Detta arbete syftar till att skapa en bättre förståelse till orsakerna bakom PA-teknikers val av ljudnivå på en konsert, och varför dessa ljudnivåer är så pass höga som de är idag. Ett antal ljudtekniker har i rollen som PA-tekniker fått besvara några frågor om ljudnivån på konserter. Dessutom har ett flertal konsertbesökare fått svara på bl.a. om de tycker att ljudnivån på konserter brukar vara lagom eller för hög. De flesta ljudteknikerna och nästan två tredjedelar av konsertbesökarna tyckte att ljudnivån brukar vara för hög.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva hur anställda i servicesektorn uppfattar och värderar strukturen hos de organisationer som de är yrkesverksamma i. Vi har intervjuat fyra personer som arbetar inom olika organisationer. Alla personer är yrkesverksamma i ett servicerelaterat yrke. Vi redogör för olika organisationsteorier och söker finna vilken teori som de anställda anser att de arbetar i. Vi beskriver även organisationen över tid där vi berättar om organisationens olika mål.

Uppsatsen är ett examensarbete inom kursen Praxis, forskning och utvecklingsarbete. Det valda problemområdet är: Specialpedagogik i montessoriskolan. Forskningsansatsen är inspirerad av en socialkonstruktivistisk- och etnografiskteoriansats utifrån studiens problemområde och syfte. Studiens syfte är: Att undersöka och lyfta fram hur specialpedagogik gestaltar sig i montessoriskolan. Studiens upplägg utformas som praxisforskning och genomförs som en komparativ fallstudie vid två montessoriskolor.

Den här uppsatsen behandlar en studie i hur man arrangerar för blåsinstrument inom popmusik. Arbetet avser arrangemang till 3 låtar för blåsmusiker och kompmusiker samt inspelning av arrangemangen i studio. Arbetet har genomförts med musiker från Piteå musikhögskola samt genom intervjuer med svenska professionellt verksamma arrangörer.Arrangemangen och inspelningarna genomfördes på Musikhögskolan I Piteå under vintern 2013.Det jag har kommit fram till i detta arbete är att det viktigaste när man skriver blåsarrangemang är hur man komponerar arrangemangen. När man instrumenterar arrangemanget är det viktigt att ta hänsyn till vilken genre man arrangerar för samt vilken nivå musikerna som ska spela arrangemanget är på. Av dom inspelningstekniker som finns föredrar jag att hela blåssektionen spelar in tillsammans.

The purpose with this essay is to analyze how football clubs can use Internet in sense of creating stronger relations towards their supporters and build an excellent experience before and after a specific football game. We have used the Swedish football club Kalmar FF as a role model throughout the essay. The techniques of the modern world are escalating and the World Wide Web tends to be more important in the way of creating experiences and relations. The essay is based on a qualitative research method which is based on and contains four independent interviews. The persons have been chosen by us for their knowledge in the specific subject.

Den här uppsatsen undersöker lärarnas betydelse för musik- och kulturskolornas utbud och prioriteringar. Den undersöker också deras attityder inom olika områden som skulle kunna ha betydelse för dessa prioriteringar. Undersökningen är gjord enligt kvalitativ metod, genom intervjuer med instrumentallärare vid olika musik- och kulturskolor. Det är mycket som talar för att musiklärare uppfattar att de har ett stort inflytande över beslut som fattas inom musik- och kulturskolan. För det första upplever lärare att musikskolan själv har ett stort inflytande över sin verksamhet och att kollegiet bör vara en viktig grund för de beslut som tas.

The purpose of the thesis was to analyse three action films; Collateral Damage from 2002; Clear and Present Danger from 1994; and Scarface from 1983, in order to see how Colombians are represented in these movies.The action genre comprises of different stereotypes where the hero and the villain are represented in conjunction to each other. The analysis is about the way the films content and form are used to uphold the representation of Colombians, but also the villain and the hero more generally.Critical Discourse Analysis was used, as main method, and the concepts of denotation and connotation guided the analysis. The main conclusion is that the three movies reproduced an already established collective stereotype of Latin Americans, stereotype that includes both Colombia and Colombians..

This study is about how eurhythmic teachers create a comfortable and educational environment in their classrooms. In other words how they create a healthy working environment. Four teachers were chosen for the study, one of them male. I?ve used qualitative interviews because I believe it's the best method to collect information that illustrates what a teacher's working situation looks like and what he/she does to realize their own ideas.

The aim has been to investigate and describe how gender-neutral design, concerning typefaces and colours, can be created. Based on my results I?ve designed a cover for a recipe-book to make it appealing to both women and men. I have been doing my research based on questions such as; Does feminine and masculine design, concerning typefaces and colours exist? And if so what characterizes it? Does gender-neutral design, concerning typefaces and colours exist? And if so what characterizes it? Is it possible to design a cover for a recipe-book in a gender-neutral way, concerning typefaces and colours? The first part of my research consists of a literature study based on keywords such as gender, graphic design, gender theory, typeface, androgynous, visual communication, colour, shape, feminine, masculine, and book design.

This project investigated the current market regarding wireless net and the communication between the tools used for diagnostics/maintenance and an embedded system. Based on documentation obtained through interviews a demo system was created based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication between an embedded system and an Android device.This report intends to describe the tools and methods used in the design of the demo system and the result of an analysis of the BLE communication.Bluetooth Low Energy is an exciting protocol with wide applicability within the industrial field. This project investigated the communicational possibilities between a Smartphone and a Raspberry Pi and based on the results that emerged the conclusion can be drawn that BLE is a protocol with many beneficial applications within industrial IT..

Studien behandlar projektledares uppfattningar av lärande i projektarbete. Valet av yrkesgrupp projektledare, beror på att projektledare ofta tilldelas nya projekt vilka de snabbt är tvungna att sätta sig in i. För att ett projekt ska fungera och lärande ska uppstå är det ett måste att alla deltagare har goda relationer och ett bra samspel. Syftet med studien är att nå en ökad förståelse av projektledares uppfattningar av lärande inom projektarbete. Fenomenografiska ansatsen valdes då variation är viktigt för att fånga så olika uppfattningar som möjligt.

Utgångspunkten för denna uppsats var att analysera gestaltningen av invandrare och utom-svensk kultur i svensk ungdomsfilm med syftet att uppmärksamma en eventuell bristande mångfald. Tillsammans med teorierna postkolonial teori och sociologi har sex utvalda filmer inom mellan åren 2006-2012 analyserats med problemställningar som ska lyfta fram den tänkbara frånvaron. Anledningen till problematiseringen av svensk ungdomsfilm kommer från kännedomen att ungdomsfilmens målgrupp är lättpåverkad och därför anser jag att denna genre har ett större ansvar när det gäller förmedling av ideologier och människosyn. Det samlade undersökningsmaterialet tyder på en omfattande avsaknad av icke-svensk etnicitet i filmer med svenska huvudkaraktärer, samt att de filmer som innefattar andra kulturer ofta skapar en intrig kring huvudkaraktärens etnicitet.  .

The purpose of this paper is to understand why education is a human right. I will look at works by the late Paulo Freire, a Brazilian educator. Paulo Freire worked for many years on developing a pedagogy to promote humanity. His goal was to demonstrate that a literate person will ultimately live a better life because she will be free from oppression and domination.I chose to study Paulo Freire as a tool in proving why education is a human right because throughout his work he demonstrated the need for people to be literate in order for them to be considered ?truly human?.

This study, based on the socio-cultural theory of the book as a mediating tool, examines how four teachers say they work with the reader ABC-klubben. This is done with a focus on how they reason about choosing the level of readers for the pupils and about what compensation, if any, they make for pupils who read the simpler book and therefore miss the more difficult words and expressions. The result shows that all the teachers say that they take the pupils? motivation for and pleasure in reading as an important ground for the decision as to which reader a pupil should use, and that this decision is taken with a focus on the individual. When it comes to compensation for the pupils who read the simpler book, the teachers do not describe consistently focused work on this, but they describe a similar way of working whereby they nevertheless acquaint these pupils with the more difficult book and the harder words and expressions.

Between 1965 and 1975 a major housing project was carried out in Sweden to resolve a major housing crisis, the so-called one million housing program (Swedish: miljonprogrammet). To raise the standards and create a more attractive housing in these areas is currently a very relevant topic in Sweden.Evidence-based design is the process of basing decisions of the built environment on credible research and studies to achieve the best possible outcome. This method is primarily used in the healthcare sector to improve quality of care and reduce costs by creating healthy environments.The possibility of refurbish apartment buildings from miljonprogrammet using evidence-based design has been studied by means of an extensive literature review and a closer examination of the residential area, Husby in Stockholm, which has been chosen to represent the miljonprogrammet in its entirety. Furthermore, the evidence-based research has been limited to seven fields; nature, noise, color, wayfinding, safe environment, daylight and thermal comfort which has been assessed to be applicable on housing. In order to obtain a comprehensive overview of the different fields, four different subjects were chosen to investigate further within each field; research and studies, laws and regulations, constructional aspect and Husby.
