The concept of sustainable development has been pervasive in recent years and many organizations choose to implement sustainability and adapt their activities accordingly. The purpose of this study have been to explore how a collaboration on the use of waste materials may look to analyze what influences cooperation. A case study has been carried out examining a Swedish state regional project aimed at creating partnerships between actors and utilizing textile waste with the help of design. The study was conducted using qualitative methods and the collection of data has been done through interviews and by examining documents. The results show that there are seven key factors that affect cooperation: expectations, commitment, internal communication, a strong non-profit actor, individual treatment, personal networks and the diversity of actors.

SyfteSyftet för denna uppsats är att undersöka hur socioekonomisk status vid olika tillfällen ilivsspannet är kopplat till alkoholkonsumtion och rökning hos äldre. Metod Med hjälp avnationellt representativt datamaterial från de longitudinella undersökningarna SWEOLD ochLNU har information från 982 individer, 77 år och äldre, analyserats med hjälp av logistiskaregressioner.

In this paper we investigate how the possibility of mobility affects the frequency of blogposts andthe use of pictures in blogs and the content of the pictures. This paper deals with the late Viking age/early medieval grave field in Björned, Torsåker parish, Ångermanland County in northern Sweden. The grave field in Björned is rare because it has all the signs of being Christianized before the surroundings. This awakes questions such as if the people of Björned came from another place and brought the religion with them or if someone else did that for them. To find these answers I have analysed the stable isotope ratios [delta]13C, [delta]15N and [delta]34S in human bone collagen. Through these stable isotopes we can not only see what the people consumed but also where their food had its origin.

The second purpose is to present the technical solutions regarding ventilation and heating system that is being used in passive houses. This was done using 8 passive houses, 4 germany and 4 swedish passive houses. Even the international and Swedish system requirements for passive houses have been addressed in this project. The goal was also to explain how and why the mechanical system in passive houses has developed to the technology used today.

In this thesis my purpose is to study the mechanisms and discourses that are the foundations for identification processes, in a contemporary society characterised by increased mobility. By means of a fictitious life history, I relate to this problem constantly through the work. At the beginning of the essay I discuss the traditional, western, philosophical view of the self and its surroundings, which eventually leads me to focus on the theories of the sociology of knowledge. From this perspective I choose to examine globalisation processes and mobility, to create an understanding of how these two, changes the circumstances for the individual identification. In my concluding argument I stress that all research or all studies concerning identification processes must take into account that these identifications always take place with regard to time/place which also means, that it takes place both in real space and in imaginary space.

Myndigheten har länge känt ett behov att inom flera verksamheter kunna få tillgång till delmängder av deras klientsystem i ett mobilt och uppkopplat format.Det största hindret i deras fall med mobilitet och applikationsteknik var säkerheten. Därför genomfördes en riskanalys med hänsyn till frivården och mobilapplikationsteknik.För att välja en lämplig och passande riskanalysmetod jämförde vi ett antal metoder. Det visade sig att metoden CORAS passade bäst. När vi väl genomfört riskanalysen med CORAS försökte vi sedan matcha åtgärderna mot de olika mobilplattformarnas egenskaper för att se hur de kan fullfölja åtgärderna.

This essay examines the possibilities for the use of ICT for learning in the subject of history. By interviewing history teachers in upper secondary school about their experiences and thoughts regarding the subjects of learning, history and ICT, as well as the relations there between, based on Mishra and Koehlers TPACK model, I come to the conclusion that ICT may enhance learning in history. I also conclude that ICT may create new learning environments in history, where knowledge may or may not grow.The more unique ways of using ICT in history, compared to other school subjects, appears to be the possibility of using a variety of new sources, for example digitized primary sources from archives, that perhaps will motivate students, and make it possible to work from a con- structivistic point of view in history.Other unique possibilities are to satisfy the need of concretizing and visualizing the history being taught, by using a broad range of different media when presenting it. .

Mitt syfte är att initiera och driva ett utvecklingsarbete med inriktning mot IKT på fritidshemmet. Fokus ligger på hur IKT kan användas inom fritidspedagogiken. Utvecklingsarbetet sker genom att i aktion pröva och utveckla ett antal IKT aktiviteter på fritidshemmet. En granskning av vilka fördelar och nackdelar som kan finnas är en möjlig väg att finna former för hur fritidshemmet kan arbeta med IKT. Frågeställningen lyder: Vilka kunskapsmöjligheter kan IKT i form av mobilt lärande ge barn på fritidshemmet.

This study focuses on carpooling and how carpools can be better integrated into today's society. The purpose of the study is to investigate what affects the motorist?s decisions to become a member of a carpool. The study will highlight the barriers and drivers of membership in a carpool. It is important for the future to change the attitude of motorists and get more motorists to choose more sustainable modes, as is the concept of carpooling is a good solution.The study is based on a qualitative approach with six respondents from the Eskilstuna municipality.
