The purpose of this essay is to examine how librarians perceive library plans, if they are important for their work and if so, in what ways. In order to analyze this, I have used a phenomenographic approach. My goal, by using this method, is to uncover perceptions and variations among these. The research questions are: What variations of perception of library plans exist among librarians? To what extent can the varied perceptions of library plans be linked to librarians' work? What does the variation of perception say, in relation to the expectations expressed in international and national documents, about library plans? The material used in a phenomenographic analysis consists of interviews.

AbstractThe employer is obliged to initiate negotiations with the union organization to which the employer is bound by a collective agreement. This applies both to decisions which imply a substantial change in workplace operations or employment conditions of the individual employee. In case law this obligation has been very extensive through all cases that have been up in the Swedish Labor court. Due to this fact the employer?s duty to negotiate has been interpreted very broadly.

There's a good adherence to the vaccination of children, about 98% of all two year olds are vaccinated. Despite this, there are cases of whooping cough and measles in Sweden. The purpose of the study was to describe what motivates parents to not vaccinate and reflections and attiudes about vaccinations. The study had a descriptive design with qualitative approach. Eight parents who had chosen not to follow the National Board of Health?s vaccination program or whom had decided to completely abandon, participated in the study.

Syftet var att genom journalgranskning kartlägga i vilken omfattning identifiering och dokumentation görs av förekomsten av avoidable factors hos skallskadade patienter, av sjuksköterskor på en neurointensivvårdsavdelning (NIVA), samt undersöka överensstämmelsen mellan dokumentation och monitorvärden rörande intrakraniellt tryck (ICP), cerebralt perfusionstryck (CPP), systoliskt blodtryck (SBT) och temperatur som registrerats via övervakningsutrustningen. Dokumentationen gjordes med ledning av en befintlig guideline. Urvalet var konsekutivt och studien innefattade 25 patienter. Antalet bedömningar i studien var totalt 2176 stycken. Vid 85 % av bedömningstillfällena dokumenterade sjuksköterskan i bedömningsformuläret.

Bakgrund: : Vårdrelaterade infektioner är kostsamma för vården och orsakar lidande förpatienten. Operationspersonal har en viktig uppgift att förebygga smittspridning och följahygienrutiner. Dessa är bland andra att använda rätt arbetskläder, arbeta aseptiskt och enligtbasala hygienrutiner samt att bibehålla steriliteten. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att observeraföljsamheten till aseptik och basala hygienrutiner på operationssal vid allmänkirurgiskt ingreppvid två sjukhus i Mellansverige. Metod: Studien var en observationsstudie med kvantitativansats.

Background: There is a newly founded national sports education program. This newly founded national sports program comprises of several different sports of which football is one of them. Before a football player can reach the European- or national elite the player usually is first developed in clubs and their respective academies where a lot of time is spent on fine tuning the players? individual skillsets.The main goal for the NIU program is to develop future elite athletes to different sports. When it comes to football, the Swedish Football Association and the Swedish school board have together developed a study plan which will serve as a guideline for the NIU-football classes in Sweden.

In order to convince, one must know which arguments are most suitable for the specific situation. But even if you think you know how others will react to your arguments, you may be wrong. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find out a way of examining to what extent informative text take account to the subjective views of their addressees. The theoretical framework is Blitzer's theory of the rhetorical situation, pragmatic theory of speech acts and their presuppositions, Burk´s theory of consubstantiality and phenomenographic theory of subjective perceptions. Methodologically, phenomenography has also been used as a guideline for selecting informants, collecting data and processing the interviews.

Denna uppsats behandlar ämnet barn som vistas med sin förälder i fängelse. Idag finns möjlighet för spädbarn att följa med sin moder under ett fängelsestraff. Hur ser anstaltspersonal på åldersgränser för barns vistelse med förälder i anstalt? Vilka fördelar respektive nackdelar kan finnas med att låta barn bo med sin förälder i anstalt? För barnet, för den frihetsberövade föräldern, för de medintagna? Bör fäder ges jämlika möjligheter att medföra barn i anstalt? Sex intervjuer med anställda på mans- och kvinnoanstalt har utförts och analyserats med hjälp av meningskategorisering. Intervjuerna visar att det kan finnas vinster för barnet att följa sin förälder i fängelse, såsom skydd mot potentiellt skadliga separationer och kontinuitet i omvårdnadsförhållandena.

BackgroundWorld Alliance for Patient Safety, launched by the WHO, has created a Surgical Safety Checklist. It was first published in 2008 and has been translated and modified in Sweden by Landstingens Ömsesidiga Försäkringsbolag, LÖF. The use of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist has been shown to reduce the number of complications and deaths related to surgery.AimThe aim of this study is to describe the Theatre Nurse?s participation in in the use of a modified version of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist intraoperatively in two Theatres in a hospital in the centre of Sweden.MethodThis study has a quantitative descriptive approach. A direct observational study was carried out in two Theatres and the participants were asked a few complementary questions after the observations.

This paper covers a study of the Swedish charging market for electric vehicles from both the perspective of stakeholders and car owners. By interviewing representatives of four key stakeholders on the market; commercial parkings, malls, service stations and working places, data regarding their business models of today is examined. At present electricity is provided for free, but all stakeholder point out that this business model is not sustainable in the long run. The result of the interviews shows that electricity won?t be offered for free in the future ? the question is which factors affect how long it will take for the different stakeholders to find a suitable business model.

En av vårdgivarens viktigaste uppgift i undervisningen är att motivera patienter med kronisk sjukdom till förändring av levnadsvanor. Syftet med c-uppsatsen var att belysa faktorer i undervisningen av patienter med diabetes mellitus typ 2 som påverkar motivationen att ändra levnadsvanor. Metod: C-uppsatsen genomfördes som en litteraturstudie. Vid granskning av de vetenskapliga artiklarna användes SAUK-modellen som teoretisk referensram. Resultat: Undervisning kort tid efter diagnos och individualiserad undervisning med tillåtande dialog hjälper patienten att bli motiverad.

Det krävs följsamhet i läkemedelsbehandlingen för att minska risk för hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar, stroke samt renala sjukdomar. Omvårdnadsteoretikern Orem har sin teoretiska grund i egenvården. Enligt Orem är relationen mellan sjuksköterskan och patienten avgörande om sjuksköterskan skall kunna hjälpa patienten. Syfte: Syftet är att med utgångspunkt från Orems egenvårdsteori sammanställa aktuell forskning rörande faktorer som förbättrar följsamhet till läkemedelsbehandling hos patienter med hypertoni.

På Scanias motorbearbetningsfabrik finns det ett stort antal verktygsmaskiner av olika modeller och fabrikat med varierande styrsystem. Verktygsmaskinerna styrs av operatörer via operatörspaneler, en huvud- och en verktygspanel. Det är vanligt att en operatör är ansvarig för flera maskiner under en arbetsdag. Operatörspanelernas gränssnitt skiljer sig åt från maskin till maskin beroende på vilken maskintillverkare och vilket styrsystem den har. Detta gör att operatörerna kan ha svårt att hitta funktioner eller information i gränssnittet när de går från en maskin till en annan.

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Preoperative hand disinfection aims to prevent surgical site infections. After the preparing hand wash, drying is performed using an aseptic technique. It?s important to dry hands thoroughly in order to achieve the full effect of the alcohol based hand disinfection. Due to the lack of a evidence-based guideline on this procedure, the hand drying techniques differ among operating theatre nurses, depending on which technique seen as the most appropriate.

The purpose of this study is to examin the depiction of culturalmeetings in history books in relatioon to the schoolguidelines, and how and why the description may have changed over time. To achieve this, a qualitative method was used to analyze the content of cultural meetings in Swedish schoolbooks after the World War II. The material used in the study was taken from eight editions of Alla tiders historia published between 1985-2011. The material was then put together and analyzed from the theoretical perspectives, which try to explain the factors that influenced the depiction of the texts.The results of this study shows, that over time, the school guidelines have incresed their focus on human value and the need for students to interact with people from other cultures. The depictions in the history books lives upp to the demands of the school guidelines, but this study shows that the main influence of the content of the book is the social context.
