Vi lever alla i olika typer av organiserade sammanhang men vad innebär det i praktiken? Antologin bygger på studier av fyra olika verksamhetsområden. Vi har studerat ideella arbetare i ett ungdomsförbunds verksamhet, anställda och deras upplevelser av jämställdhetsarbete på en arbetsplats, personal som möter frigivna kvinnor i eftervårdsarbete och slutligen modersmålsundervisningen i en skola genom flerspråkiga elever och modersmålslärare.Den vetenskapliga metoden för studien har varit grundad teori som för oss har inneburit att vi arbetat med etnografiskt fältarbete genom observationer och kvalitativa intervjuer. Utgångspunkten för arbetet har varit ett socialkonstruktivistiskt perspektiv där individer anses vara delaktiga i skapandet av såväl sin identitet som sin omgivning.Vår fokus har varit hur aktörer verkar inom verksamheter med uttrycka mål och visioner och deras relation till de institutionella sammanhangen.Genom våra studier har vi sett att det finns ett glapp mellan verksamheternas visioner och mål och hur dessa verkställs på lokal nivå. Vi har sett hur bristande resurser i form av kontakter, samarbete, materiella resurser, kunskap och informationsförmedling verkar utgöra ett hinder för arbetet.

Nationalism during the early 20th century, was often shaped around efforts to create feelings of fellowship within the frontiers. Fellow feelings was considered as a necessity to convince the people that their efforts served mutual goals.Beginning in the 19th century, the European nations experienced a great many projects for this purpose. In the early 20th century the efforts grew. The danger of war and the competition for economic power, contributed the increase of nationalist movements. At the same time, many influential intellectuals also expressed apprehensions about the urbanized way of life; measures were necessary to secure the future success of the nation.The national movements in Sweden, played a prominent role in the creation of a greater patriotic feeling.

Problem statement: Nowadays, women have a greater place in literature, both as a writer but also the role of the book and that is why I have chosen to examine how educators reason about their use of literature in preschool to combat the stereotype of gender roles.Motivation: An earlier survey shows that women now have a greater place in the recently released children's literature and, therefore, it is interesting to see how educators see their work on countering gender patterns using picture books. It is also interesting to examine whether the female roles in the books are consistent with the research I've used.Approach: I chose to use qualitative interviews with teachers in two preschools and also examined the recently released children?s books they worked with.Results: The results of my survey shows that teachers thoughts about their work on combating gender pattern occurs on an individual plan and depend on how the teacher interprets the guidelines. My survey also shows that the gender roles in the newly released picture books are consistent with earlier research I?ve used.Conclusion: It is therefore important that educators are aware of how easily gender patterns are induced, it happens on a daily basis through words and expectations that educators have on children..

När man planerar för nya områden idag är ett av de vanligaste ledorden för den framtida stadsutvecklingen att bygga stadsmässigt. Att med funktionsblandning, tät bebyggelse och ett aktivt folkliv skapa en attraktiv stadsmiljö är det som eftersträvas i enlighet med gamla traditionella ideal. Samtidigt råder det en stor skillnad i hur man använder begreppet som vision mot hur det realiseras i planeringen. Hur planerar man för stadsmässighet i en helt ny stadsdel, i detta fall applicerat på Brunnshögområdet i Lund? Vad innebär begreppet stadsmässighet i Brunnshög/Lund Ne´s planeringsunderlag i jämförelse med den vetenskapliga litteraturen? Huvudsyftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka det Vetenskapliga och kunskapsmässiga innehållet i begreppet stadsmässighet samt tillämpningen i fallet Brunnshög/Lund NE.

Libraries all over the world struggle against the threat of decreased funding and a lack of governmental interest. In countries with an under-developed library sector the interest from the government is often minimal or non-existent. Since the 80´s Sida, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency has contributed to the library development in Central America through the Royal Library of Sweden. Nicaragua was the first country to be counterpart in the project. For a period of eight weeks I have completed a field study in Nicaragua and visited the National Library Rubén Darío and public libraries in the country.

Den här uppsatsen är ett kandidatarbete på Programmet för Fysisk planering på Blekinge Tekniska Högskola, och genomförs under utbildningens tredje år. Uppsatsen omfattar 15 hp. Uppsatsen tar upp hur en kommun tillämpar planeringsvisioner och idéer vid skapandet av en stad och vid förnyelse av områden. Jag har valt att göra ett gestaltningsförslag för stadsrummet Svandammen i Uppsala. Grunden i detta arbete har varit att genom analys av platsen skapa en förståelse för behov, brister och potential. Utefter detta har jag skapat ett visionärt gestaltningsförslag. Resultatet av arbetet syftar till att ge nya idéer och inspirera till den framtida utvecklingen av platsen..

This thesis is intended to review and create a greater understanding for the history and originsof printed scraps from late eighteenth century to the beginning of the twentieth century.A questionnaire survey was sent out to several Swedish museums, containing questionsconcerning their collections, possible exhibits, special difficulties and types of damagesconcerning scraps and their current storage. A visit to the Gothenburg city museum storagewas made to take a closer look at their scrap collection and how they were stored. Thisresearch resulted in an understanding regarding the current situation of printed scraps, whichunfortunately appears to be quite poor and inattentive. These results are presented in the firstchapter.The second chapter describes the history of printed scraps, followed by a chapter presentingrelevant printing techniques and technology. This is followed by various chapters dealing withhow the printed scrap has been used through the ages, history and development of motifs andthe album's significance.

Det är mycket viktigt att alla inom organisationen har en gemensam förståelse för varumärket och implementerar dess värden i sitt vardagliga arbete. Apoteket kommer inom en snar framtid möta en ny konkurrensutsatt marknad och är nu i full gång med att förändra sitt varumärke och dess vision, uppgift och kärnvärden för att bättre stå sig i den kommande konkurrensen.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka eventuella skillnader mellan Apotekets nya varumärke; Apotekets idé, och uppfattningen om varumärket hos ett urval av chefer inom Apoteket i en medelstor, svenska stad. Vidare är syftet att undersöka hur utformningen av den interna processen för varumärkesförändringen sett ut och hur denna kan ha påverkat chefernas uppfattning.En kvalitativ metod i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer med den interna och den externa projektledaren för varumärkesförändringen samt med fyra stycken chefer inom Apoteket står som grund för vårt empiriska material. Teorier kring områden som varumärkesidentitet, interna förändringsprocesser, chefers roll i förändring, kommunikation och utbildning har framtagits och omformats utifrån empirin, vilket gett oss en teoretisk grund för vår fortsatta analys.Vid studien framkom att det över lag råder en samstämmighet i uppfattningen av varumärket hos cheferna med hur Apotekets idé beskriver det nya varumärket.

Today dairy farmers in Sweden are obligated to have lights turned on during night time in addition to the mandatory daylight inlet. This presents a cost for the production but many argue that it can be economically beneficial, especially in loose housing of dairy cows. In loose housing and even more so in herds with automatic milking, well functioning cow traffic during all hours of the day is crucial to optimise production. In order to keep the cow traffic flowing, lights may be an important management tool. It is also perceived among farmers with tied up stall that night light decreases the incidents of cows accidental stepping on their own or neighbours udders.

In the city of Kungälv, there are many important green areas without park lightning. This makes it unsafe to walk through the city's most attractive surroundings during many parts of the year. Partly in general and partly specifically for Kungälv, this paper shows that there are strong long-term arguments for making parks available by the use of lightning. This is not about lightening up the whole city, but finding the important green communication paths and parks. This paper also reflects upon how to lighten up these green communication paths and parks for best result. That is a question about creating good sight conditions ? safe and attractive parks which attracts people to use them. Offering a city's inhabitants good and attractive alternatives to using the car is an important task for city planers.

Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att belysa det förändringsarbete som är genomfört på Sahlgrenska Kirurgen. Fokus i studien ligger på informanternas upplevelse för möjligheten till delaktighet. Det är av intresse för studiens resultat att beskriva hur förändringen genomförts då det finns kopplingar mellan genomförandet och möjligheterna till delaktighet enligt teori.Tidigare forskning/Teori: Valda teorier behandlar delar av teori kring organisatorisk förändring. Forskningen visar det komplexa samspel som en levande organisation innebär. Vidare belyser forskare två olika organisationsutvecklingsstrategier, diagnostiska och dialogiska.

This report discusses the IT archetypes "governance strategy" and how it could be linked to the IT benefits at the company. The study is based on IT investments that have taken place in ten banks operating in Sweden today, where the reality was modeled on the basis of a questionnaire survey and an additional interview. The aim was to examine whether it is possible to find any correlation between the governance in the banks and obtained benefits for an IT investments.While the competition is intensifying in most companies there is a greater demand for efficiency in IT. The need for IT solutions is greater than ever and the number of IT investments is increasing significantly in most workplaces today, especially on banks. But even if the investments are increasing in numbers it does not necessarily mean that all types of investments are effective and beneficial to the company.
