Syftet med denna studie är att studera ekonomierna i Japan, USA och Storbritannien där ländernas centralbank använt den okonventionella penningpolitiska metoden kvantitativa lättnader. Genom att studera penningmängden, BNP-tillväxten, inflationen och kostnaden för dessa länders valutor i förhållande till tio andra valutor vill denna studie kunna avgöraom Riksbanken med hjälp utav kvantitativa lättnader kan få inflationen att stiga samt vad som bör hända med den aggregerade efterfrågan och kronans värde. Resultatet visar att inflationen och BNP-tillväxten haft en stigande trend under perioderna av kvantitativa lättnader. Resultatet visar också att Storbritanniens valuta deprecierades mot alla valutor i studien och Japans valuta deprecierades mot hälften av valutorna, däremot kunde denna studie inte observera något samband mellan kvantitativa lättnader i USA och en deprecierad dollar. Det denna studie kan säga är att Riksbankens kvantitativa lättnader bör skapa enpositiv trend för både inflationen och den aggregerade efterfrågan, samt att kronan med största sannolikhet bör deprecieras..

Translation exposure arises with the consolidation of the foreign subsidiary and depends on the rate of exchange that are used for translation of the foreign subsidiary. The method of this study was a literature review. The result showed that norms and rules not always are adjusted to caretakers? wishes and needs.

To get an optimal print result with rotogravure on improved newsprint, MF-paper, knowledge aboutwhat adjustment that should be done through the whole production is needed. This degree project investigatesthe reproduction?s effect on the final print result.A test print is done at Quebecor World Nordic Interprint´s regular print unit. The evaluation of theprint shows how important the use of a unit adjusted ICC-profile is for the print quality. A comparisonbetween the two separation methods GCR and UCR shows that Interprint´s present ICC-profile, usingUCR as separation method, gives less missing dots.

Den empiriska undersökningenär utförd med hjälp av regressionsanalys med paneldata. Genom att använda data från olika välkända källor har BNP/capita för varje land undersökts. Olika faktorer som förväntas påverka utvecklingen i BNP/capita undersöks. BNP/capita har logaritmeratsi modellen för att fånga den procentuella förändringen.De inkluderade oberoende variablerna i undersökningen är andelen smittade iHIV/AIDS i åldrarna 15-49, förväntad livslängd vid födseln, inflation, befolkningstillväxt, internetanvändare, utländska investeringar samt den släpande logaritmerade BNP/capita under åren 1990-2013.Den empiriska undersökningen visar att HIV-epidemin har en positiv inverkan på den ekonomiska tillväxten.

There is a lot written about being hearing impaired. There are guidelines on how to adjust the indoor environment for the hearing impaired. There is even more written about gardening and garden design from different aspects. However, I found out that there is nothing written about garden design or adjusting the outdoor environment for the hearing impaired. At the background of myself being hearing impaired and garden designer I realised that I actually had adjusted my own garden out of the fact that I am hearing impaired.

The purpose of this bachelor-thesis is to investigate the possible effects of lease accounting on the estimation of bankruptcy. This is done by estimating the risk via prediction models based on accounting ratios for a sample of 43 listed firms in Sweden. Estimation is conducted twice for each firm, once base on unadjusted data as it is presented in the annual report of 2012, and one with data adjusted for operational leases (that is data is treated as if all leases present were to have been reported as financial leases). In the next step it is tested weather the predictive ability of the models is affected by this adjustment or not. For this purpose translation of bankruptcy risk into synthetic credit ratings via interest coverage ratios is done.

Denna uppsats syftar till att studera Finland respektive Sverige för att undersöka hur arbetslösheten i Sverige påverkats givet ett inträde i EU:s valutasamarbete i samband med folkomröstningen 2003. Arbetslöshetens utveckling studeras under tidsperioden 1993-2013. Vidare studeras arbetslöshetens underliggande faktorer och de skillnader som ett inträde i unionen skulle inneburit för ekonomin. Utifrån teori, tidigare forskning och en analys framkommer att de huvudsakliga faktorer som påverkat arbetslösheten är sysselsättningsgrad och arbetskraft, tillväxt och produktivitet, inflation, växelkurs och statsskuld.

I debatten om den förändrade miljö- och klimatsituationen har energifrågan kommit att bli central. Eftersom ca en tredjedel av den totala energianvändningen i Sverige är kopplad till bebyggelse är detta ett område där det bör gå att åstadkomma stora förändringar. Detta faktum i kombination med ökade energipriser har gjort att byggnader med låg energiförbrukning blivit alltmer attraktiva. Byggande av passivhus, d v s hus utan konventionellt värmesystem, är på kraftig uppgång i Sverige. Dock är det fortfarande få som byggts i de nordligaste delarna av landet vilket kan bero på osäkerhet i form av lönsamhet för beställaren.I detta arbete har möjligheterna att investera i passivhus i Kiruna undersökts med hjälp av energianalyser och livscykelkostnadsberäkningar.
