. Project based companies need to acknowledge the importance of transforming tacit knowledge into explicit in order to preserve the knowledge inside the organisation. If the knowledge is not transformed, there is a great risk of losing the knowledge when a key individual leaves the organization.One way of transforming the tacit knowledge is through Nonaka?s and Takeuchi?s knowledge spiral.

Objective: For a long-term and viable economic development to take place in a country it needs to promote creativity and innovation in enterprises. The study applies the process model to study the process of innovation in innovative companies in Sweden. The study also applies the technology commercialization model to indicate the ability of companies to commercialize the technology to the market.Main purpose: The purpose of this work is to study how companies in Sweden proceed with an idea generation and if they manage to commercialize these ideas.Method: This study used a qualitative approach. Multiple case studies & interviews.Conclusion: The innovative ideas in innovative SME:s in Sweden is emerged from randomly events and from systematic developments. Consumer chock is the trigger who draws focus on the idea.

I did my degree project together with Universeum AB. The project had the work title: children?s world and the aim were to give children between 3-8 years old a place that was especially made for them. With their interests and needs in mind the area should trigger play but also learning through a well planned pedagogical environment.I did this project because I thought this was an excellent opportunity to really practise my new gained skills I had learned during my two years in CCD (Child Culture Design). It also gave me the opportunity to actually see how well my knowledge was working when it was put to the test, and I did learn a lot from this.Together with a crew of 6 people I developed and designed the area.

Syfte: Syftet med vår undersökning är att bidra med en bredare förståelse för komplexiteten som ICT kan ge upphov till i framtagandet av nya affärsmodeller. Genom en bredare förståelse vill vi bidra till att förbättra de förutsättningar som ICT kan möjliggöra till för mindre svenska bokförlag på en digitaliserad marknad. Metod: Vi har använt oss av primärdata i form av kvalitativa intervjuer, samt sekundärdata bestående av relevant statistik gällande priskänslighet och benägenheten att vilja läsa e-böcker. För att nå en tillförlitlig slutsats har vi valt att lyfta fram teori som berör affärsmodeller och förändringen av dessa. Slutsats: ICT har viss betydelse hos mindre svenska förlag i arbetet med att utveckla nya affärsmodeller.

This bachelor thesis looks at developers knowledge about web security both regarding their own view on their knowledge and their actual knowledge about vulnerabilities and how you mitigate against them. Web developers knowledge regarding web security are becoming more and more important as more applications and services moves to the web and more and more items become connected to the internet. We are doing this by conducting a survey among developers that are currently studying in the field or are working in the field to get a grip on how the knowledge is regarding the most common security concepts. What we saw was that the result varies between the different concepts and many lack much of the knowledge in web security that is getting increasingly more important to have..

Today we are living in a knowledge-society where knowledge sharing is of utmost importance for companies in order to keep their competitiveness. Therefore, it is a much debated issue - in both the academic and the corporate world - in what way one should handle the knowledge which continuously is created within companies. The aim of this study is to describe how practitioners share tacit knowledge within a large knowledge company. By that we aim to get an answer to how the chosen theoretical models regarding tacit knowledge relate to the empirical world. In this study we will focus on tacit knowledge in contrast to explicit one.

Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att undersöka och skapa en större förståelse för hur tvärvetenskaplig forskning tillämpas på Ekonomihögskolan i Lund för att skapa innovation. Vårt mål är att tillämpa befintlig teori på insamlad empiri för att tillsammans med vår uppfattning få insikt i hur en kunskapsintensiv organisation i universitetsmiljö följer de teoretiska referenser som finns till en sådan organisation. Genom en deskriptiv ansats undersöker vi empirin genom ett induktivt förfaringssätt. Vi använder en kvalitativ metod som bygger på intervjuer med personer i ledningspositioner på Ekonomihögskolan i Lund. I fallstudien används teorier kopplade till kunskapsintensiva företag och styrning av dessa.
