Pornografi och sex som underhållning i massmedia är något som det skrivits och forskats om länge och mycket ? förutom i en genre av media. Radio. Forskarna verkar vara lika omedvetna om denna genre som de flesta andra man frågar. Va, finns det porr i radio? är den vanligaste frågan jag fått när jag blivit tillfrågad att berätta om vad mitt c-arbete handlar.
Färdtjänst ur brukarnas synvinkel. Perspektiv på beroende, oberoende och tillit
This study concerns paratransit service in a relatively small municipality in Sweden. The aim of this study is to describe the user's experience of paratransit service. The question formulation is mainly built around the user's experience of paratransit service and their view on what impact paratransit service has on their lives. The empirical data consists of ten interviews with ten different paratransit service users with ages ranging from 25-95 years. The data has mainly been analyzed through concepts of independence, empowerment and trust.
The result of this study shows that paratransit service in many ways can be described as a crucial part of the users' lives.

This paper exemplifies how the physical environment affects clients? experienced service quality and how companies work with the physical environment. In the empiric study, we conducted a case study and studied two hairdressing saloons. The study showed a connection between physical environment and experienced service quality in the business of hairdressing. Owners of hairdressing saloons perceive that a combination of the personal meeting and the physical environment influence the clients? general impression and their experience of quality.
Släpp fram ljudet i radion: Blir radiopresentationen bättre med ljudillustrationer?
Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att försöka få förståelse för ljudillustrationers betydelse i radiopresentationer genom att se hur olika presentationer tas emot av en publik. Det jag ville ta reda på var vilken sorts presentation ? en med ljudillustrationer eller en utan ? som uppskattas av flest inom den yngre delen av P3:s målgrupp, samt vilken av presentationerna som mest lockar till vidare lyssning.Studien består av en gestaltande del, där jag har gjort om presentationer från radioprogrammet P3 Populär, och en vetenskaplig del i form av en kvantitativ undersökning där gymnasielever har lyssnat på en presentation för att sedan svara på en enkät. Studien har haft sin utgångspunkt i retoriska modeller för hur ett meddelande bör utformas, och i olika metoder för användandet av ljud i radio.Undersökningen visar att personer som lyssnat på en presentation med ljudliga illustrationer tyckte att den var intressant, underhållande, trolig att fånga deras uppmärksamhet och vilja till att lyssna vidare i större utsträckning än personer som lyssnat på en presentation utan ljudillustrationer.
Fördröjning och bortfall av nätverkskorrektioner : osäkerhetskällor för nätverks-RTK
Network RTK is a real-time technique for accurate positioning with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS). The technology means the use of correction data from a network of GNSS receivers with known positions (reference stations) to reduce the uncertainty in position for the user´s GNSS receiver (rover). However, this requires that the correction data can be transferred seamlessly to the user in real time. Commonly the corrections are transferred via mobile phones. The Swedish National Land Survey operates a nationwide Network RTK service, where users can receive correction data via GSM or mobile Internet (GPRS).

Syftet ? Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera hur MTG Radio och TV4 har valt att använda sig av grön marknadsföring. Vidare undersöker vi om företagen har ett helhetsperspektiv med den gröna marknadsföringen, det vill säga om de tydligt arbetar med miljöfrågorna både externt och internt.Design/metodologi/tillvägagångssätt ? Efter en kort historisk bakgrund redogör vi för den teoretiska bakgrunden till hur företag bör utforma den gröna marknadsföringen så att den effektivt når ut till kunder. Vi studerar sedan två företag, MTG Radio och TV4, för att se hur dessa arbetar med grön marknadsföring.

Radio är en av många plattformar och arenor där offentlig debatt kan äga rum. Och just som medium når radio ut till en stor mängd människor. Med den bredden kommer även ett stort ansvar. Ett ansvar, inte minst för kanalerna på Sveriges radio, för att förse medborgarna med korrekt information så att publiken kan skapa egna uppfattningar om samhälleliga fenomen och problem. Med detta i ryggen tycker vi att det är både intressant och relevant att kika närmare på Sveriges radio, och specifikt på programmet P1 Debatt.
Interaktionsloggning i Scania Interactor
Scania provides a fleet management system for hauliers who want to control their fleets in anefficient way. The system includes an onboard computer with touch screen called ScaniaInteractor where the driver can access GPS navigation, order support, message service and otherfunctionalities. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a concept for logging the user interactionon the Interactor and analyze the result which enables further development and optimization ofthe interface.A demonstration application is designed, implemented and tested for the purpose of showing thepossibilities and difficulties with logging of interaction. The result shows that logging is quiteeasy to implement and that the amount of produced data is small and therefore not expensive totransfer via GPRS to a central server where searching and analysis can be done. On the otherhand, the biggest challenge lies in the analysis and interpretation of the logged data and to applyit to the development of the interface.
Kulturpolitikers syn på folkbiblioteket ? en studie i Västerbottens inland.
The main purpose of this Master thesis is to illuminate the understanding of local politicians regarding the public libraries and the librarians. We argue that the local politicians´ opinions regarding public libraries and librarians influence the way they act and react in their roles as politicians.In order to achieve the aim of this thesis we focused on following questions:What are the opinions of the politicians:- regarding themselves in relation to the public library?- concerning public libraries in general and its functions especially in the municipalities of their own?- concerning the librarians and their work in a public function?What are the conclusions to be drawn regarding the politicians´ interest and commitment to public libraries in the politic daily-life of the municipalities? Our empiric material consists of qualitative interviews with six politicians elected in two municipalities in the interior of Västerbotten, a northern sparsely populated district. In order to distinguish the various opinions that emerge from the material, we apply a phenomenographic approach. The analysis result we present in three conceivable categories in order to express the different opinions.In general our study points at a positive and favourable attitude to the public library, and all the respondents assume that the municipality ought to offer this service.

Method / Material: A study of relevant literature is carried out. Further, the actual guidelines for SVT are summarized. The normative guidelines are then also summarized, and a comparison is made between this summary and the actual guidelines for SVT.Main results: Although a comprehensive definition is hard to find within the theoretical framework, a summary of the theoretical ideal is carried out.

The meeting between the client and a webpage service system on the Internet should work. Service encounters are an essential part of the contact between customer and company and play a big part in how the first impression is perceived by the customer. To understand how a service encounter works, meeting face to face, companies need to understand how customers perceive that meeting.

In today s society, services are becoming more and more important. They are however, partly because of their immaterial nature, separated from traditional merchandise, why the marketing and producing of them differs. Quality errors in a service are often difficult to discover before the service is brought to a customer, since the producing and consuming of it often takes place simultaneously. Quality errors in a service process are called service failures or in Swedish tjänstefel. Nevertheless, with an effective service recovery process, dissatisfied customers can be turned into satisfied ones.
Design av Tjänster : Komplex affärsutveckling över tid och rum
Service Design is a relatively new, unexplored and exciting phenomenon that through an interdisciplinary work methodology designs services. A discussion has been going on for a long time regarding whether there is a difference between products and services. Services are often classified as immaterial, heterogeneous, non-storable and inseparable in relation to products. A question that arises is if something specific characterises the work methodology used regarding service design. The aim with this paper is thus to explain the work methodology when working with service design.
Service i privat sektor ? En kvalitativ studie om servicearbetarens upplevelse av sitt jobb
The aim of this qualitative study of service work in the private sector is to examine how the service worker experiences his/her work. There are three dimensions of the service workers experience in focus, and they are the base of my formulation of questions. The first dimension refers to how the service worker experiences the emotional labor demands from the employer. The second dimension concerns the relation between service worker and customer, from the view of the service worker. The third dimension problematizes how service workers experience efficiency.I have interviewed three call center customer workers and two hotel receptionists, using semi-structured interview technique.
