Examensarbetet Skalmurar med bristfällig förankring är ett försök att belysa ett aktuellt problem samt sprida nyttig och viktig information. Vi har intervjuat företag, fastighetsägare entreprenörer och personer med anknytningar till byggbranschen med många års erfarenhet. Vi vill göra en bedömning av nuläget och se vad olika företag har gjort när det gäller renovering av murade fasader, som kan ha undermålig förankring. Vi vill också visa med bilder och modeller, vad som händer vid fasaderna, hur vindarna påverkar ett hus och var de största belastningarna finns. En egen undersökning har gjorts ute på olika arbetsplatser där vi provat metalldetektorer i hopp om att kunna lokalisera rostangripna kramlor, samt dokumenterat skicket på dem genom att ta bilder. Resultatet vi har kommit fram till genom våra fältstudier är att det utan några större problem går att lokalisera kramlor med hjälp av till exempel metalldetektorer.

Vehicle simulators are becoming more common in vehicle industries. Company earns lot of money on simulations instead of real tests. Real tests are necessary but not made so extensively as before.In this thesis the building of an vehice simulator will be described and a comparison between three different cruise controls. The three cruise controls are PI-regulator, a regulator who regulates after positions in the terrain and a MPC-regulator. The reason for choosing this three is to see the difference between simple regulation and more complex regulation with respect to fuel consumption, travel time and complexity.The vehicle simulator is made in Matlab/Simulink, Visual Studio and Open Scene Graph.

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to analyze TPL companies, and their collaboration with their customers from a TPL perspective. The paper intends to get a bigger understanding of their collaboration, advantages/disadvantages and how the collaboration can be improved. The foundation for the paper is obtained through questions that have been created from the chosen theories about supply chain, third part logistic (TPL) and lean production. We have had open interviews with five different conveyers where we have had our questions prepared and during the interviews asked new questions to get more distinct answers. When we subsequently analyzed the empirical material and by chosen theories we have been able to confirm that the collaboration between the TPL companies and their customers is more of a partnership character.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine values expressed towards the Swedish literary award Augustpriset in a selection of articles from Swedish newspapers published between the years 2000-2007. The questions posed in the study are: What types of values concerning Augustpriset are expressed in a selection of cultural journalistic articles? How is the relationship between intellectual culture and commercial culture reflected in the articles? How are positive and negative standpoints justified? How can Augustpriset and the journalists be understood as parts of intraconversion on the literary field? The study?s qualitative textual analysis is theoretically based on Pierre Bourdieu?s theory of the literary field. The method used for analysing the articles is idea analysis using dimensions constructed from Bourdieu?s description of two polarities, the intellectual and the commercial, of the literary field.

Background: The use of reward systems can be of strategic importance as well as an affective mean of control for the organization in its work to achieve its goals. The municipal sector is characterized by its transparency and its responsibility for the taxpayer?s money. We therefore wonder which possibilities the municipal sector has to use reward systems as a men of control. Purpose: We intend to research the possibilities that the reward system offer as a mean of control for employees at the higher municipal level, with a special focus on commitment and motivation.

Denna uppsats handlar om lärares tankar och åsikter om läxor. Underlaget är en kvalitativ intervjustudie med lärare på två gymnasieskolor i västra Sverige. Det som undersöks är hur lärare ser på läxor, vad lärare har för åsikter om läxor i förhållande till styrdokumenten samt vilka sociala omständigheter lärarna anser att det kan finnas som påverkar eleven på fritiden när läxan ska göras. Vi kommer att undersöka lärares inställningar till läxor, deras tankar om läxors utformning, samt vilken anledning de som lärare har att ge dem. Denna information jämförs med den tidigare forskningen som består av kända namn som Buell, Kohn, Cooper och Hellsten.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this essay has been to analyse an incident that received huge attention in the media that took place on February 24 2011 involving the famous fashion designer John Galliano. Galliano who at the time served as a creative director at French luxury fashion house Dior hurled anti-Semitic remarks during an altercation to a couple at Paris café La Perle. We intended to do a study of the material in two parts. The primary focus of our thesis was to analyse six different newspaper articles that involved the incident. We chose to analyse three articles from Great Britain and three from the United States to get a versatile image of the incident.

Syftet med föreliggande uppsats har varit att undersöka om progressivismen, en reformpedagogik utvecklad ifrån John Deweys pedagogiska tankar, ligger som grund för den kunskapssyn som genomsyrar dagens svenska läroplan, Lpo 94. Jag har också undersökt huruvida det är samma kunskapssyn som kursplanen i svenskämnet och ett antal lokala arbetsplaner i svenskämnet i Lunds kommun grundas på. Jag har använt textanalys som kvalitativ metod där närläsning varit en del och en annan del varit att undersöka hur texterna kan tolkas i en omgivande verklighet. Mitt undersökningsmaterial har varit Lpo 94, kursplanen i svenska samt fyra lokala arbetsplaner i svenska på grundskolor i Lunds kommun. I uppsatsen framkommer att förarbetet, Skola för bildning är den text som anger vilken kunskapssyn som ligger som grund för läroplanstexten och att det är en kombination av konstruktivismen, progressivismen och Vygotskijs sociokulturella teori. Samma kunskapssyn återfinns i kursplanen men varken i läroplan eller kursplan står denna uttalad utan måste tolkas av läsaren. I de lokala arbetsplanerna har det inte gått att tolka någon enhetlig definition utan kunskapsdiskussionerna har varit mycket torftiga. Uppsatsens slutsats är det behövs betydligt mer utbildande insatser både till skolledare och till lärare för att samma kunskapssyn ska råda i styrdokumenten och ute i de lokala skolorna..

HAFA Bathroom Group has given us the assignment to develop a standardized back panel for their bathroom cabinets. This cabinet is going to be applied to most of their current and future cabinet solutions. To this point, they have constructed unique suspensions-and back panels for most of their cabinet models. They have also been forced to pull wiring and assemble the cabinets differently because of factors like; position of the wall sockets, dimensions of the cabinets and their shapes.The company wants to distance themselves from their current solution, firstly because the cost of having manpower to design each individual suspension solution, secondly because they will save a lot of money when the manufacturing process requires a minimum of components to be constructed. As a result of this, the company can use their resources better to develop future products.The main idea is that the consumer isn?t required to change the suspension or back panel when they decide to buy a new cabinet.

Bakgrund: Penningtvätt har under de senaste åren ökat och fått mycket uppmärksamhet. Nya lagar och regleringar med syfte att förebygga och bekämpa penningtvätt har tagits fram. För att uppnå målen har ett flertal organisationer skapats på nationell och international nivå. Flera tillsynsmyndigheter har fått uppdraget att medverka i bekämpning av penningtvätt. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka revisorns förhållnings- sätt till lagen om penningtvätt.

Då jag som receptarie kommer att ha ett ansvar när jag expedierar läkemedel ville jag lära mig mer om interaktioner (samspelet) mellan olika läkemedel samt interaktioner mellan traditionellt växtbaserade läkemedel (TVBL) och vanliga läkemedel. Min avgränsning gällande TVBL kom att bli interaktioner mellan johannesört och vanliga läkemedel och detta därför att johannesört är det växtbaserade läkemedel som interagerar mest och kan ställa till det ordentligt vid fel kombinationer. Som receptarie har jag ett ansvar gentemot apotekskunden och därför kände jag att jag ville fördjupa mig i interaktionsproblematiken. Den farmaceutiska kompetensen innefattar i hög grad kunskapen om läkemedelsinteraktioner. Farmaceuter arbetar sida vid sida med sjukvården och har ofta kontakt med förskrivande läkare och då kan det vara bra att rent professionellt kunna hur specifika interaktioner yttrar sig.

I have conducted a qualitative study were the aim was to understand how the freedom of choice act in eldercare is handled at a municipality level as well as a national level and the effects that can occur. The methods I have used for this study is a document analysis and semi-structed interviews.     I have conducted semi-structed interviews with three professionals in the eldercare organization in a large municipality in the south of Sweden, I have also conducted a phone interview with a representative from Socialstyrelsen. The professionals that I chose for my study was a chief of staff, an aid case worker and a person who worked in the municipality with the implementation of freedom of choice act.     The study shows that the work quality is expected to rise with the freedom of choice as a consequence of the customer and performer model and will give the caretakers a higher level of influence. The study also shows that the municipality will get a greater responsibility and the aid case workers will get extended tasks though they will have to inform the caretakers regarding the options and they will also be mediate between the caretaker and the performers. However the study also show concerns regarding rough traders whose aim is to make money and does not have the same rehabilitation agenda.     There are also concerns for those who can´t chose for them self though they will not be able to be a part of the freedom of choice act in the same way and that is something the municipality needs to work out a system for.

This thesis examines political consumerism as a political tool for change. Consumers' attitudes and behaviour towards political consumerism is of special interest. The method used is a questionnaire with 59 participating students. Their answers are analysed both quantitatively and, to a lesser degree, qualitatively. The theoretical framework consists of Fishbein and Ajzen's theory of reasoned action and previously published research of essence.The consumers in this study generally rank corporate social responsibility (CSR) as important.

The construction process which is used today while constructing residential buildings has for along time remained unchanged. Unfortunately the development process has gone away frombecoming industrialized and instead most of the work is done at the construction site. In thisrespect this is a worse alternative because the project outcome will be more expensive and theconstruction time will be longer. Skanska?s vision is to have a process which is more like the oneused in small residential buildings which is fully industrialized.The constructing process for residential building involves more parties and therefore it becomesmore complicated.
