For the company to work well, it is necessary with a good economy, a high qualitative production and a well working system concerning the environment: the whole cycle on the farm needs to be working. At the same time, debaters about the environmental impacts are also requiring higher demands for the dairy farmers and therefore also the management programs. Management programs for feed evaluation calculations have been more developed over the years. Big amounts have been invested in the new feeding system with NorFor, but no one seems to have asked the dairy farmers what they themselves want to spend their money on, and what they need help with. For the dairy farmers it is necessary that the whole company is controlled in the right way, and much more than just feed evaluation is included in this.

Detta arbete inriktar sig på lärare som arbetar med ämnesintegrering. Frågeformuleringarna är fokuserade på hur lärare tänker om ämnesintegrering, planering, genomförande och utvärdering av sin undervisning. Undersökningen kan härledas till fenomenografin med kvalitativa intervjuer med fem lärare på fem olika skolor. Intervjuerna som spelats in på band har varit halvstrukturerade vilket betyder att informanterna innan mötet fått ta del av de ovanstående begrepp som intervjun kommer att röra sig runt. Jag har sedan till intervjuerna ställt i ordning en intervjuguide för mig att följa.

GPS (Global Positioning system) and GIS (Geographical information system) has been used for planning and inventory in the forest sector for more than ten years. The last years the development has come to equip harvesters and forwarders with GPS and GIS (GIT). The goal with this study was to reach a basis for decision, how Stora Enso Skog should continue its investment in GPS and GIS in harvesters and forwarders. To reach this basis for decision, possible advantages and benefits, disadvantages and problems in the harvesting process was evaluated. The study was made as an interview study with four harvesting managers and ten machine teams. To secure the quality of the results an interview questionnaire was made before the interviews were done. The results showed that GIT will make the harvesting managers work easier.

Denna uppsats behandlar fem sfi-studerandes egen roll iinlärningsprocessen. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer rörande deras egetansvar för och inställning till inlärningen ges en bild av informanternasegen roll i inlärningsprocessen.I kursplanen för sfi är det tydligt att eleverna ska utvecklas tillsjälvständiga inlärare som själva kan ta ansvar för inlärningen genomval av arbetssätt och användande av inlärningsstrategier. Resultatet avundersökningen är mycket varierande med stor skillnad istrategianvändningen hos individerna. Det som är gemensamt är att deinte upplever att det diskuteras i undervisningen. Den informant somvisar på genomtänkta strategier för inlärning utanför undervisningen hardärför tillägnat sig denna kunskap på egen hand.Det största problemet för inlärning utanför skolan, uttrycker flera avinformanterna, är den bristfälliga kontakten med svenskar.

Movie and literary tourism is a genre that has been recognized around the world for a long time but that has only recently got a grip on Sweden. More and more famous books are being cinematized and because of the success of these movies we can now walk in the traces of Wallander as well as the Millenniummovies.The focus of this study is mainly about the tourists? motivation when it comes to this form of tourism and the purpose is to try understand what needs come in to play when a movie and literary tourism attraction is chosen. The study objects are two movie and literary walks which are based on books and movies with a fictitious storyline.The performed research was based on a multiple strategy with the qualitative method - consisting of respondent and informant interviews - in focus and the quantitative investigation - in the form of an one-page questionnaire - more as a complement.On the basis of the most fundamental theory of motivation in general (Maslow, 1970) and the tourism research?s more specific travel motivation theory (Pearce, 2005), the conditions for movie and literature as sorts of tourism have been made clear.

Syftet med studien är att ge en insyn i pedagogers olika förhållningssätt och tankar om musik i förskolan. Studien utgår från frågeställningarna: Hur arbetar pedagogerna med musik i förskolan?, Vad har pedagogerna för syfte med sina musikaktiviteter?, Vad ser pedagogerna för hinder eller möjligheter med musiken i förskolan?, Ser pedagogerna musiken som ett redskap i språkutvecklingen?, Har barnen inflytande över musiken?, Vilken skillnad finns mellan en förskola med musikprofil och en förskola utan? Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med verksamma pedagoger från förskolor med och utan musikprofil kan studien visa att informanterna är överens om att musik är en viktig del i förskolan. Studien visar att den klassiska sångsamlingen är ett vanligt inslag i förskolan. Mycket av barnens egna intressen tas tillvara och barnen har ofta önskemål om vilken musik de vill lyssna på och dansa till.

The aim of this study was to examine how the feelings of ?being met? from personnel can affect suicidal youth and their parents, when searching for help. Five Swedish parents share their experiences of ?being met? by personnel regarding the care of their child who has taken their life. ?Face to face? interviews where done with four of the parents.

The office is the working environment in which an increasing proportion of the population spends their days . One type of office are open plan offices which are characterized by several people sitting together in the same room without spatial boundaries . The general discourse of this kind of offices is that they constitute an advantageous design that allows organizational changes without the need for redevelopment . From a work perspective, this office design is both criticized and acclaimed . Problems with noise is frequently reported in research which can lead to ill health.

Almost every company sooner or later ends up in a more or less difficult economical situation. The reason for the economical crisis varies for each individual case but common for them all is that it is the management group that has failed in their work to guide the organisation to avoid a negative result. The next common denominator is that it is the management group that has to handle the changes in the company's environment and lead the company out of the crisis. But how can they do this and take decisions in a rational and effective way and is there warnings signals that the management group missed before the crisis was a fact? This is some of the questions that this study is going to discuss and analyze. The aim of the study is from a management perspective chart the strategic work of the company's management work when handling an economical crisis.

The goal an purpose of this essay is to study the diffrent points of view that Swedish priest within the Swedish Church have on the Topic of same sex marriage. I will use qualitative interview as method of choice to get answers for my questions.The results of my study reveal that same sex mariiage has been a dividing issue between the different participants. Those in favour of the church´s decision to legalize same sex marriage consider love to be the most importent reason for marriage, while those who oppose the decision consider marriage to be a holy sacrament that is not easily changed..

AbstractThe purpose of this essay is to increase the knowledge of which strategies students with reading and writing disabilities or dyslexia use to learn in secondary school. The study aims to examine the following questions:Which coping strategies do students with reading and writing disabilities use in their studies?How can remedial teachers support students with reading and writing disabilities in their learning process?The study consists of two interviews with a total of three hours recorded material made with a secondary school teacher who teaches Swedish and English. The teacher has experiences of reading and writing disabilities herself but also from teaching students with dyslexia. The interviews are constructed into a lifestory describing experiences of reading and writing disabilities in school, during teacher training and as a teacher.

Den här studien har genomförts med avsikten att belysa spelförståelse inom fotboll. Studien har utgått från en kvalitativ analys där semistrukturerade intervjuer har använts för att ta reda på vad spelare och tränare, med god erfarenhet och kunskap anser om spelförståelse. Syftet är att utifrån informanternas synsätt forsöka finna komponenter som kan ingå inom det här komplexa området. Komponenterna forsöker klargöras genom intervjufrågor som är baserade utifrån en teoretisk modell från Frisk & Ström (1997), som senare kommer att presenteras i studien. Detta för att på så vis kunna förtydliga vad spelförståelse innebär och vad informanterna anser om området.Resultatet visade att samtliga intervjupersonerna ansåg att spelförståelse är viktigt, till med avgörande, samtidigt som de alla ansåg att det är någonting som går att träna.

Purpose: The purpose with this paper is to get a deeper understanding for prizes and awards as a marketing tool and phenomena. Further we want companies/organizations that use this should be able to make better decisions concerning marketing towards students. Maybe they will get better results on the basis of our investigations. Method: We used the qualitative method when we did the interview that was also non-standardized. The survey was quantitative, and the case study comprises both qualitative and quantitative method.

Bakgrund: Varje år insjuknar cirka 6 000 kvinnor i bröstcancer i Sverige. Detta är för många kvinnor lika med döden. Teorierna kring orsaken till sjukdomen är många men få vetenskapligt bekräftade. För de kvinnor som chockartat får beskedet om bröstcancer spelar vårdpersonalens stödjande funktion en viktig roll. Syfte var att belysa behovet av stöd och vårdpersonalens stödjande funktion till bröstcancerdrabbade kvinnor och hennes närstående under kvinnans sjukdomsperiod.
