In this thesis an explorative study was undertaken with the aim to study how a number of private care providers, as well as politicians and officials from councils in and around the Stockholm and Uppsala counties, think about the future of the Swedish elderly care from a property perspective, i.e. homes for the elderly. The analysis shows that there is a demand for capacity in 6 out of 16 municipalities, and that the property is an important part of this capacity, and the fulfillment of it. This was mainly due to the cost of capital, but also because of several other factors such as lack of land, a wish to guide the design, ideology, and in many cases a wish to use the property as an instrument of domination to control private health care providers.Also, the property was show to be connected to economic competition, to freedom of choice, and to quality. The problems related to the property in the market for elderly care still remains to be solved.

This report will point out the income for a scania plant production farm, this has been estimated through a case study. The outcome of this report will later be used to calculate a reasonable leasehold charge. This case study is solitary based upon this particular studied farm, at this very point, and can therefore not be used as a general guide. The reason why this particular scania plant production farm has been selected, is because the author is born and raised at the farm and has the intention to run the farm in the future. The chosen farm for this report is based in the southwest of scania and cover 300 hectare of plant production. The crop rotation consists of autumn wheat, sugar beats, spring wheat, spring barely, winter rape and fallow. The farm owns all machinery required.

Bakgrund: Teknikens utveckling har gått oerhört fort fram och fått en stor betydelse i dagens samhälle. Detta gör att man i framtiden räknar med att en allt större integrering av tekniska verktyg kommer att ske i klassundervisningen. Den interaktiva skrivtavlan (IWB) är ett av de tekniska verktyg som är aktuell då den bedöms få en allt mer betydande roll i klassrummet. För att kunna optimera användandet av skrivtavlans funktioner måste det ske en förändring i skolans och lärares förhållningssätt till tekniska verktyg.Syfte:Fallstudiens syfte var att undersöka de hinder och möjligheter som upplevs vid införandet av IWB, samt undersöka förekomsten av olika lärartyper vid användningen av IWB.Metod:För att få svar på våra frågeställningar använder vi oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer och strukturerade observationer.Resultat:Resultaten analyseras utifrån Glover och Millers teori baserad på tre olika lärarkategorier som beskriver lärares olika inställningar till den interaktiva skrivtavlan. Vi använder även Prestridges teori som behandlar "First och Second order barriers".

Problem och syfte: Syftet är att beskriva hur företag använder styrmekanismer för att styra leverantörer som ska omfattas av företagets etiska riktlinjer, för att på så sätt säkerställa att de etiska normerna genomsyrar hela värdekedjan. Detta görs i syfte att skapa en modell som steg för steg tydliggör styrmekanismernas användning och koppling till ett system för verksamhetsstyrning. Syftet är även att beskriva den betydelse som relationen mellan företaget och dess leverantör har för styrmekanismernas användning. Frågan är av intresse då företagets ansvar i etiska frågor verkar sträcka sig längre än bara inom den egna organisationen. Många företag har fått sitt rykte skadat av handlingar som vidtagits av leverantörer längre tillbaka i värdekedjan, vilket har medfört att företag i ökande omfattning använder sig av exempelvis uppförandekoder för att styra leverantörer i etiska frågor.Metod: Utifrån den teoretiska referensramen har en analysmodell bestående av tre steg i ett system för verksamhetsstyrning utvecklats.

Innan studiens start gav vi, två lärarstudenter, två skolor möjligheten att deltaga i ett interaktivt förändringsarbete. Efter betänketid tackade skolorna nej till erbjudandet. Detta fick oss att fundera över hur skolor ser på utvecklingsarbete som involverar externa aktörer.Syftet med studien var att framhäva möjligheter och hinder inom skolutveckling som är i interaktion med utomstående aktörer, i form av bland annat lärarstudenter och forskare. Vidare syftade studien till att studera vilka faktorer som påverkar en skolas personals inställning. Dessutom ämnade arbetet skapa vidare förutsättningar för ett framåtsträvande samarbete mellan skolan och övriga tänkbara aktörer.Utifrån kvantitativa enkäter, som genomfördes på den valda gymnasieskolan, kunde vi fastställa den allmänna inställningen till interaktivt utvecklingsarbete med utomstående aktörer.

The aim of this study was to describe young women's experiences of midwives/ gynaecologists treatment in connection to gynaecological examination. A further aim was to achieve a better understanding of the factors that can form the basis of the experience of treatment. A qualitative study was performed in which the participants (N=10) was Swedish-speaking women aged 18-25 years, with experience of at least one gynaecological examination. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, using an interview guide. The material was analyzed according to Graneheim and Lundman´s (2004) method for qualitative content analysis.

This paper aims to describe how religion teachers in Swedish schools teach concerning questions about life issues and popular culture. To research the teachers' didactic approach to these issues, didactics has been defined with three educational questions: what, how and why. The essay focuses on teachers' effective implementation of teaching on life issues and popular culture, which we used a theory of offering meaningfulness describing what subject matter that may be imparted to the students. An offer of meaningfulness can be pursued and can be made visible in the context of what and how performs the teaching and also in the context where the teacher planned the teaching elements. The method that the paper has used is the interviews of four different active religious educators in Stockholm and Uppsala area.

The main purpose of this paper is to examine how the regulatory environment of ?equality plans" are implemented at the municipal level of decision making in the school environment - in terms of both local politicians, school structures and management by teachers.The paper will present how the implementation theory works in practice by examining two high schools in the Municipality of Norrkoping and see what differences exist in the implementation process of "equality plans" in schools with a variety of high and relatively low immigrant background among students.We will present how it seems from different perspectives. Are teachers today controlled by public professional ethics or personal reasons, where those street level bureaucrats mainly act on feeling depending on the case? And how might this affect the law? Do they in fact understand, or have the knowledge and the willingness to implement?In our study, we are using a comparative case study method with an interview guide. A comparison between the two school´s equality plan have been analyzed where we have developed key differences and similarities that we recognized regarding the subject.The results of the study demonstrate that the context is very crucial to addressing these issues.

Our choice of respondents was based on what kind of respondents that could give us the most accurate information on the subject which we based on relevant variables. Theory: The framing of the theories is based on a marketing perspective within the area of differentiating and focuses on how companies use different tools to differentiate their offer to create competitive advantages.

Målet med detta arbete är att kartlägga hur svängningar inom kommunikation och formspråk artat sig inom svensk TV-reklam från 1990-talet, då de kommersiella TV-sändningarna började ta mark, fram till idag. Med denna analys av tidigare reklam i ryggen har jag även tagit mig friheten att sia om hur TV-reklam skulle kunna yttra sig under 2020-talet.Den huvudsakliga metoden har bestått av en retrospektiv analys av svensk TV-reklam för att kategorisera de karaktäristiska beståndsdelarna för varje decennium - klargöra var fokus ligger och vilken kommunikationsmodell man valt. När jag hittat den röda tråd som inbegriper de dominerande karaktärsdragen anser jag mig kort och gott ha hittat själva definitionen av respektive decenniums reklam.De definierande karaktärspunkterna har sedan applicerats på ett fiktivt schablonvarumärke, i detta fall ett flaskvatten vars varumärke jag valt att döpa till "100" eftersom innehållet är just 100% vatten. Varje årtionde jag valt att behandla, från 1990-tal till 2010-tal, har fått en egen reklamkampanj utformad efter respektive decenniums karaktärspunkter.Förhoppningen är att hitta cykliska tendenser från 1990-2010-tal och därigenom förutspå hur cykeln skulle kunna ta sig vidare in i 2020-talet. Sannolikheten att 2020-talet fortsätter sin cykel i 1990-talets manér kan ses lika rimlig som att det istället tvärvänder och en ny trend skapas för att forma reklamen för det kommande decenniet.

AimThe overall aim of this study has been to gain knowledge about what characterize upper secondary school students participating in the subject course physical education and health (PEH). To investigate this, the following questions are formulated:What motivates the students to attend PEH?How do the students experience teaching?What influences the students' opinions of the subject?MethodWe conducted a qualitative study using interview as method. Six students, from year 2; three girls and three boys, from different studying programs at an upper secondary school in the region of Mälardalen were interviewed. The students had been recommended and asked to participate by their teachers in PEH.

In Sweden the divorce rates has increased during the latter part of the 20th century. For many children it?s everyday life growing up with parents no longer living together. The Parental Code states that "The child's best interests must be central to any decision in custody, residence and access." But what does the child?s best interest really mean and how do we investigate it? We decided to investigate its meaning by interviewing social workers regarding their interpretations of the child's best interests from a family law perspective.

Nya effektiva utbildningsmetoder som komplement till den traditionella utbildningen möjliggörs av den nya tekniken där e-learning har en framträdande roll. E-learning gör att lärandet inte längre är beroende av ett fysiskt klassrum och en specifik tidpunkt utan utbildningen blir mer flexibel, interaktiv samt fokuserar mer på själva på lärandet.Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att kartlägga hur ett LMS bör vara utformat vad det gäller design, funktion och användbarhetsfaktorer för att underlätta val av lärplattform (LMS). Studien har visat att det designmässigt är lämpligt att följa vedertagna författares riktlinjer ? oavsett om det gäller LMS eller design av en funktion i ett LMS.
