This is an investigation into the ways in which a group of librarians experience and make use of the intranet in their vocational role. The theoretical frame of reference consists of a model of how professionals seek information, which is based on a role-theory. As a method, I have applied a qualitative case-study. Using semi-structured qualitative interviews I have interviewed five librarians and the webmaster responsible for the intranet in their library. I have investigated how elements such as the age and vocational role of the librarians affect their use of the intranet.

The aim of this study was to examine how heads of unit in charge of personal assistance (PA)for the disabled experience and handle ethical dilemmas and situations within theirworkgroups when The Work Environment Act and The Swedish Act Concerning Support andService for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments collide with each other. The methodof the study was to use semi-structured interviews based around three main topics; the head ofunits opinions about the value and purpose of The Work Environment Act in theadministering and implementation of personal assistance services, the problem solvingprocess and the head of units own individual experiences of ethical dilemmas or workenvironment-related conflicts or situations within their workgroups. Four heads of unit wereinterviewed for this study. The results of this study showed that the interviewed heads of unitexperienced a lack of clear and factual information about how they were meant to solvedilemmas emerging from the two laws conflicting with each other regarding the rights of thecare recipient to layout their personal assistance to their liking, versus the rights of thepersonal assistant to have acceptable working conditions. The heads of unit could not rely onlegislation and/or other specific directive documents when work environment-relatedproblems arose.

Genom åren har intresset för och satsningar på underhållning i tredimensionellt format (3D) gått i vågor. Idag har de flesta biografer stöd för att visa 3D-filmer. Utöver detta intresse har det på senare år även börjat komma mer teknik för 3D i hemmet. Det har också introducerats många nya mer immersiva och intuitiva inmatnings-enheter som bidrar till under-hållning med element av virtual reality hemma. Företagen Sony, Nintendo och Microsoft har alla lanserat olika typer av avancerade tekniker för sådana inmatnings-enheter till sina spel-system.

Aim: To investigate the observed issues about the economy units? importation in the municipal of Bollnäs, Sweden, and study the internal communication according to this matter. Method: This paper is written as a process where the information flow has been decided by the information held in the interviews. The interviews have dealt with the economy units issues and the communication linked to it, within the oganization. Some head masters views on special education mandate ? What do head masters in primary and secondary schools expect from special educators? Skolutveckling och ledarskap, Specialpedagogik, Lärarutbildningen, Malmö högskola. I detta forskningsarbete vill vi undersöka hur väl specialpedagogprogrammets examensordning överensstämmer med de förväntningar som finns på vår kommande yrkesprofession bland rektorer ute på skolorna. Vi vill belysa detta från rektorers synvinkel eftersom det är de som anställer oss blivande specialpedagoger. Detta gör vi genom att tillfråga 50 slumpvis utvalda rektorer i Sverige. Det är våra tolkningar av de 25 inkomna svaren som ger oss en bild av hur rektorer ser på specialpedagogisk verksamhet. Vi sände ut en onlineenkät där rektorerna svarade på frågor om verksamheten, verksamhetens syn på elever i behov av särskilt stöd samt specialpedagogiska insatser. Frågeområden som vi anser ringar in vårt problemområde på ett relevant sätt. Undersökningen visade att rektorerna anser att den specialpedagogiska verksamheten är viktig men då budgeten är för snäv blir denna verksamhet lidande.

The project was carried out in cooperation with the department of product development IOS at IKEA. The work included improvements of a new existing product that Ikea soon will release on the market, Observatör, a wall bracket for flat screens. The product is supposed to fulfil the needs within this market for IKEA. However, since Ikea was not satisfied with it, our work was to carry out the improvements that were specified in the beginning of the project. Another task in the project was to develop a side-product that is supposed to be used together with Obeservatör for storage of DVD/decoders.The project included labour as problem definition to final technical drawings and a prototype.

Absolicon AB is a Swedish company that develops and markets a combined heat and power generating product. The product, Absolicon X10, uses a parabolic trough to concentrate the radiation of the sun onto a receiver. The receiveris equipped with mono crystalline solar cells and is cooled by a circulating liquid media.

The task was to design and manufacture a submersible displacement pump working with the wobble plate principle. The main task for the Wobble plate pump is to be used as a sewage pump for smaller households or dewatering pump in environments where small flows and high pressures are acquired. For these purposes ITT Flygt sell a screw pump, PC-Grinder 3068. The hydraulic part of the PC-Grinder is manufactured by a subcontractor. Therefore ITT Flygt wants to evaluate an alternative to their screwpump PC-Grinder, which can be entirely manufactured by them self.

The study analyses the planning of the Edsvik Konsthall in Sollentuna and the first 14 years after the opening 1996 until late 2010. The study focused on the cultural discourses that have influenced the Edsvik as result of the choice of managers, the public figures and actions taken by different actors around the art gallery.The influence by different actors is analyzed in the art field terminology defined by Pierre Bourdieu.I have demonstrated how the head of Edsvik Konsthall, because of different social capital and habitus, raised different types of conflicts on the local art field.  .

Uppsatsen är en beskrivning av en iterativ prototyputvecklingsprocessbaserad på en scenariodriven designmetod. Processen ska avslöja deneftersökta funktionaliteten och behovet av ett rekryteringsverktyg förarbetande inom spelutvecklingsindustrin.Texten presenterar först mål och problembeskrivning för arbetet, därefter en bakgrund om rekrytering och en metodbeskrivning som baseras på scenariodesign. Arbetsprocessen genomförs där rekrytringsprototypen tar form och utvärderas av spelproducenter, samt en analys av arbetet där resultaten presenteras och en avslutande diskussion. Hemp is an ancient cultivated plant that came to Sweden in the 1st to 2nd Century and was particularly interesting for use for food, clothing and building materials. Over time, other applications have been developed for hemp, e.g. in energy and health products. Interesting new uses for hemp continue to be identified and this fascinating plant has incredibly versatile applications.In this project, seed production of industrial hemp in Sweden was studied and evaluated. Five different methods are described, four of which are proven under Swedish conditions.

This essay is about the planning of Stockholm's border regions (areas on the outskirts of the city) during the first seven years of the 21st century. It describes how planning decisions are made in reality, in respect to a 'green' perspective. By describing what a "markanvisning" is (the right to negotiate with the city about a certain piece of land) and by discussing examples of what has happened with a hundred applications for markanvisning, this essay shows how Stockholm's border regions are planned. In the majority of cases it is the initiative of the future developers that begin the planning and construction processes. Research shows that the application to get a markanvisning in Stockholm does not follow a clear, structured system. However, the existing system in Stockholm does work and it seems like almost all the employees within the municipality, the politicians, and the future proprietors are happy with the current situation. Interviews have been held with key individuals involved in the planning process.

Our employer Camatec Industriteknik AB gave us the assignments to increase theirs range of versions on Camcoil that is their own patent product. Camcoil is a capstan system that is used when steel band fabricated. Exist for example in production lines their steel band should be annealed. Our goal with this work is to come up with a completed production basis on a Camcoil for heavy industry. The basis should contain calculations, 3D-constructions, drawings and cost proposal on manufacturing and detail purchase.Demands on this project:1.
