Studien har utförts på företaget Ericssons avdelning för strategiskt inköp och syftar till att utforma en inköpsportfölj som kan positionera maktbalansen mellan Ericsson och dess leverantörer. Undersökningen utförs på tre olika kategorier inom inköp; Hardware, Logistics och R&D Consultancy Services. Studien ger även förslag på strategier som kan appliceras för att flytta maktbalansen till en mer fördelaktig position. För att kunna utforma en maktpositioneringsmodell undersöker studiens författare vad som orsakar och kännetecknar makt i en kund- och leverantörsrelation, samt vilken påverkan de identifierade faktorerna tycks ha.Ericsson är ett globalt företag som är världsledande inom kommunikationsteknologi. Inköp av produkter och tjänster står för en ansenlig del av organisationens kostnader, varpå inköpsarbetet blir av stor betydelse.

1. Reaction on burial depth and nitrogen availability and placement in competition with a crop In this trial it was investigated how couch grass (Elymus repens) changes its ability to compete in stands of wheat and barley with different burial depth and different amounts and placement of nitrogen. More knowledge in this area can be valuable in the attempt to decrease the use of herbicides and still keep the weeds under control. The trial was carried out in the summer of 2004 as an outdoor pot experiment. The pots contained 15 litres of soil with a surface of 0,06 m2.

When cylinders for motor saws are manufactured there are high demands on the cylinders strength and wearing qualities. Aluminum is a material with low density and is used by Husqvarna AB for their motor saw cylinders. The aluminum is strengthening with nickel that is attached to the cylinders through electrolysis. When aluminum is in contact with oxygen a film of oxide is formed. To eliminate the oxide and to prevent formation of new oxide zinc is used.

(Lindelöw, 2008, s. 18). HR-avdelningen på ett företag bör sträva efter organisationens strategi i syfte att uppnå högre effektivitet och framtida mål (Boglind, Hällstén och Thilander, 2013).

Denna rapport grundar sig i Svenska Mässans planer på expansion och de krav på effektiv hantering och korta ledtider som det medför. Svenska Mässans unika förutsättningar vad gäller yta, bransch och placering medför ett komplext flöde av material. Flödet försvåras ytterligare av att lager och de hallar där eventen genomförs på ligger på olika plan. Den andra delen grundar sig i den litterära brist som finns kring den här typen av logistik. I rapporten introduceras därför ett nytt begrepp - Mässlogistik.

An organization that uses all of its improvement opportunities has a great advantage compared to its competitors. It is an important task when it comes to continuous improvements of every process. Up until September 2007, Husqvarna AB had a suggestion committee who evaluated every suggestion separately and the proposer received a payment if the suggestion was approved by the committee. However, this system did not work satisfying enough to fulfill Husqvarna?s needs and they are now looking for a system that can handle the ideas from the employees in a more effective way.

The main purpose of this thesis has been to find a way to evaluate the soil parameters for the Total sounding method (TS), such as the inner friction angles and settlement modules. This study only includes an analysis of soil profiles from the Stockholm region. The chosen location for the study is a proposed residential area east of Igelstaviken in Södertälje. Presently, the subject plot is located in a residential area and is also adjacent to a school area.Total sounding is originally a Norwegian soil testing method. The differences between the sounding methods (weight-, ram-, CPT-sounding) are for instance how the sound is driven into the ground and what kind of parameters that are registered.

Fo?r att koordinera alla transporter av byggmaterial in till omra?det, samt hantera avfallstransporter ut ur omra?det, har Stockholms stad etablerat ett bygglogistikcenter vars ma?l bland annat a?r att reducera antalet transporter.Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att ta fram en metod fo?r utva?rdering av potentiella miljo?effekter med bygglogistikcentret i Norra Djurga?rdsstaden. Examensarbetet har tittat pa? byggtransportlogistik ur ett livscykelperspektiv fo?r ja?mfo?relse mellan tva? olika scenarion, da? ett bygglogistikcenter finns (scenario 1) respektive da? ett sa?dant inte finns (scenario 2).

Examensarbetet är utfört på Volvo Construction Equipment Components AB i Eskilstuna. Där tillverkas transmissioner och axlar till hjullastare och ramstyrda dumprar. Uppgiften har varit att ge förslag på en layout med bästa potentiella monteringsupplägg på transmissionsmonteringen, baserat på prognostiserad volym år 2006. Stationsmontering är det rådande produktionsupplägget. Det faktum att monteringstiden är lång och att det förekommer dolt montage gör det lätt att glömma detaljer.

This study was made in an attempt to give the forest research centre Mógilsá a producedtetratherm map and a better understanding of how topography and temperature influencethe growth of two tree species. The digital tetratherm map model, covering the northernpart of Iceland, was developed to investigate the correlation between tetratherm and thegrowth of Picea sitchensis and Larix (sukaczewii + sibirica). The study confirms theusefulness of digital terrain models in providing data for a lot of different factors and forthe tetratherm model. Hopefully will this tetratherm map be used in future studies.Secondly, investigations were made correlating the growth of the two species againsttopographic factors representing height above sea level, distance to the sea, slope andtopex. Thirdly, investigations were made comparing the aspect and the ground shape tothe growth.The growth rate of Larix had strong significant correlations to the tetratherm and thedistance to the sea- factors.

Optimization of soil tillage and crop rotation is important in many aspects, but particularly in maximizing profit margins. Since the economic outcome is usually decisive, it can be interesting to study different combinations of soil tillage systems and crop rotations in order to identify the maximum economic outcome. How a crop functions in a particular tillage system determines whether it is profitable to grow that crop. Different tillage systems affect the soil and its processes in different ways. Reduced tillage often works best on weak-structured heavy clays and on silty clays.

AbstractAt Saltvikens copperindustry, which is located in the municipality of Oskarshamn, copper was refined from sulphiteore some hundred years ago. The ore underwent several steps in the process before the final product was received. These steps all had an influence on the environment through discharge of heavy metals. The area where the copper industry was located is today considered to be of specific national interest due to its valuable nature and cultural values, as well as its value for recreational outdoor activities. Therefore, it is important to determine the present level of contamination and if any transport of contaminants have occurred, and to identify the risks that are associated with the site both at present and in a longer time perspective.Thirtynine soil samples and 16 sediment samples have been analyzed.

Scandinavian Biogas is involved in the planning of a combined ethanol and biogas factory in Karlskoga, Sweden. Besides biogas and ethanol large amounts of digester residues will be produced, about 450 000 liquid tonnes residue (~7,3 % Dry Substance( DS)). The objective of this thesis was to investigate possible uses of the residue from the biogas production process ScandgasEthanol developed by Scandinavian Biogas, and to derive a methodological approach how to evaluate and compare handling systems. Three systems where proposed and compared in this thesis; spreading of the untreated residue as fertilizer (system 1), dewatering to a higher DS content to reduce transportation before spreading as fertilizer (system 2) and production of a solid fuel by dewatering and drying the residue (system 3). The general conditions for the proposed systems were investigated in terms of practical viability, economical aspects, environmental impact and energy inputs/outputs.

As birch is one of the most common trees in Sweden, and probably one of the easiest for someone who lives here to identify, it is interesting to note that most people do not know how variable the genus is and how widely it is distributed across the northern hemisphere. One can find birch growing at both high and low elevations, demanding different soil conditions and preferring varying amounts of sunlight. Many people may also be surprised to hear that the colour of the bark can vary from bight white to almost black, and different shades of pink, orange and red can also be displayed. This, together with the astonishing beauty of the genus, the important role as a pioneer in many ecological systems and the difficulty in sorting out the taxonomy of the genus, constitutes the background of this thesis. The thesis is written at the Department of Landscape Development in Alnarp, Sweden with Kenneth Lorentzon, researcher at the Swedish University of Agriculture as a supervisor. The aim of this thesis is to highlight which species and cultivars within the genus Betula could be appropriate for horticultural use in Sweden.
