En del fjällvandrare tycker att det är för tungt att gå med en stor ryggsäck, ett problem som har givit upphov till en idé om ett avlastande hjälpmedel. Företaget Prodelox AB har sedan tidigare påbörjat utvecklingen av detta hjälpmedel. Under detta examensarbete har ett koncept utvecklats med den initiala studien som utgångspunkt. Produktens grundidé är i dagsläget sekretessbelagd och kommer tyvärr inte att redovisas i denna rapport.En användarstudie genomfördes vilket resulterade i en kravspecifikation, produktens definition, samt en djupare bild av fjällvandring och andra friluftsaktiviteter. Denna djupa inblick möjliggjordes med hjälp av context mapping-metoden.

The globalization that has occurred during the last few years has made it more important for companies to have a well-functioning logistics system. Customers demand more options, which lead to an increased flow that creates greater demand regarding packaging and transports. Diverse logistics costs are nowadays a substantial cost for many companies. Therefore, more effort is aimed at optimizing transportation to lower these costs.The purpose of this project is to create a user-friendly calculation of logistics costs that illustrates how the costs vary, depending on how the flow is structured. This is done by examining which aspects that affect the total logistics costs and by mapping which aspects that should be included in a calculation of the logistics costs.Literature studies have been carried out parallel with empirical studies at Scania's production unit, MC, in Oskarshamn.

Schimpanser (Pan troglodytes) är människoapor under ordningen primater. De lever i grupper om 15-60 individer och bor i stora revir. De finns i vilt tillstånd främst i centrala och östra Afrika. Schimpanser har komplexa sociala strukturer, de förstår vad andra individer har för relation till varandra och kan utifrån detta välja att bilda koalitioner med andra för att anfalla konkurrerande hannar och endera direkt eller indirekt öka sin rang. Återintroduktion till det vilda är komplex, det finns olika skäl bakom varför man inför återplaceringsprogram. Det kan vara ur etiska grunder, avsaknad av tillräckligt genetiskt material, för att hjälpa utrotningshotade djurarter eller för att på nytt introducera en art till ett habitat där de tidigare funnits men nu utrotats på.

I denna rapport redovisas för förmedlingsprocessen för småhus med typkod 220 och samtliga moment som ingår från början till genomfört uppdrag. Fokus har riktats på att identifiera förbättringsområden och därigenom hitta åtgärdsförslag. Rapporten skall syfta till att fungera som ett stöd och vara ett vägledande hjälpmedel för såväl fastighetsmäklare som privatpersoner i sin roll som säljare och köpare. Litteraturstudier och handledning har legat till grund för den processkarta som upprättats och illustrerats. Utifrån denna har en förstudie gjorts genom intervjuer med fem verksamma fastighetsmäklare på Fastighetsbyrån i Alingsås.

Wind power is an energy source that is becoming increasingly popular in Sweden and around the world. The establishment of large wind farms supply and contributes to energy production within grid in search of a more sustainable energy production. Wind power is becoming more popular and opens up new areas of implementation. More cities are starting to use small-scale urban wind power, everything from full-scale work for a little less work adapted to the villas. Sweden has high goals regarding the production of green electricity and the work which deals with the conditions Sweden plays in achieving those goals.

Most companies have a bottleneck in their production, that is a constraining re-source. When the demand is higher than the capacity in the constraining resource it is impossible to produce the demanded output. This problem leads to delayed deliveries, unhappy customers and ultimately to decreased revenue. Bottlenecks therefore has a significant role in production and must be handled thereof.MW Power in Sävsjö, Sweden designs and manufactures water and steam boilers for the customer's unique needs. MW Power invested in a new plasma cutting ma-chine but the machine has not reached the expected capacity.

Bakgrund: Volvo Cars Body Components (VCBC) tillverkar och levererar karosskomponenter till Volvo Cars. För sex år sedan påbörjade VCBC sin implementering av lean production. För att beräkna de kostnader som uppstår i produktionen använder VCBC produktkalkyler. Representanter vid VCBC anser att företaget har problem med höga plåtlager, överproduktion samt problem med att se kostnadssamband. Ett value stream där förbättringsmöjligheter finns är Flöde 1 vid VCBC.

BIOGAS POTENTIAL IN GRASSES FROM WETLANDSMarvin MartinsThe purpose of this study has been to survey wetlands that are suitable for mowing and to analyze the biogas potential in the harvested grasses. A preformed investigation showed that there are suitable wetlands, which can be harvestable, namely those mowed formerly in traditional haymaking. The practice of traditional haymaking is dying out in Sweden today but there are several good reasons why it should to be reconsidered. Nature- and cultural values are obvious, also the unutilized energy in the grass.The suitable types of wetland that were specifically studied were the productive wetlands; meadow marshes and wet meadows. These wetlands are represented in the Swedish meadow- and pasture inventory database; (TUVA) and the Swedish national wetland inventory (VMI).

The thesis work focuses on marketing and its point of departure centers on mapping the utilization of social media as a form of marketing. The choice of this thesis subject has been deemed by the authors as one of particular interest due to the current popularity of social media in the Internet connected society and their use as marketing tools. Specifically, this thesis sets out to explore how companies exploit social media tools in marketing and how their use affects retail operations and customer relations in an effective and creative way.The report concentrates on qualitative data collection, the interview answers of four respondents, of which, two are considered experts within the field of social media. The choice of suitable respondents was strategic with the goal of covering as large a portion of the social media field as possible; one social media educator that works with companies and one who assists companies with social media applications. The remaining two respondents work in marketing and communications and employ, as part of their job, social media tools such as Facebook and Twitter.

Målet med min undersökning är att besvara frågorna ?Hur påverkar stenmuren produktionen i det moderna lantbruksföretaget?? och ?Hur har lagstiftningen som berör kulturelement förändrats??. Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att undersöka hur stenmuren uppfattas i odlingslandskapet.Storskiftet 1857, enskiftet 1807 och laga skifte 1827 förändrade jordbrukets medeltida struktur och sedan dess har utvecklingen gått mot allt färre men större brukningsenheter. Stenmurarna kom till i samband med skiftesreformer då gårdarna flyttades ut från byn för att få hela sin areal samlad kring ett gårdscentrum. Det är oftast dessa stenmurar som idag upplevs som odlingshinder i det moderna jordbruket då gamla ägogränser numera finns inom gården genom förvärv av grannfastigheter.

Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka potentialen för att integrera ekosystemtjänster ibostadsområden, vilket i denna studie innebär i betydelsen att öka nyttjandet av grönska ochvattens mångfunktionella egenskaper i bostadsområden. Detta undersöks utifrån ettaktörsperspektiv, det vill säga hur olika aktörer involverade i planering, byggnation ochgestaltning av bostadsområden ser på möjligheten att integrera en mångfunktionellanvändning av grönska och vatten i bostadsmiljöer. Studien redogör även för själva begreppetekosystemtjänster och en analys av dess möjlighet att påverka en ökad mångfunktionellanvändning av grönska i bostadsmiljöer görs.Städers struktur och form resulterar i olika typer av problematik. Exempelvis orsakarbebyggelse och hårdgjorda ytor värmeöar, hög avrinning av dagvatten samt en fragmenteringav habitat för olika arter, problematik som grönska och vattens klimat-och vattenreglerandefunktioner kan minska. Att undersöka hur involverade aktörer som på olika sätt arbetar medutformning av bostadsmiljöer ser på ett faktiskt mångfunktionellt nyttjande av grönska ochvatten kan bidra till att kartlägga möjligheter och begränsningar med ett sådant arbete medgrönska i stadsplanering.Uppsatsens empiriska del består av en intervjustudie med tjänstemän inom olika kommunalaförvaltningar som är delaktiga i planering av bostadsområden samt av projektledare,landskapsarkitekter, arkitekter och förvaltare av två flerbostadshus på Platån i VästraEriksberg i Göteborg.

Idag, när industriernas storhetstid är över i Sverige, har nya områden för utveckling öppnats upp. Det handlar om ytor som förr tillhörde industrin men idag blivit något som kallas ruderatmark. För att spara på värdefull naturmark utanför städernas gränser väljer många städer att idag förtäta på dessa marker. Ruderatmark benämns även som skräpmark som trots namnet är en yta som ofta innehåller unika habitat för flora och fauna och är en speciell stadsbiotop som bidrar till en rik biodiversitet i städerna. Samtidigt är den i många fall förorenad med gifter och ses som ett hot mot människorna i staden. Ruderatmarkerna är dessutom i allra högsta grad en kulturell betingelse.

Title: An encounter with an unknown piece of music. This essay describes the mechanisms involved in musical interpretation, by studying a score and listening to a recording. I have tried to map processes dealing with listening and score reading through an experiment, in which students from the Malmö Academy of Music were presented with a novel piece of music. I have made some conclusions, for instance it seems as though there is a connection in the interpretation between musical complexity and tempo, and a connection between dynamics and pitch, moreover that the participants in this study seem to be affected by the interpretational practice at the Malmö Academy of Music. The study is qualitative in its design both regarding data collection and interpretation of data.

Biodiversity consists of all life on Earth and in all forms. Biodiversity is often discussed at three levels: ecosystem, species and genetic variation within species. Biodiversity also provides many of the ecosystem services performed by nature and that we depend on, including cultural services such as aesthetic values, education and recreation. In Sweden the environmental objectives are central; there are 16 environmental quality objectives, and "A rich plant and animal life" is one of them. Conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity is a prerequisite for achieving also most other environmental objectives. Another environmental quality objective that is tied to a rich biodiversity in cities and biodiversity is "Good built environment" where cities, towns and other built environment should provide a good living habitat and contribute to a good environment.
