When you talk with the municipal housing companies today there is a general view that theyare doing all the work when it comes to social responsibilities in the municipalities, theprivate landlords only have a focus on profit. The private landlords doesn't agree but says thatthey take a social responsibility, at the same time there is a difference in what socialresponsibility is. By looking at how the picture of CSR and its use is seen today we analyzewhy the opinions and definitions about social responsibility differ. We also look at CSR in itslocal adaptation in Sweden's special conditions at the same time as we compare it to CSR inEurope and the world. We thereby create an analysis of how CSR is perceived, prioritized anddeveloped in Sweden to see the root of the disagreements.In our study we show how different views and roles in the community influence the picture ofCSR in Sweden.

Att självkontroll har en påverkan på mänskligt beteende har diskuterats under många år men vad menas egentligen med begreppet självkontroll? I sin undersökning av begreppet använder sig studien av jämförelse mellan två teorier som båda tar upp begreppet självkontroll vid sin definition av brott. Dessa är Michael Gottfredson och Travis Hirschis, självkontrollsteori och Per-Olof Wikströms, situationella handlingsteori. Syftet med studien är att utveckla vad begreppet självkontroll innefattar i allmänhet samt behandla begreppets roll och utveckling inom två teorier som båda har sitt ursprung inom kriminologin. Begreppet självkontroll har en mycket bred och omfattande definition inom kriminologins ramar därför fokuserar denna studie endast på två specifika kriminologiska teoriers användning av begreppet.

The present BA thesis is an analysis and a close reading of the French author Gabrielle Wittkop's novel Le Nécrophile (1972). The analysis consists of two parts. The first part focuses on the story and can be described as an attempt to interpret the engine of the history. The second part of the analysis focuses on the narrative; how the story is told. Le Nécrophiles main motif is re-encoding the representation of death in art and literature, traditionally conceived as a beautiful female corpse.

This case study aims to explore how decision making is performed under circumstances characterised by high uncertainty. We have identified and interviewed two types of organisations dealing with investments in pharmaceutical drug development, a business characterised by high uncertainty. We have found that the two types of organisations we have interviewed display different decision making behaviour evaluating the same type of investment. Further we have explained these differences in decision making behaviour by using relevant decision making theories. This study has showed that different forms of decision making are appropriate depending on the conditions facing the decision maker..

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie har varit att undersöka förskollärares definition av omsorgssvikt, samt om emotioner påverkar att förskollärare gör en anmälan till socialtjänsten gällande omsorgssvikt. Empirin samlades in med kvalitativa intervjuer av fyra förskollärare, som hade erfarenhet av anmälan till socialtjänsten. Intervjuerna analyserades med hjälp av teori om omsorgssvikt, emotioner samt interaktionsritualer. Studien ger inblick och förståelse för förskolepersonalens kunskap och erfarenheter av omsorgssvikt samt om hur emotioner formar relationer mellan de inblandade och kan påverka en anmälan. Resultatet visade att förskollärarnas definition av omsorgssvikt inte består av ett visst antal tecken, utan att de bildar sig en helhetsuppfattning av barnets situation.

Med hjälp av den fenomenologiska teorin har jag sökt svar på hur fullblodsuppfödaren upplever sin situation och med hjälp av begreppet livsvärld har jag analyserat materialet. Genom Schutz definition av begreppet livsvärld har jag belyst fenomen och upplevelser i uppfödarnas vardagsliv. Jag har tolkat Schutz definition av livsvärlden som den bild av verkligheten så som den uppträder för informanten och de fenomen som har betydelse för deras vardag. Efter att ha träffat och intervjuat fyra stycken fullblodsuppfödare i Mälardalsregionen har jag kunnat kategorisera nio fenomen som återkommer i samtligas livsvärld. De fyra uppfödarna har haft varierande åsikter och berättelser om de olika fenomen som jag kunnat uppmärksamma. De nio fenomen som jag kategoriserat utefter informanternas berättelser är ekonomiska villkor, drivkrafter, traditioner, gemenskap och utbildning, möjligheter inför framtiden, kvalitet, hinder inför framtiden, föryngring och nyrekrytering samt Svensk Galopp vilken är den organisation som svarar för den svenska galoppsporten i helhet.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien var att undersöka kvinnliga lärares syn på ledarskap inom ämnet idrott och hälsa. För att uppfylla syftet, utformades tre frågeställningar: (1) Hur definierar kvinnliga lärare i idrott och hälsa ledarskap? (2) Vilka faktorer påverkar ledarskapet hos kvinnliga lärare i idrott och hälsa? (3) Hur värderar kvinnliga lärare i idrott och hälsa ledarskapet i lärarrollen?MetodMetoden som användes var kvalitativ och baserades på intervjuer. Empirin samlades in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer från sex kvinnliga lärare i idrott och hälsa yrkesverksamma i Stockholmsområdet. Urvalet skedde enligt bekvämlighetsprincipen.

Ovarian stimulation in assisted reproduction often leads to the production of a high number of oocytes. After fertilization of these oocytes, the resulting embryos can be cryopreserved for later use. Vitrification is a recently introduced method for cryostoring embryos, showing high survival rates for both cleavage stage embryos and blastocysts. Characteristic of vitrification are high concentrations of cryoprotectants and ultra fast freezing which makes the material glassily. A major concern with vitrification has been the direct contact of the cryo-solutions with liquid nitrogen.

Problem: In society of today corporate competence is an important factor for survivor and development. IT is developing rapidly and can not be ignored by companies. Then need for people with IT-competence is conquent increasing. A survey of corporate IT-competence is therefore of interest for companies as well as for local authorities. To determine the IT competence within an organisation, this competence has to be measurable.

This essay is based on a qualitative study of Swedish high school students? discussions of rape. We have a socialconstructive perspective and use theories of gender and power. The purpose of the study is to acknowledge teenagers? views of rape, sexual relationships and the law.

Ordet upplevelse beskrivs av Nationalencyklopedin som en svårbeskrivbar eller oanalyserad känsla. Trots sin svårbeskrivbarhet är upplevelse inget nytt eller ouppmärksammat. Redan på 1970-talet skrevs det om hur människans behov skulle gå från det materiella till meningsfulla upplevelser. Idag är upplevelse ett väl använt ord, speciellt inom marknadskommunikation där flera kommunikationsbyråer idag säger sig jobba med upplevelsemarknadsföring. Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera vilket värde byråer inom kommunikationsbranschen ger begreppet upplevelse.

In this study I?ve examined bilingual high-school students? experiences of their education held in their native language. The purpose of this study is to examine bilingual high-school students? experiences of how their school organizes the education that?s held in their native language, and how the students feel that the education in their native language has helped their overall language development and also in terms of learning in general. To complete this study I?ve interviewed six high school students and analyzed their answers using other studies and theories on this subject.

The aim of this paper is to examine how teachers experience their possibilities to develop democratic teaching in high school and how they reflect upon their position of power within the teaching situation. Four professional high school teachers have been interviewed for the study. The theoretical perspective of the study is an intersectional view on power and a view on democratic teaching which is partly built on the high school curriculum, but mainly defined by deliberative conversations, anti-oppressive education and norm-critical education. The result of the study is focused on three themes, which were shown in the analysis of the interviews. These themes are: choices of teaching content,  authority of the teacher and democratic teaching.

In Sweden, the eutrophication of lakes, water courses and the coastal areas is considered the major threat to aquatic ecosystems and therefore actions taken to reduce the nutrient load to aquatic system including the Baltic Sea has high priority. There are many different sources of phosphorous and nitrogen and domestic wastewater is one contributing factor to the high load. Especially waste water from households that is not connected to municipal sewage treatment or a local small scale plant with appropriate nutrient removal efficiency is considered a problem. These types of households are quite common in rural areas in Sweden and in areas where summer houses has been converted to permanent living. This essay investigates how the author Oline Stig creates identities for her main characters in three short stories; Midsommar, Polly Maggoo and Den längsta dagen from the collection Den andra himlen (2007).My investigation is based on concepts chosen from psychology and narratology: First, Jonas Stier?s definition of human identity. In his definition he focuses on a person?s social context. He also considers identity formation as an ongoing, ever- changing process.
