Denna studie ämnade ta reda på hur organisationskulturen påverkades och hur kommunikationen förmedlades vid en fusion av fem myndigheter till en övergripande myndighet. Tillvägagångssättet var kvalitativt med semistrukturerade intervjuer som datainsamlingsmetod. Sexton mellanchefer från fem olika avdelningar intervjuades om hur de uppfattade sammanslagningen och hur de upplevde kommunikationen inför, under och efter denna fusion samt hur de upplevde att organisationskulturen hade påverkats. Vidare undersöktes huruvida de upplevt att regeringens mål och vision för fusionen framgått tydligt. Analysprocessen genomfördes genom att meningskoncentrera transkriberingarna från intervjuerna och dela in dessa i huvudteman med subkategorier i två matriser och sedan analysera och sammanfatta dessa under respektive huvudtema.

AbstractThe phonics is traditionally firmly established within reading acquisition in Swedish schools. The curriculum, Lpo 94 gives spacious independence regarding the question of method and we have to be aware of our own point of view when we are making the decision regarding the method of reading acquisition. Is it tradition or is it our linguistic point of view that is the determining factor? Through this study of literature, different publications from different times are being studied and the ideas and the linguistic point of view are being discussed. Through comparing between the curriculums that have been replaced of one another, and attending to linguistic discussion and research, we will be able to see a change in the linguistic point of view.

AbstractThe signification of the eyesight for children?s development and learning- how do pedagogues support and stimulate children with defective vision in their development and learning in pre-school?These issues are based on my purpose of the field survey investigations, where I have interviewed three pedagogues and also performed an observation.My main conclusion and results describe that the vision is the high-powered engine in children?s development and learning. It also tells us that those around the children are very important for optimum development and learning, especially when it comes to supporting and stimulating children with defective vision in their necessities. Our other senses are a compensation to make it easier for children with defective visions in their lives. AbstractThis thesis discusses ideological and rhetorical change of the Moderate Party of Sweden. The aim of the thesis has been to study the party during a time-span of almost 20 years, trying to identify changes related to each of the three party leaders.A hypothesis was developed, suggesting that the three party leaders each represented a different kind of ideology namely neo-conservatism, neo-liberalism and social liberalism. By studying newspaper articles and protocols from the Swedish Parliament, riksdagen, I was able to verify the hypothesis in all but the first party leader, Carl Bildt. It was showed that his ideology had more in common with New Right than with neo-liberalism.After identifying these changes I looked for explanations within Party Strategy Theory and Social Change Theory. Företaget Duroc Engineering AB tillverkar lasersvetsade produkter till flertalet olika industrier. Lasersvetsningen innefattar främst lasercladding, vilket är en metod där maskinen svetsar på ett ytskikt av metall på en befintlig metallbas. I denna process smälter en laserstråle ett finkornigt metallpulver, som sedan sprutas in i processområdet med argongas.De flesta produkter som företaget lasersvetsar är av axeltyp, därför använder laseroperatören en rotationsenhet i vilket axelmaterialet spänns upp i. På andra sidan av rotationsenheten har lasermaskinen en dubbdocka, detta för att stötta upp axeln likt en konventionell svarv.Duroc använder idag en fast rotationsenhet som bultas fast i golvet, vilket har ett nät av precisionsborrade hål. Processen med att ställa in dubbdockan för olika längder av axlar är tidsödande och kräver många justeringar innan axeln slutat kasta.Examensarbetet baseras på att utveckla en dubbdocka med längdjustering i z-led likt det som används i en vanlig svarv.

Personal interviews were conducted with four employees in real estate companies and two tenants in each company stock.Conclusion:We have found that communication affects the relationship between company and customer. Tentants have experinced credibility of businesses is important for them to have a confidence and loyalty in the relationship. .

Diagnosis of adhd, the cause and consequence. A study about the teachers thought about it.The purpose of this study was to examine teachers experience and views about children diagnosed with adhd, and what implication and effects it gives to the pedagogy strategies in the classroom.This is a qualitative study based on the experience of six teachers from primary school. My results have been compiled and compared to special educational research about adhd, from three different perspectives.The results showed that the teachers who have been working as teachers for a longer period, think that the problems of adhd occur primarily due to environmental causes, but then also say that they think the individual causes matters. It is also these teachers that talks very well about medication as a treatment to cure adhd symptoms. The teachers who have worked the shortest time, most of them have some special education from the teacher education.

This is an empirical study based on Physical Education and health (PE) teachers' experiences and builds on, for the study, significant literature. The study is about PE teachers? consideration of gender in the assessment as well as in the selection of lesson content. Semi-structured interviews were employed as method for the data collecting process. Four teachers were interviewed, teachers of PE in elementary and upper secondary school with varied length of professional experience and ages.

Today patients are more aware of their rights regarding their own care. They are more informed, more engaged and have more and individual requirements, which leads to increased demands for information and participation increases. The Health Act sets out the patients´ right to participation. Participation increases patient satisfaction with care, promotes healing and increases adherence to health care advise. The patient doesn´t always experience participation in their own care to the extent they wish, which suggests that nurse?s does not always succeed in getting the patient involved.

AbstractThe purpose of my study is to examine how preschool children experience nature and how the educationalists at the preschool can make nature more exciting and support the children?s personal growth. I have also studied what the educationalists of the preschool do and what they can do to make nature more interesting and playful for the children. Observations and interviews have been conducted at a preschool in a small town. The preschool is situated close to nature, that is, close to a small forested area.

Title: "In the verdict, reality is reconstructed" - a documentary study of how sex is reproduced in verdicts of LVU-cases.The aim in our study is to see how existing circumstances revolving power between the gender, are contained in court, through language and differences in the sentences and expressions that are used in the verdicts. In this study we have reviewed verdicts about young people who are taken in to custody care by Lag (1990:52) med särskilda bestämmelser om vård av unga.We have reviewed verdicts from the county administrative court in Kalmar, from January in 2007 to October in 2008. Through the analysis we have taken into considerations and worked with earlier research and litterateur containing different theoretical approaches to feminism.The result of the study shows, that despite of a neutral law, girls and boys, women and men are judged and treated different, because of their sex. Depending on your sex, you are expected to behave according to norms and values. These norms and values are not the same for girls and boys.

Streaming is a big field in todays digitalized society. The streaming market is huge, both in regards to the customer base, but also in regards to different providers and their stakes within this market. But how does the different providers go about in order to provide their users with added value? What does the user prioritize? The purpose of this study is to examine which additional functions can be considered important when designing a streaming service, which in turn will create an added value for the user. The study is based on a qualitative study of 6 individuals with semi-structured interviews and we will present an in-depth analysis regarding four fields of interest to us in regards to streaming services; second devices, recommendation systems, keywords and social connectivity.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine how teachers in regular classrooms include pupils with special educational needs. I also wanted to find out what support teachers get of special education teachers, and the teaching perspective the teachers have when they work whit pupils. The teachers that have been interviewed and observed in this study work in regular classes. This report is a qualitative study based on interviews and observations whit four teachers. The results indicate that the teachers are conscious of how they teach and their teaching strategies. The teachers agree that all students should be included in regular education, because learning occurs in the interaction between individuals.
