This study investigates how the concept of Social Responsible Investment (SRI) can be applied to futures trading. More specifically, this study examines the possibility of creating a SRI-product for an investor, active in futures investments within commodities, energies and stock indices, and the content of such a product is suggested. We conducted a qualitative study, based on a number of interviews. The study suggests that investments in futures of specific assets are to be equated with investments directly in the underlying assets from a SRI point of view. Therefore, we analyzed the underlying assets of futures traded commodities, energies and stock indices, and used social screening, together with specific screening criteria, for the analysis.

The purpose of this essay is to further the understanding of contemporary management theory by conducting an analogy-study of the source to many of the terms today used in knowledge-intensive companies. The way a football club deals with knowledge work differs from how a conventional company deals with it. However, many of the terms, such as teamwork and coaching, are shared by the two types of organization. By using the analogy-method we hope to create a wider understanding for the shared concepts. We have used a hermeneutic perspective throughout the essay, which first and foremost means that we focus on understanding and explaining social phenomenons.

Syftet blir således att undersöka hur de mest attraktiva arbetsplatserna för ekonomistudenter förmedlar sitt arbete med mångfald, samt hur ekonomistudenter upplever och värderar arbetsgivarnas arbete med mångfald. En kvalitativ granskning av årsredovisningar och hemsidor har genomförts. Delar av datan kvantifierades enligt ett förutbestämt index.

Syfte: undersöka och jämföra eventuella skillnader i upplevelse av delaktighet och livskvalitet hos två grupper av människor med para- eller tetraplegi. En grupp har medverkat på rekryteringsgruppens läger och den andra gruppen har inte varit på något läger men antagits till nästa.Design: Statisk gruppjämförelse av två grupper där den ena har genomgått ett läger av rekryteringsgruppen.Metod: Elva män och kvinnor med ryggmärgsskada medverkade i studien. Upplevd delaktighet och livskvalitet hos deltagarna undersöktes med instrumenten Reintegration to Normal Living (RNL) och The Spinal Cord Injury Quality of Life Questionaire (SCI QL-23). Resultat: De som deltagit på lägret skattade högre delaktighet på åtta av de elva frågorna. De skattade också högre siffror på den del av SCI QL-23 om livskvalitet som handlade om uppskattad fysisk och social funktion.Slutsats: Man kunde se tendenser på att delaktigheten skattats högre av dem som deltagit på rekryteringsgruppens läger.

Problem: Companies are becoming more active in social media. They usechannels such as Facebook, to communicate and interact with theirenvironment. In connection with this, companies must also be prepared todeal with crises in social media. Previous research shows no clear guidelineson how companies can work in social media to prevent crises.Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study is to examine how companiesin the communications industry can work with Facebook to prevent crises.We hope that our study can provide new perspectives and guidance on howcompanies can work with emergency communication for prevention.Methodology: We used a qualitative research to arrive at our results. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka effekten av en split i ett bolags aktie vad gälleravkastning och omsättning i aktiehandeln. Studien är baserad på insamlat datamaterial från 35olika bolag på Stockholmsbörsen som har genomfört en aktiesplit de senaste 5 åren. Vadgäller avkastningen har jag beräknat den faktiska avkastningen i aktien under 30 dagar eftergenomförandet av spliten och jämfört med OMX Stockholm all share index under sammaperiod. En eventuell över- respektive underavkastning har därmed erhållits. Omsättningen iaktiehandeln har jag beräknat som så att jag har jämfört omsättningen i aktien under 15 dagarinnan och 15 dagar efter genomförandet av spliten.

Bakgrund: Hopp är ett fenomen som är svårt att definiera. Hopp upplevs på olika sätt och i olika omfattningar av patienter med en dödlig sjukdom. Upplevelsen av hopp samspelar med upplevelsen av hopplöshet. Hopp är betydelsefullt för patienter i palliativ vård och kan ge patienter förmåga att uthärda lidandet och det betraktas som en inre resurs som är viktig för att uppnå livskvalitet. Syfte: Att studera patienters upplevelser av hopp i livets slutskede.
