Kontrollernas funktioner och styrsätt förklaras i basis för få en inblick istyrenheternas kommunikationssätt. Kontrollerna som tas upp grupperas därefter i olikarörelsemoment. En enkätundersökning kompletterar och stärker bilden över könsskillnader,åldersgränser, speltimmar, genre kategorisering och framtida behov.De problem som finns när det gäller kommunikation är att de inte är tillräckliga när manspelar. Oftast så är användare ute efter att ha en verklighetskänsla samt få en inlevelse ispelen.Dokumentets syfte är att ta reda på vilka kommunikativa metoder som finns och kontrolleraom de är tillräckliga för att uppnå denna inlevelse i spelen.För att kunna tackla problemen så görs det en omvärldsanalys i arbetet samt en positivistisktolkning av resultatet.

With good knowledge about the disease and the treatment, the fear and worry of children and parents can be reduced. Children may be helped by painting to express their experiences. In order to have a good care, the care-personnel need to see and understand what the children need. It is important to live an as regular life as possible during the disease and its treatment. The aim of this study was to elucidate how children experience chemotherapy in conection with their cancer disease.

The final thesis ?Hardy palms for scandinavian climate? describes the family Arecaceae both from a general point of view, and with individual descriptions of seven different species that are known for their coldtolerance. The descriptions of each species is brief and the intention has been to give an introduction to some specific species known for their hardiness. Seperate chapters discuss topics as hardiness, pests and other problems and a short instruction for growing palms on open land in scandinavian climate. Finally a short discussion about continued research on this topic and some conclusions ends this final thesis.

This master thesis is one part of a project, called ?StabSim?, with the purpose to develop a simulation model for the align and stabilisation system in main battle tank 122. The origin of this project is that it should be possible to make control analysis without risking any hardware. Besides that it will be easy to change components in order to investigate the behaviour of the system. The report includes modelling of tower and weapon mechanics and also the modelling of the synchronous motors, which control these.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka pojkars attityder och intressen till läsning. Den baseras på intervjuer med nio pojkar i årskurs fem utifrån följande frågeställningar: vilka faktorer upplever pojkar påverkar deras intresse för läsning, hur anser pojkar att läraren påverkar deras läsintresse samt vilken typ av texter väljer pojkar att läsa? Arbetet är en kvalitativ studie som bygger på semistrukturerade intervjuer med pojkar från två olika klasser. Studien utgår från teorin literacy, vilket betyder läs- och skrivkunnighet. Analysen av intervjuerna genomfördes med hjälp av fenomenografi som är en sjustegsmodell för dataanalys.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the quality notions used by the library personnel responsible for the video game department at Malmo City Library. Furthermore, the thesis aims to assess how these notions of quality relate to properties of the actual collection of video games. The empirical results are based on interviews with the responsible library personnel. The result is then analyzed by an interpretation of Carl Gustav Johannsen?s library adapted, theory-based, model of quality definitions.

Syftet med denna C-uppsats är att beskriva den redaktionella bloggens format med hjälp av tre huvudfrågor. Fråga ett rör innehåll och ämne i redaktionellt anknutna bloggar, fråga två hur dagstidningar förhåller sig till bloggformatet som en del av utbudet på den egna webbsidan och fråga tre hur bloggen används av och påverkar den journalistiska yrkesrollen.För att besvara fråga ett och tre har jag utfört en kvantitativ innehållsanalys av totalt 30 blogginlägg från tio redaktionellt anknutna bloggar. För att besvara fråga två har jag gått igenom 60 dagstidningars webbsidor och antecknat deras förhållningssätt till bloggar som en del av utbudet.Min undersökning visar att bloggen är en ny typ av genre med outnyttjad potential inom den traditionella journalistiken. Ämnesvalen i blogginläggen rör nöje, sport, spel och ledare. Ett normaliserande av bloggen går att se med exempel där enskilda bloggförfattare håller kvar vid ett traditionellt refererande i skildrandet samt medieföretagens förhållningssätt till bloggen som en del av utbudet på webbsidan.

When harvesteing ley there is always mechanical losses from the harvest machines. During the last years the roundbalers with knives,cutting the material-are more common, This use increase the mechanical losses of material. MATERIALS AND METHODS The roundbaler which used in this test was a Krone Vario Pack 1500 Multi Cut. This roundbaler has 17 knives. The theoretical length of cut was 64 mm. During the test we stretched a rubber tarp under the balechamber and collected the materials which fell down from the balechamber.

The project was based on a request to improve an already existing program and hardware at the electrical engineering department at the royal institute of technology. For maximum ease of use, tests have been done on students to properly design the program for what it is meant to be used for. These tests have been transcribed and analysed, then brought back to the group in a discussion and then transcribed and analysed again, I call this process the ?four step process? (this process is presented and explained in chapter 6.4.). A part of this master thesis was also to analyse the four step process to enhance validity of this research.The project resulted in a new program with a new graphical view and features to help students and researchers to work with the technical tool for electromagnetic readings of planar objects.

This thesis researches the value creation process in Internet based subscription services in accordance with service dominant logic. The aim of the paper is to identify the characteristics of these services and to envisage the future of Internet based subscription services. The authors have utilized a qualitative method in their research which consists of personal interviews as well as a focus group. The main theoretical subjects that are discussed are value creation, customer participation and service dominant logic. The paper analyses the empirical findings by matching them with the theoretical framework.

This thesis is largely about museums and their role and development in and for society. With a field/case study of the District Six Museum in Cape Town, we try to encapsulate a modern function for museums within a context of 1) the current worldwide discussion on museums and their future, and 2) the development of a new democratic nation in South Africa, and museums possible role in that process. Through analysis of interviews made with concerned people within and outside the District Six museum weintend to get a picture of the views on this particular museum and its role and function, for its community and society at large, plus for other museums, as a possible role model. We find that this museum might be close to a type of museum that has been asked for by museologists and others in recent times..

Marks do not only work as an acknowledge of the effort that has been made under a long period of time, but also as a receipt for eligibility to further studies. Within the political debate, marks have often caused a big discussion among the political parties. That is due to the obvious difference between the political parties on the left, and their counterparts on the right. However, there is one thing that they all have in common. Everyone of them have plans of measure within their political agenda, regarding the use of marks.The aim of this study has been to try to understand the way pupils think about marks.

Mot bakgrund av att jag tappade motivationen att skriva skönlitteratur så fort jag i förväg bestämde textens handling, beslöt jag mig för att hålla fast vid en intuitiv metod men att istället byta genre från roman till novell. Syftet med denna studie är att försöka beskriva hur min metod växte fram och analysera förtjänster och svårigheter med en intuitiv metod. Genom att studera författare som varit inspirationskällor för mig har jag upptäckt att flera av dem brottats med liknande problem och att min stil i flera avseenden påverkats av dem. Resultatet av min studie är att det finns uppenbara likheter mellan Franz Kafkas produktion och min egen när det gäller litterär metod, berättarsynvinkel och bildspråk. Vidare betraktar jag mina noveller snarare som dikter än noveller då grundstrukturen i dem påminner om lyrik, vilket jag försöker visa med hjälp av begrepp hämtade från Jurij Lotman och Riffaterre.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur lässvaga elever på ett teoretiskt gymnasieprogram läser och tillägnar sig undervisningstexter. Jag utgår från ett dimensionellt synsätt på läskompetens, som innebär att det inte fanns någon definitiv gräns mellan lässvaga elevers och genomsnittliga läsares läsförmåga. Vygotskijs teori om den proximala utvecklingszonen, som innebär att språkutveckling är beroende av tänkandets utveckling och tvärtom, tjänar också som utgångspunkt. Uppsatsen belyser elevernas förutsättningar att förstå texterna, hur texternas språk och strukturer möjliggör respektive hindrar dem att bli förstådda och hur didaktiken i klassrummet påverkar elevernas läsförståelse. Min fältstudie består av observationer och intervjuer, som jag analyserar tillsammans med undervisningstexterna på ett hermeneutisk, det vill säga förståelseinriktat sätt.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate if there are environments that use some kind of central authentication system within institutions/schools. The hypothesis is that an institution not using a form of central authentication service has more need for maintenance and as such is considered a higher cost for the organization. The gathering of data has been done through interviews with technical personal at Blekinge Tekniska Högskola and Linköpings Universitet.
