Utöver detta skall det tas reda på vad samtliga myndigheterna anser vara anledningarna till dessa skattebrott.Metod: Uppsatsens information har samlats in genom vetenskapliga artiklar, webbsidor och tre intervjuer. Uppsatsens intervjufrågor är upprättade på ett kvalitativt semi-strukturerat sätt och omfattar nio öppna frågor.Resultat: Myndigheterna förhindrar skattebrott svartarbete och oredovisade intäkter genom att utföra skattekontroller av näringsidkarens kassaregister och kontrollenhet samt avskräcka privatpersoner från att komma i kontakt med skattebrott. En av dem största anledningar till skattebrott är okunskap för det ekonomiska arbetet i en näringsverksamhet och näringsidkarens girighet för egenvinning..

Our aim is to create a greater understanding for how Växjö Municipality is working with their vision, strategy and brand, and also how it is perceived by the business sector. This understanding will help us to highlight success factors and pitfalls that exist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a municipality?s identity, image and profile to convince the business sector to follow.Methodology: We have been using an abductive and qualitative research-method in which semi-structured interviews have been the basis of our empirical material. We had interviews with three employees, a communication manager and the mayor at Växjö Municipality as well as four organizations and two companies with sustainable focus. We did this to get different perspectives and thereby get a greater understanding.Analysis & conclusion: We have been able to identify both success factors and pitfalls in Växjö Municipality's strategic sustainability work.

Den här studien fokuserar på små lokala företag och deras varumärkesuppbyggnad. Vi har studerat företag som befinner sig i klädes- och modebranschen och deras strategier som de tillämpar för att bygga upp och stärka sina varumärken. I inledning så finns det en introduktion till vårt problem och syfte. Problemformulering som denna studie har som avsikt att besvara lyder enligt följande: Hur bygger små lokala företag upp sitt varumärke?Utifrån insamlad teori presenterar vi vår egen teorimodell som ligger till grunden för den senare analysen.

Influences from military theory are a part of the development of military doctrines. I dagens samhälle ökar varumärken i betydelse vilket innebär ett ökat behov för företag att ha kunskap om vilken image konsumenter tillskriver deras varumärke. Varumärkesmedvetenhet och köpbeslut är teoretiska områden inom konsumentbeteende som tidigare studerats utförligt. Dock har det saknats studier kring hur varumärkesimage påverkar konsumenters köpbeslut inom livsmedelsbranschen.Köttkonsumtionen i Sverige har ökat under senare år och charkuteriprodukter ses som väsentliga livsmedelsvaror att ha hemma. För att skapa konkurrenskraft på marknaden är det viktigt för företag inom charkuteribranschen att tillhandahålla vetskap om den image konsumenter tillskriver deras varumärke. Det lokala Örebroföretaget Robertsons Charkuteri AB har idag inte en klar bild över vilka som utgör deras kundgrupp och har under de senaste åren känt av en ökad konkurrens och efterfrågade därför en marknadsundersökning gällande hur varumärkesmedvetenheten ser ut bland invånarna i Örebro stad samt vilken image de tillskriver varumärket.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the ethics concerning the possession of nuclear weapons seen from a deontological and utilitarian perspective. I have also considered the aspects of International law, the Just-war Theory, and Michael Walzer's Legalist Paradigm. The research question that guides my essay is: Is it possible to ethically justify a country's possession of nuclear arms, which results in direct and indirect threats against other countries?I have chosen to focus my essay on the period of 1945 to 1990, also referred to as the Cold War. I find the bipolar system that existed between the USA and the Soviet Union as a good empirical example, during which the nuclear arms debate constantly took place.The result that my thesis brings is rather ambiguous.

The world is getting smaller. Global markets, political processes and communication technology bring people together. Even though many of these processes are dynamic and constructive, they have also resulted in a need for better and more effective ways of international conflict resolution. This thesis investigates central issues connected to the concept of humanitarian interventions in relation to current and future legislation of the European Union. The overall question is whether the rapid globalization process has resulted in a change of international law towards more liberal view where authorization of the security council is not always needed? And, if there has actually been such a liberalization, how does that affect the legal possibilities for the European Union to carry out armed operations without the consent of the global community?The conclusion of the thesis is that international law has been modified mainly in two aspects: First, the concept of sovereignty is no longer seen merely as a right of the nation, but also as a responsibility.

This thesis aims to study the indirect effects of the Europeanization on national parties and the presence of an established national opposition towards the European Union (EU) and its effects in Sweden, as a result of the so-called conflict of Vaxholm. The questions asked were whether or not it existed an established national opposition towards the EU, and if so, what the opposition consists of substantially. The research method, which was used, is a quantified text analysis on the chamber debates of the Swedish Riksdag and the party congresses of Socialdemokraterna. The study shows that there is an ambivalent opposition towards the EU and its effects in the aftermath of the conflict of Vaxholm.  Socialdemokraterna presented resistance, but did not manage to present apparent alternatives, which left the party with a rather indistinctive opposition. In contrast to the right-wing party, the left-wing party had some profound difficulties in positioning itself in the new and globalized economy. I therefore suggest, that it might be more providing and exhaustive to introduce Azmanova?s ideal-type analysis, which instead of positing parties on a left-right continuum, posit parties after respective party?s opinions concerning the risks or opportunities which the EU and the internal market?s effects. .

Ända sen lagstiftarna i 1944, 1962 och 1974 års brandlagsstiftning samt 1986 års räddningstjänstlag har det funnits en strävan att öka kommunernas ansvar för brandsläckning, räddningstjänst och förebyggande brandskydd. I Lagen om skydd mot olyckor (2003:778) ska de olika aktörernas ansvar gällande brandsäkerhet tydliggöras, vilket kan ses som en naturlig utveckling av samhällets strävan mot en bättre brandsäkerhet. För att tillgodose kraven som Lagen om skydd mot olyckor ställer på ägare och nyttjanderättshavare så bör ett s.k. Systematiskt Brandskyddsarbete (SBA) bedrivas under hela byggnadens/anläggningens tid för användning och skall omfatta såväl verksamhet som organisation.Landstinget är en aktör som berörs av Lagen om skydd mot olyckor eftersom en brand i ett sjukhus eller vårdinrättning kan, av lätt förståeliga skäl, få katastrofala följder. This study has been conducted with the purpose to examine the marketing effects of waiting lines on the customer- and brand experience. Our ambition has been to describe how the waiting line can be used to heighten the positive experiences. The study has had a qualitative, as well as an inductive approach towards the subject. The study is mainly based on nine interviews with a total of ten respondents employed at nine different companies relevant to the subject. In the final chapter of this study we present our results and conclusions..

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether Karlstad City Fiber Network visual elements in the form of a pair of speech bubbles fit into the organization's holistic external communication and branding. The study examines whether Karlstad City Fiber Network image of the organization and the speech bubbles match the stakeholders view and how the visual elements are perceived and recognized by stakeholders. The theory associated with the study is theories of corporate visual identity, image, identity and branding and visual communication. These three elements are important to be aware of when a generation of an effective external communications. Qualitative interviews with employees at Karlstad City Fiber Network and Karlstad municipality has undertaken to give an idea of ??what the organization wants to achieve and what their opinions are.

I mars 2012 startade en brand i en industrifastighet i Kiruna. Branden var vid räddningstjänstens framkomst relativt begränsad. Efter misslyckade försök att återfinna och dra ut gasflaskor, spärrades ett område av på grund av explosionsrisken. Resultatet blev att branden inte kunde begränsas eller bekämpas, trots att styrkan försökte kyla branden i skydd av närliggande objekt. Räddningsinsatsen avslutades nästan 39 timmar efter ankomst.

The thesis aims to examine how companies optimize the human capital from a value creation perspective. The value creation will be related to transfer of knowledge, recruitment, staff turnover and development. The thesis has a deductive approach and six qualitative interviews have been conducted. The results from the interviews will be strengthened with a quantitative data analysis of two measurements; value added per employee and human capital efficiency. The theoretical framework includes definitions of human capital.
