Health care is increasingly complex, which increases the demand for knowledge and expertise. Despite this, the share of specialized nurses, including anaesthesia nurses, has decreased from 65% to 48% from year 1995 to year 2008, according to statistics from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) in 2010. Studies indicate that there may be various factors in the work environment that anaesthesia nurses, choose to leave the anaesthesia profession. The purpose of this study was to examine how anaesthesia nurses experienced the physical and psychosocial work. The study was conducted as a descriptive study with qualitative approach.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer få förståelse för hur 50-plussare, d.v.s. personer i åldrarna 50-65 år, uppfattar och reagerar på marknadskommunikation på Internet. På så vis vill vi kunna påvisa hur företag kan bedriva marknadskommunikation på Internet för att nå dagens 50-plussare.

The aim of this study was to create an understanding of how a group of community policing officers engagement are shaped. Previous research argues that there is a police culture which conveys cynicism to the individual police. The research also says that the police adopt a pessimistic view of society, they are isolated and at odds with the rest of society. Furthermore, research has also shown how a narrative can exist that explains the police way of doing things. My contribution to the field is to explore how a narrative can be located, which precedes and shapes the police engagement.

Our choice of respondents was based on what kind of respondents that could give us the most accurate information on the subject which we based on relevant variables. Theory: The framing of the theories is based on a marketing perspective within the area of differentiating and focuses on how companies use different tools to differentiate their offer to create competitive advantages.

Studiens syfte är att beskriva och analysera omständigheter som inverkar på flickor och pojkars könsöverskridande val till gymnasiet. Vidare är syftet att få kunskap om dessa elevers upplevelser i samband med det könsöverskridande valet och under utbildningsperioden. Studiens empiri samlades in genom kvalitativa intervjuer. Detta sätt ansågs mest lämpligt då det var individers erfarenheter, upplevelser och tankar vi ville studera. Genomförandet skedde på intervjupersonernas skola, på en studie- och yrkesvägledares kontor, och tog mellan 15 och 45 minuter.

The purpose of this paper is to view Karlstad Municipality and their financial support to non-profit organizations within equestrian sports. Despite the varying representatives of various equestrian sports in Karlstad, there seems to be a single beneficiary within the sport when it comes to financial support from the municipality. The policies and plans concerning cultural development are directly compared to the Karlstad Municipality and its contribution to these organizations within equestrian sports. Through interviews and reports I have studied the process of financial support from the Karlstad municipality using an intersectionality theory based on Nina Lykkes guide on gender studies and feminist theory. Pierre Bourdieu?s theories on field, habitus and capital are also used as a method to enhance the understanding of equestrian sports and its role in modern Swedish society. The conclusion is that the Karlstad Municipality is, for a several of reasons, promoting non-profit organizations within equestrian sports, which are operating as riding schools.

The content of the following report is the summarized result of three students thesis at Blekinge Institute of Technology in co-operation with Water Jet Sweden AB. This report will give the reader a description of principles how to measure the abrasive mass flow in a waterjet cutting system. The work began with a visit to Water Jet Sweden AB to get a closer look at the problem. When the analysis of the problem was done the criteria were defined in the form of demands and desires. The main task of the criteria was to guide the search for the solution. The work proceeded with an extensive search for abrasive flow meters along with obtaining information about flow measurement in general. When the search for abrasive flow meters resulted in nothing all the efforts were concentrated on finding a principle of measurement that could cope with the criteria.

The aim of this essay is to investigate the attitudes towards religion and religious people held by a group of Swedish high school students. The main questions are; what causes these attitudes andhow do they shape the students? encounter with religion and religious people and in what way could religious education help the students problematize these attitudes?The method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire, with a Likert scale, posing different questions about religion as such, world religion and religious people. The theoretical basis, in order to discuss the result of the questionnaire, is a gender theory and the theory of social psychology.The result of the study confirms earlier studies of youths both in Sweden and Western Europe. The result shows that there is a certain degree of negative attitudes towards religion, most of all againstIslam.

There's a good adherence to the vaccination of children, about 98% of all two year olds are vaccinated. Despite this, there are cases of whooping cough and measles in Sweden. The purpose of the study was to describe what motivates parents to not vaccinate and reflections and attiudes about vaccinations. The study had a descriptive design with qualitative approach. Eight parents who had chosen not to follow the National Board of Health?s vaccination program or whom had decided to completely abandon, participated in the study.

Bakgrund: Från internationell forskning finns det i dagsläget kunskap om synen på hemlösa, deras egna upplevelser av sina villkor, sitt identitetsskapande, sin livssituation, och om de hemlösas brist på hälsa och vård. Forskning på samma område saknas dock i svensk kontext. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att i svensk kontext beskriva hemlösas upplevelser av sin vardag och erfarenheter från vård och omvårdnad - från de hemlösas perspektiv och omvårdnadens perspektiv. Metod: En empirisk studie med kvalitativ ansats som baserades på samtal och dialoger med hemlösa, och på en interaktiv intervju med en sjuksköterska som arbetade med hemlösa. Deduktiv innehållsanalys, modifierad efter Malterud (2009), som baserades på omvårdnadens metabegrepp.

Studien tog avstamp i det senaste decenniets utveckling inom marknadsteori med avseende pa? samva?rdeskapande, tja?nstelogik och konsumenters resursintegrering. Efter att ha la?st forskningsartiklar och inla?gg i media om ett skifte i synen pa? konsumenters allt viktigare roll ville vi na?rmare studera hur den tar sig uttryck inom marknadskommunikation. Studiens syfte blev att bidra till den relativt outvecklade forskningen pa? omra?det och studera hur en fo?ra?ndrad konsumentroll tar sig uttryck i praktiken.

Intresset för studien väcktes ur gemensamma diskussioner kring lärares vardagsarbete i relation till skolans organisation och ledning. Vi fann därför ett förändringsarbete från traditionell till temabaserade undervisning på gymnasieskola intressant att studera. Studiens syfte var att undersöka och söka förståelse för hur förändringsprocessen upplevs och påverkar lärarna samt att vara en del i utvärderingen av lärarnas nybildade tematiska arbetslag.Vi valde att använda aktionsforskning som metod med en hermeneutisk ansats som innebär tolkning och reflektion. När vi studerade tidigare forskning uppmärksammade vi att Blossing (2000) i sin studie konstaterar att bland annat skolkulturen och skolledaren har betydelse för förändringarbetets utveckling. Vi använde oss av reflexiva intervjuer eftersom de erbjuder flexibilitet vid intervjutillfällena och vi relekterade över olika aspekter som framkom.

Syfte: Studiens syfte är att öka förståelsen för hur reciproka läsförståelsestrategier kan användas i förskolans boksamtal. Detta görs med hjälp av två undersökningsgrupper, vars resultat jämförs med en kontrollgrupps. Studien önskar belysa hur pedagogerna och barnen i undersökningsgrupperna anammar strategierna och om barnen där kan tänka metakognitivt kring dem. Några av studiens problemfrågor är som följer: Vilka ev. skillnader framträder mellan undersökningsgrupperna och kontrollgruppen? Hur ser den vuxnes roll ut under boksamtalen och förändras den över tid? Hur ser barnens initiativ och aktivitet i samtalen ut? Teori: Den här studien har sin teoretiska förankring i det sociokulturella perspektivet.

The aim of this study is to investigate how different organizations and authorities work and collaborate to make children of mentally ill parents more visible. The question formulations, which are used in our research, are:- How do different organizations and authorities work to make children of mentally ill parents more visible and how can this work be improved?- How do laws and guidelines affect the organizations and authorities work to make children of mentally ill parents more visible? - Is there any collaboration between the different organizations and authorities concerning work with children of mentally ill parents, and how does that work appear? A qualitative method strategy was chosen to gather an in-depth understanding of the informant?s experiences and to collect descriptive information. Six organizations and authorities were selected from the comprehension that they could be important in giving support and because it is possible for them to pay attention to these children. Interviews were performed by using a half- structured interview guide.

Many Swedish urban neighborhoods have since they were constructed suffered from a bad reputation and have had a lack of strong socioeconomic groups settling there. This study is about a suburb in a medium-sized Swedish town and the purpose is to find out which social problems that exist there. The aim is also to explain the actors who work with adolescents in the area, which interventions and activities are offered, and whether they can be characterized as pro-social, as well as how the cooperation between the actors looks like. A qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews was carried out, involving nine respondents, who are active in the public and nonprofit sector. The interview guide used is designed and divided into different themes based on the survey questions.
