Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur lärare och elever på musik- eller kulturskola kommunicerar med varandra i enskild undervisning med fiol som instrument. Med hjälp av videoobservation som metod har tre lärare och deras elever observerats. Studiens teoretiska utgångspunkter utgörs av ett designteoretiskt och multimodalt perspektiv. I resultatet framkommer att lärarna använder sig av ett flertal olika kommunikationssätt i sin undervisning. Kommunikationssätten är instruerande, frågeställande, förevisande, metaforiskt och humoristiskt kommunikationssätt.

Conclusions: Despite a difference in the relations the interorganizational accounting is designed and used in a similar way. The interorganizational accounting that exists in the two relations has a medium scope, fast timeline, high aggregation and high integration. The information is mainly used for attention directing and for decision making.

The purpose of this study was to examine social worker?s own experiences of dealing with gender perspectives in child welfare cases. With a constructionist perspective, this study is based on a qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews. Six social workers were asked to reflect on their work and their methodology, and how it relates to gender perspectives when assessing children and adolescents in child welfare services.The result shows that there is a lack of control and review that children are given a gender neutral treatment. It also shows that there was no explicit protocol for how to take a gender perspective into account when assessing children and adolescents needs of welfare services.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att ge en inblick i förhållandet mellan ljudkvalitet och den musikaliska upplevelsens kvalitet, dvs om ljudets kvalitet kan påverka en konsertbesökares helhetsupplevelse. I studien görs en enkätundersökning, där enkätdeltagaren får svara på ett antal frågor, exempelvis hur viktig ljudkvaliteten egentligen är, vilken aspekt av ljudet som bör vara tillfredsställande och vilka instrument som bör höras tydligt etc. Enkäten innehöll även två kvalitativa frågor där deltagaren får utveckla sina tankar i skriftlig form. 32 människor deltog i enkätundersökningen som ägde rum i Falun.Resultaten som forskningen gett pekar på att ljudkvaliteten är viktig för den musikaliska helhetsupplevelsen tillsammans med andra aspekter såsom bandets musikaliska prestation, scennärvaro samt scenljus etc. Majoriteten av enkätdeltagarna anser att sången är den viktigaste aspekten i musiken att höra klart och tydligt samt att det finns flera ljudaspekter (t.ex.

The methodology used for this study was structured interviews.

Background: During the 2000s, there has been an increased interest in studying business management and strategy implementation with customer focus in public organisations. To achieve business goals it is important to continuously work with strategies to meet customerdemands for increased efficiency and service. Purpose: The aim of the essay is to examine how to work on strategy implementation in a municipal real estate company from a management perspective in order to achieve overall goals. Method: The study?s methodology is a case study based on qualitative telephone interviews that were conducted with representatives in managerial positions from various levels of the company. The choice of the qualitative data was considered relevant in relation to the chosen topic of the thesis. The empirical data was then compared to the theoretical framework of the thesis. Results: Strategies guide the company to achieve the overall goals, which are later on broken down into operational targets.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of the uniform way of interpretation from the Swedish asylum officers at the Swedish Migration Board, of asylum investigations for asylum seekers who claim sexual orientation as reason of refuge. The interviews with the officers were analyzed in relation to the policy document with investigation- guidelines and methodology.The results of the study showed that there was a uniform way to conduct asylum investigations and interpret the policy document, this despite that the document was found to be ambiguous in certain aspects. The uniform interpretation of the asylum officers was explained by the knowledge and understanding that exists within institutional organizations. This because the asylum officers at the Swedish Migration Board might have similar experience, knowledge and also the demands related to asylum investigations.The uniform interpretation demonstrated a strong similar common understanding of investigative work within the agency. This suggests a certainty that the investigations are carried out in a similar way regardless of which asylum officer within the institution conducting the investigation which indicates a well-functioning ?rule of law? for the asylum seekers. .

The following essay studies the change in the use of terminology pertaining to socioeconomic categorising in public political material, and how this relates to ideological changes in politics. The aim is to determine which expressions government commission reports have used after the Second World War to classify citizens in social and economic groups, and subsequently, to link the understanding of these terms to the development of Swedish welfare politics. Welfare politics in Sweden have experienced a transition in a liberal and economistic direction that is reflected in the commission reports? choices of words and phrases ? thus studying the altering terminology can increase understanding of the ideological change. My methodology is grounded in ideology critique where I examine how dominant ideology is reproduced in public political documents.

ERP system is divided in several applications with a modular software design that allow people in every department in a company to store and retrieve information accurately and in real-time. Denna studie handlar om begreppet musikalitet och lärares uppfattningar av den problematik som är förknippad med musikalitet som fenomen. Syftet är att få en större förståelse och kunskap om begreppet, och också att ta reda på hur tidigare forskning, lärares uppfattningar och grundskolans styrdokument förhåller sig till problemområdet. Intervjuer har genomförts med tre musiklärare från Kulturskolan som undervisar i enskilda instrument och i klass. Deras svar har sedan jämförts och diskuterats med tidigare forskning och annan relevant litteratur. Musikalitet visar sig enligt den refererade forskningen och våra intervjupersoner finnas i två huvudsakliga former: Den ena formen av musikalitet innebär att man kan utöva musik genom till exempel instrumentspel och sång.

What do public librarians think about the future for mediation of literature through social media, how will it evolve?The methodology used was qualitative interviews.

The interest for venture capital within the financial sector in Sweden has, according to earlier studies, been seen as a growing occurrence. Especially for what is known as informal venture capital. In modern times, private investors who engage themselves in small, unlisted companies, providing informal venture capital are to be known as business angels. They close equity gaps on the financial market by contribute financial capital to start-ups and are therefore an important participant on today?s market.

This study examines how Qatar and Russia utilize football as an instrument of foreign-policy. While previous reasearch has primarily focused on mega-events, such as the Olympic games and the FIFA World Cup, this thesis expands the scope by analyzing how footbal functions as a strategic tool for nation branding in both countries. The study employs a comparative qualitative case study appraoch, based on Simon Anholt?s nation branding framework, modified to include four dimensions instead of six. The analysis demonstrates that both Qatar and Russia leverage football to advance their foreign policy objectives, but in markedly different ways.

Purpose: The puspose with our essay is to investigate how an acquisition can affect leadership. We want to specialize us by analysing how a leadership and the employees in a smaller company can be affected by an acquisition by a larger organization. We also want to investigate how a good leadership should be in a small company due to an acquisition.Methodology: This essay is based on a qualitative method.Theoretical: We have used theories concerning leadership, theories about small and large organizations and theories about consequences after an acquisition. Empirical foundation: Our empirics are based on stories from our five interviews from employees and leaders in Experian.Conclusions: Consequences can appear due to an acquisition. Only mild consequences appeared in the case of Marknadsananalys.
