2003 ändrades bestämmelsen om hets mot folkgrupp i 16 kapitlet 8 § brottsbalken så att även hets mot homosexuella blev straffbart. Det skulle i fortsättningen vara brottsligt att hota eller uttrycka missaktning för homosexuella i ett uttalande eller meddelande som sprids. I förarbetena till lagändringen förklarades att samma principiella avvägningar skulle göras vid bedömningen av hets mot homosexuella som vid hets mot andra grupper. Under lagstiftningsärendets beredning restes frågan om hur kriminaliseringen skulle komma att påverka till exempel predikningar om homosexualitet utifrån Bibeln. Som hjälpmedel inför projektering, byggande och fastighetsförvaltning finns ett antal verktyg för att kunna göra miljöbelastningsprofiler för byggnader. I denna rapport har två metoder använts för att göra en miljöbedömning av ett flerbostadshus. Metoderna är EcoEffect och Green Building Challenge. EcoEffect är en svensk miljövärderingsmetod för att mäta och värdera miljöpåverkan från en fastighet under en tänkt livscykel. I EcoEffect beskrivs miljöpåverkan som negativ påverkan på människors hälsa och ekosystem samt utarmning av naturresurser.Green Building Challenge är ett internationellt samarbete som startades 1996 med syfte att använda en gemensam värderingsstruktur för byggnader.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att ge en bild av hur ett antal skolledare upplever pedagogisk kvalitet. Intervjuer och observationer har legat till grund för undersökningen som gjorts. Undersökningen inriktade sig på den process som ligger bakom utvecklandet av kvalitet inom skolan. Denna process har sedan beskrivits analyserats med hjälp av olika teorier som har med förändringsarbete att göra. I huvudsak har House (1981) tre perspektiv på förändring legat tillgrund för analyserna.

The management of water resources and waste water varies between the countries of the EU. For many years, a large part of the water in Europe has been contaminated by, among other things, insufficiently treated waste water and emissions from agriculture. The EU Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC and the Urban Waste Water Directive 91/271/EEC are intended to harmonize fresh-water management and waste water management within the whole EU, aiming at safeguarding drinking water of good quality and a high quality of all water within the EU today and in the future. There are however some problems concerning the waste-water directive. One problem is the huge investment needed in Slovakia to fulfil the demands of the waste-water directive for waste-water management in larger communities (with more than 2000 inhabitants).

While the strategy of lending a voice to the monstrous is a well known aspect of Howard Phillips Lovecraft's works, the female monster is a notable exception to this case. In this thesis, I excavate a theory of female monstrosity through a reading of some of Lovecraft's most read stories and the agency of female characters that appears within. Comparing these female registers of monstrosity to their masculine counterpart, I develop a concept of female monstrosity manifested through categories of class, race and gender with the help of Judith Halberstams theories of monstrosity.Rather than treating these women as active characters, I argue that Lovecraft's inability to handle these monsters forces him to literally put them away ? in attics, cellars, or boxes. These are the marginalized positions from which these women elaborate a monstrous form that transcends the boundaries of sex, gender, class and race.

I dagens samhälle ställs det allt fler krav på att företag ska ta ett socialt ansvar och idén corporate social responsibility (CSR) påverkar företag och deras verksamhet. Ett totalt socialt ansvar innefattar att företag ska gå med ekonomisk vinst, följa lagar och förordningar som råder på marknaden samt en etisk skyldighet i form av agerande i enlighet med intressenters normer och förväntningar på företaget. Utöver detta ska företag agera som goda samhällsmedborgare. För företag i en bransch där verksamheten grundas på skadliga produkter blir det diskutabelt huruvida de lever upp till ett etiskt ansvar eller inte. Företag i tobaksbranschen är exempel på sådana och syftet med den här undersökningen är att analysera och jämföra fyra tobaksbolags respektive presentation av CSR.

A well-planned grave with a sustainable selection of plants facilitates easy maintenance for both staff and the holder of the right of burial. It also helps reduce the negative impact on the environment.As in many other areas, the environment is high on the agenda within the cemetery administration. One of the major concerns is the impact of the choice of plants for the grave. Within the industry there is a great motivation and willingness to adapt to a sustainable work mode and this has spawned a number of project works. In autumn 2009 the partnership project, ?Environmental aspects of planning and maintaining graves?, was started in Movium (at The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences).

The swedish national environmental goals have different policies and developments connected to them in order to achieve the goals on time, but the implementation of the different policies differ and is hard to evaluate compared to the theoretical background. With this thesis I have chosen to investigate the climate investment programmes results in Östersund compared to its goals with a case study. The different projects within the climate investment programme have reduced the emissions of CO2, but not in the amount that was anticipated and a lot of the projects were within projects that the municipality already was developing or doing. .

This master thesis is made in co-operation with the Department of Forest Management and Products at the Swedish University of Agriculture in Uppsala and the Forestry Association in Stockholm. The purpose of the Master thesis was to describe how pre-schools in Sweden use forests and green areas, and to understand how different factors can affect the use of the nature. The purpose of the interviews was to create a picture of attitudes and routines of the pre-schools, in the matter of visiting the nature. The thesis is built on interviews where fifteen pre-schools in five large cities around Sweden participated. Among these pre-schools, five of them worked with special focus on nature, while the other ten did not have any particular focus connected to their activity.

Transportbranschen är en av de branscher som ofta förekommer i debatten kring klimatförändringar, men de är även en av de branscher som ligger långt fram i utvecklingen vad gäller redovisning kring hållbar utveckling. Syftet med detta examensarbete är att utreda vad som ger en lyckad eller god hållbarhetsredovisning. Med lyckad eller god menas att hållbarhetsredovisningen bidrar till att ge företaget legitimitet från sina intressenter samt att hållbarhetsredovisningen tillgodoser intressenternas informationsbehov och att företaget lyckas kommunicera sin hållbarhetsredovisning till sina intressenter. Detta skall göras genom att utifrån teorier kring intressenter, legitimitet och kommunikation analysera riktlinjer som finns för hållbarhetsredovisning samt genom att studera två fallföretag inom transportbranschen, vilka har prisats som goda förebilder. En lyckad hållbarhetsredovisning är en redovisning som följer de uppsatta riktlinjer och standarder t.ex GRI och FN:s Global Compact, som idag finns och som erbjuds till företag som vill använda sig av hållbarhetsredovisning.

I dagens samhälle blir det allt mer intressant att spara energi, dels med tanke på miljön och dels föratt minska på utgifterna. Denna energi ska sparas på ett sådant sätt att effekten för användarna blirså liten som möjligt.I denna rapport beskrivs hur ett reglersystem kan byggas för att minska energiförbrukningen hosväxthus genom att reglera belysningen på ett effektivt sätt. Systemet är helt automatiskt vilket göratt användarna inte behöver tänka på styrningen av lamporna alls när väl systemet är uppsatt ochkonfigurerat.För att styra lamporna på ett bra sätt mäts det inkommande ljuset med en PAR-sensor. Lampornatänds och släcks därefter beroende på ljusmängden och även på hur varmt, eller kallt, det är iväxthusen.Styrningen av belysningen sker med en mikrokontroller från Microchip, en PIC18F4620 som ärprogrammerad i C18. Kringkomponenter som portexpasioner, klocka och reläer användes också föratt bygga ett bra reglersystem.Resultatet är att det är möjligt att bygga ett reglersystem med begränsad budget som styr lampornapå ett effektivt sätt.
