Purpose: The purpose of this study is to illustrate and problemize the consequences of the traditional male domination in film creation for a female director by critically examining the construction of the film director. Methodology: The study is based on a qualitative case study which was conducted as a participant observation.

A co-operation is established when a group of people, sharing the same preferences and values, come together in order to satisfy a common need. The co-operative association should be democratic, governed and supervised by its members and open to everyone. The purpose of this article is to, from our ideal type, study similarities and differences regarding the corporate governance of the consumers? and the producers? co-operative movement. The motive behind our choice of alignment is that the mechanisms of corporate governance often are described from the perspective of the joint-stock company, making it valuable and interesting to study these mechanisms from the co-operative point of view.

May Purpose of study: The aim of this study is to create an understanding of how leaders trough a Structural ethical climate can contribute to a Situation-based ethical decision-making of their employees. Method: We have used a qualitative method and conducted semi-structured interviews with respondents from real estate agent firms. When we studied our phenomenon, our overall research deign was qualitative interviews. Our data has been analyzed with an abductive method of analysis, influenced by Grounded theory. Results and conclusions: The study shows that leaders in the real estate agent-business trough a Structural ethical climate contributes to a Situation-based ethical decision-making of their employees by acting as role models, leads by example, highlighting the office values and rewards & punishes behaviors to control their employees? ethical decision making. Suggestions for further research: We believe that future studies can be conducted through observations to study both leaders and employees, to pay attention to employees? opinions and reflect on what affects them.

This Thesis in Military Technology deals with experiences drawn from the forced introduction of Weapons Station 01, 2009. The work aims to identify the experiences regarding the forced procurement of military equipment to see how they can develop normal and fast procurement of equipment. The determination of the optical properties of biological tissue is an important issue in laser medicine. The optical properties define the tissue´s absorption and scattering behaviour, and can be expressed by quantities such as the albedo, the optical thickness and the anisotropy coefficient. During this project, a measurement system for the determination of the optical properties was built up. The system consists of a double integrating sphere set-up to perform the necessary reflection and transmission measurements, and a computer algorithm to calculate the optical properties from the measured data. This algorithm is called Inverse Adding Doubling method, and is based on a one-dimensional transport model.

One issue was to see if there was any distinction between which leader traits and behaviors the players and the coaches regarded as essential. Spasticitet, kontrakturer och muskelstelhet kan orsaka nedsatt rörlighet i leder. Ett stort antal behandlingsmetoder för att förbättra rörligheten i leder och muskler används. Resultaten av dessa behandlingsmetoder har visat skiftande verkningsgrad, vilket ökar intresset för att ta fram mer avancerade mätmetoder med ökad tillförlitlighet. Syftet med studien var att reliabilitetstesta en Biodex multijoint system III för mätning av passiv muskelstelhet i vadmuskulaturen. Åtta män (29±5) år och tolv kvinnor (24±3) år, deltog i studien.

Swedish Armed Forces are according to their development planning process taking actions to establish a new joint unit (SWEWOSE), with electronic warfare capability. SWEWOSÉ S main task will be designated to produce electronic warfare libraries for electronic warfare systems within the armed forces. The unit shall have capability to support with libraries in any state of conflict situation even if the supported unit with library needs conducting operations abroad.This essay examines the requirements that justify the establishment of a new unit in times when the armed forces conducting reorganizations and cutbacks in both economy and personnel.The possibilities to buy complete system solutions from an external supplier are examined. But also what kind of library support model that is to prefer according to the demands that the Swedish Armed Forces desired, in terms of capability in platform protection and battle space awareness.The results show that the demands that the Swedish Armed Forces has decided, best will be ful-filled and justified by a national electronic warfare unit, with library production as a main task..

Reumatoid artrit (RA) är den vanligaste inflammatoriska sjukdomen i Sverige. Artros är en icke inflammatorisk sjukdom. En del av behandlingen för reumatiker idag består av patientundervisning i grupp. Genom patientundervisning ökar patientens kunskaper och bättre förutsättning till egenvård ges. Syftet med studien var att beskriva kursdeltagares erfarenheter av patientundervisning för reumatiker fem år efter avslutad kurs.

There are many kinds of joint operations and combinations of combined arms. This thesis puts its focus on Close Air Support, CAS. Throughout history there have been several cases of success, regarding these kinds of operations, but also failure. Much can be taught from organizational behaviour studies, applied on these military organisations in their cooperation with each other. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the cooperation between the Swedish army and air force to determine the functionality of their process.

Samhällsstörningar i form av större olyckor, naturkatastrofer och liknande kriser har under senare år varit relativt frekvent förekommande i Västsverige. Denna kvalitativa studies övergripande syfte var därför att fördjupa kunskapen om vissa avgränsande faktorer som upplevdes som underlättande respektive försvårande med avseende på ledarskapet vid hanteringen av orkanen Gudrun samt vid raset av Europaväg 6 i Munkedals kommun. Ett delsyfte med studien var även att koppla studiens resultat mot Ronthys (2006) teori om ledarintelligens. Underlaget för studien utgjordes främst av hur personer i ledande ställning inom räddningsorganisationen upplevt dessa händelser, något som författaren fick ta del av genom sju semistrukturerade intervjuer. Av de intervjuade var sex män och en kvinna, åldersfördelningen varierade mellan 40 till 65 år.
