Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka hur elever i behov av specialpedagogiskt stöd uppfattar att bedömning påverkar deras motivation och lärande. Datainsamlingen skedde genom intervjuer med fem 18-åriga gymnasieelever som alla hade behov av specialpedagogiskt stöd. Med hjälp av en tematisk analys bearbetades det kodade materialet. Resultatet visade att elever uppfattar vissa brister i den feedback de får av sina lärare. De förstod inte alltid vad lärarna menade, till exempel hur de skulle göra för att utveckla sina resonemang.

A majority of Swedish consumers have a positive attitude towards organic production and the number of organic products on the market is increasing. Despite these positive trends, there are still relatively few consumers who choose to buy organic produced products. According to statistics, only 3% of the total sales of food consist of organic products. The aim with this essay is to understand what is needed, both from the grocery store and the consumer's point of view, to increase the consumption of organic food. Information has been collected partly through questionnaire with consumers and partly through analysis of sales statistics for a selected numbers of products. Then the empirical material have been analysed in the light of a combination of the Behavioural Perspective Model (Foxell, 1997) and Kotler's Four P:s (Kotler, 2002). Consumer's willingness to buy organic products is influenced by a number of different factors. One important thing is if the grocery store offers a behaviour setting that stimulates the consumers positive attitude and facilitates their possibilities to collect new information. Furthermore, the store needs to offer a broad and well-visualised selection of organic products.

Vårt syfte med utvecklingsarbetet var att undersöka om verklighetsnära matematik ökar motivationen hos elever. Undersökningen gjordes i två klasser i årskurs åtta, med 22 elever i den ena och 9 elever i den andra klassen. Eleverna har arbetat med verklighetsnära arbetsuppgifter under en period av fem veckor parallellt med sin ordinarie undervisning. Undersökningen avslutades med att eleverna svarade på en enkät som vi framställt. Dom jämförde den verklighetsnära matematiken med den traditionella undervisningen som dom annars har.

Detta är en studie som syftar till att ta reda på hur två pedagoger arbetarmed datorer och belöning. I bakgrunden presenterar vi bland annatbegreppet motivation samt att vi går igenom några centrala delar i behaviorismen.För att finna svar till vårt syfte använde vi oss av observationeroch semistrukturerade intervjuer. I analysen av resultatet inspireradesvi av hermeneutiken och vår tolkning är att pedagogerna blandannat använder sig av datorerna för att motivera eleverna. Vår studieavslutas med en kortare sammanfattning av resultatet där vi lyfter framnågra egna tankar samt att vi ger tips på vidare forskning..

Ledarskap har genom historien förändrats från att styra till att leda. Teorier och studier kring så kallat transformativt ledarskap har de senaste decennierna fått stort genomslag. Internationella studier har visat att transformativt ledarskap ökar tillit, arbetstrivsel och motivation. Den här studien undersöker effekterna av transformativt eller så kallat Utvecklande Ledarskap (ULL). En enkätundersökning genomfördes inom två svenska organisationer (N = 37) där medarbetare skattade sina chefers Utvecklande Ledarskap, sin egen motivation, trivsel och tillit till ledaren.

I lärares uppdrag ingår att anpassa undervisningen till alla elever för att främja deras fortsatta lärande. Syftet med detta arbete är att ta reda på hur verksamma lärare anser att klassrumssituationen är för de högpresterande eleverna, samt hur lärare kan utmana, stimulera och skapa motivation hos de högpresterande eleverna. I studien presenteras tidigare forskning inom området samt resultatet av studiens insamlade empiri. Denna har samlats in genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra lärare på två olika skolor. Samtliga arbetar i årskurserna 1-6. Resultatet visar att de medverkande lärarna använder sig av öppna uppgifter som eleverna kan lösa med hjälp av olika strategier och därför kan ges till alla elever.

Every year big events takes place in different cities, one of the largest half marathons in the world is located in Gothenburg and is called GöteborgsVarvet. These kind of events rely on volunteers to even be able to manage the pressure from the arrangement. The purpose of the study was to investigate the motivation factors among volunteers? at GöteborgsVarvet 2012. This study is a part of a bigger project called EVINN that is an EU-financial researchproject which aims to develop arrangements.

The purpose of this literature review is to visualize the contributing factors of insufficient hygiene routines and incorrect aseptic handling. The literature review contains ten scientific articles from England, USA, Italy and Sweden, and related literature. Factors causing the problem are presented as four themes, the most reoccurring in our material are lack of time, knowledge/education, equipment and attitudes/motivation..

The purpose of this study was to investigate how media has followed the Parken Zoo incident and analyse how media convey the issue about the Parken Zoo incident. The different results have been compared. To answer the purpose of the study three issues has been formulated:  how do the different media relate to the ideal of objectivity? Who come across and get to speak in the different media? What differences and similarities are in the media?   The theories that have been used in this study are mainly McCombs theory of agenda setting, Strömbäck?s theory of framing and theory of media logic, Kovach & Rosenstiel theories of journalism and Manning?s theory of objectivity. The methods that have been used are a combination of a quantitative content analysis and a qualitative semiotic analysis.

This study was conducted at a special school for children with autism and developmental disabilities. The study consists of three interviews where pedagogues have different experiences of working with children in need of special support. The aim is to get an idea of how teachers think about working with children autism, but above all to find out what methods and educational tools that are used, and why they are used to best motivate students to a rewarding education. Sense of coherence (SOC) is a central concept and a theoretical basis of the study relating to the student to create comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness in life. All of these three are essential for the student to find a predictable environment.From the result shows how schools and teachers use different methods and different tools, but both have a focus to help the student find motivation in the learning process.

This paper examines job coaching on the Swedish labour market. The study uses trygghetsråden, which are organizations established by an agreement from the labour and employer side, as a starting point for the study. In addition, the study examines the phenomenon from the perspective of the job coaches themselves and the coaches clients. The study concludes that job coaching is defined by the coach and the client's common goal of finding a suitable match for the client on the labour market. The job coach helps the client reach the goal of an appropriate job by making him or her aware of his or her competences and preferences.

In inhalation anesthesia life-support systems are used to provide gases to the patient and to monitor important parameters. These systems are used in dynamic and stressful situations where the information-load on the operators often is significant. This thesis presents a design concept of an anesthetic system. The design goal has been to keep the information-load on the operator low with the objective to minimize confusion and error.A number of contextual inquiries were made in the operating room during surgery at four hospitals in Sweden. The goal was to understand the actual use-situations when anesthetic systems are employed.

The thesis concerns itself with studying the effects private brands has on the consumer?s impulse buying in the grocery industry, as in degree of unplanned spending and the selection process between manufacturer brands and private brands when such a purchase is performed. The study?s methodology is characterised by a qualitative approach, whereby the study acknowledges the inductive approach towards the empirical setting even though the Mehrabian-Russell model along with motivational theories serve as highlighters of relevant aspects in the empirical field. The study concludes that both the utilitarian and the hedonic consumer decide what to buy before entering the store, whereby a low degree of needs arise in the store.
