Travelling by train has increased during the last decades in Sweden. This has put pressure on the existing infrastructure and has created problems with delays and cancelled departures. The railway is a complex system with mutual dependencies and high vulnerability for disruptions. The situation for the railway system in the Stockholm region is today strained. The capacity is fully used.

My essey concern the non-profitable organization Ung företagsamhet and their extenal communication with collaborators. I have done three intervjues with three of Ung företagsamhets 24 district in Sweden, and these are Kalmar, Jönköping and Skåne. My qustions conserns their rethoric and strategic communications channales, and the focus lies in their external communications with collaborators. I have also made a secondary data analysis about their media coverage and seen how they consciously works with it.Ung Företagsamhet is a non-profit organization that need good partnerships in order to survive financially. My analysis shows that the three different regions works variously with their external communication.

Denna uppsats bygger på en utvärdering av leaderverksamheten i Blekinge, Halland och Skåne län, som jag genomförde tillsammans med Lina Brinte under hösten 2013. Utvärderingen var beställd av leaderområdena i Region Syd, som ville ta fram underlag för hur metoden fungerat under programperioden 2007-2013 i syfte att använda resultatet till strategiframtagandet inför kommande leaderperiod. Leader är ett av EU:s verktyg för att skapa landsbygdsutveckling, där underifrånperspektivet beaktas. Leader, som metod, fungerar bra i Region Syd och projektägarna är överlag mycket nöjda med arbetssättet som Leader innebär. Leaders viktigaste resultat är kvalitativa mervärden av typen engagemang, stärkt socialt kapital, ökad stolthet och samverkan som skapas genom projekten. Dessa värden är svåra att sätta ett ekonomiskt värde på och det behövs därför nya system för att hävda dessa värden i slutrapporterna, likväl som ekonomiska värden. Genom att belysa dessa värden och framhålla den nytta dessa gör, som till exempel sänka ohälsotalet bland befolkningen, öka den lokala nyttan och effektiviseringen samt skapa samverkan inom och utanför leaderområdet, skulle värdena få högre ställning när man beräknar vad leaderarbetet tillfört.

Developments in milk production are heading towards fewer but larger herds where the milking process is often fully automated. Automatic milking systems were launched in the 1990?s and in the year 2010 the Automatic Milking Rotary (AMR) was introduced. As a rule there are no supervision personnel present during the milking event in systems with automatic milking. This means that there is a risk that cows can be incompletely milked in one or more udder quarters, for example if the robots fail in attaching the milking cups or if the cow kicks off the milking unit.

North of the city of Stockholm lies the area called Södra Roslagen composed of several municipalities. The purpose of this essay is to discover how local informants describe the food culture of the region and analyse why some types of food are mentioned and others are excluded. Several people within the food industry of Södra Roslagen were given surveys asking them to describe the food habits of the area, from commodities and certain dishes to traditions. These answers were analysed using the theories regional food, regiocentrism, revitalisation, placeless food and the idea of viewing culture through the long and the short perspective.One informant mentioned that professionals in the food industry of the region tend to follow trends from the rest of the world and another that many producers work with ecological requirements. Södra Roslagen was also defined by some as having a taste of summer as this coastal area sees an influx of visitors during that season.

I denna processutvärdering är syftet att granska, kartlägga och förklara det resultat Region Skåne idag påvisar genom vårdgarantiarbetet inom specialistvården. Våra frågeställningar fokuserar på verksamhetslogik, översättning/ implementering av denna verksamhetslogik till faktiska arbetsmetoder, matchning av verksamhetslogik samt faktiska arbetsmetoder gentemot det definierade problemet. Vår preciserade frågeställning tar upp om det finns organisatoriska faktorer som kan vara avgörande för hur implementeringsprocessen kan se ut. Denna utvärdering har en nyinstitutionell utgångspunkt inom vilken empirin analyseras. Sweden will, in accordance with the EU-directive 2003/54/EC, move from post-regulating the electricity power grid-tariffs by using a fictitious grid, to a regulation in advance which uses the actual power grid as a starting point. For this purpose a component breakdown of the grid needs to be made to determine the value of the network and by that the tariff price that is reasonable for the network business in question to charge.The primary breakdown criteria is the voltage-level and type of region. Voltage-level is crucial for the cost and complexity of a grid-part, because the higher the voltagelevel is, there are more and stricter laws and rules to follow. This work is limited to the distributionpart of the grid, in other words voltage levels from 20 kV and below.The type of region is crucial to the type of components you can and want to use. In city environments both overhead-wires and independent substations are undesirable for both practical, safety and aesthetic reasons.

Recent developments suggest that private and public companies are moving towards a more service-oriented business. Service orientation means that hardware is often sold in packages with service agreements, which makes the investment more difficult to assess. The challenges that arise will be to assess the value of the overall package, the information needed to make informed decisions and the operational requirements in combination of hardware, software, support agreements, training and more. The paper therefore aims to examine how decision makers can evaluate the benefits of these investments and obtain a stronger base to make better decisions. There is within the area of radiology in the region of Västra Götaland a pronounced need for a better flow of information regarding medical equipment and related service agreements.

This Master?s thesis explores the staff responsible for children?s culture in the south of Sweden, in north-east Scania. This thesis seeks to answer the following questions: What kind of culture is offered to children in their spare time? Can children influence culture in the investigated region, and do the people in charge listen to the children?s ideas? How are children in the region informed about cultural events? In my research I used enquiries and worked with the investigation program Query & Report to collect the material. The study consists of the staff, i.e.

Bakgrunden till examensarbetet ligger i en önskan från NCC Hus Region Stockholm att förbättra processen för erfarenhetsåterföring. När man arbetar med erfarenhetsåterföring på en lokal nivå så är det framförallt mötesrutiner, kontakt mellan anställda samt resurser för att arbeta fram material att återföra som är viktigt för att uppnå en fungerande erfarenhetsåterföringsprocess. Analys och slutsatser visar på brister i kommunikation mellan olika funktioner inom regionen samt mellan projektorganisationerna i olika affärschefsgrupper. Det fanns även problem med att få projektorganisationerna att skriva erfarenhetsrapporter. Vidare saknades resurser för att utvärdera och analysera inskickade rapporter samt ett bra medium att sprida erfarenheter.

Målet med den här studien var att undersöka de anställdas känslomässiga bedömning av den interna kommunikationen på ett svenskt skogsbolag med hjälp av en modifierad version av undersökningsverktyget Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ) samt två kvalitativa frågor. Studien genomfördes på 65 anställda inom en region av ett svensk skogsbolag. Resultatet visade att de anställda var ganska nöjda eller nöjda med de olika dimensionerna av kommunikationstillfredsställelse samt att ingen statistiskt säkerställd skillnad kunde identifieras mellan tillfredsställelsen hos region- och distriktsanställda. Vidare kunde ett samband påvisas mellan de anställdas arbetstillfredsställelse och kommunikationsdimensionerna: kommunikationseffektivitet, chefsrelation, skvaller och presonlig feedback. Resultatet från de kvalitativa frågorna påvisade att de förbättringsmöjligheter de anställda framhöll främst fanns inom området kommunikationskanaler.

The Swedish industrial society has left several areas with contaminated soil and water which today is of danger for the environment and human health. One of these areas with contaminated soil and water is the region where the former Glava glassworks operated during 1859 to 1939. The main object in this study has been to study the responsibility for the contaminations according to the Environmental Code. The method used is a qualitative content analysis of relevant literature to answer the following questions:What types of contaminations can be found in the area of Glava glasswork and what health issues can these cause?What kind of activity has been conducted in the area that have caused the contaminations in soil and water?According to law, what are the responsibilities for the contaminations in soil and water at Glava glassworks?The contamination in the region has been confirmed to originate from the glasswork due to the environmental engineering survey made in the area in 2009.

The intention of this essay is to study the Swedish General Staff as a learning organisation during the period of 1914-1918 based on the theoretical work developed by the philosopher Bertil Rolf. Previous international research on the Prussian/German General Staff has shown that it is considered to be the first learning organisation in history. The Swedish General Staff was based on the German General Staff model and the focus of this study is to compare the development the tactics in Germany and Sweden regarding defence and attack in trench warfare. The questions are: How were the possibilities for gathering and analysing informa-tion affected by the war? Which conclusions were made for trench warfare in Swedish conditions? What experiences from the war and exercises in Swedish army were implemented in manuals and training?The conclusion of the study is that the Swedish General Staff was functioning as a learning organisation during the WWI through the ability to follow the international development, mainly in the Central Powers, and by modifying the experiences to the prevailing Swedish strategic and tactical conditions.

Why then, did Sverigedemokraterna have a higher support among voters in Skåne (as part of the larger and transnational Öresund region), than among other Swedish voters? My hypothesis is the following: the regional interaction within Öresund has not only had positive effects concerning the values that the people of Skåne hold.
