The aim of this study was to understand how evaluations are implemented and used in procured nursing homes for elderly. Our methodological approach consisted of a single-case study research. The case in this study was Växjö municipality. Three procured nursing homes for elderly were chosen in the municipality as examples of implementation and use of evaluation. The method for retrieving empirical data and the analyzing of it was based on triangulation.

During the last decades the Swedish local party systems have gone through some considerable changes. The number of parties present in local party systems have increased and in some cases even doubled. This makes coalition building between parties complex and parties will be forced to rethink their coalition strategies and adjust to the new circumstances. Theoretically, coalition building has often been considered and applied to national data and there have been just a few attempts to develop and theoretically explain coalitions on a local level. Thus the aim of this paper is to use different theoretical approaches to local data to test the significance of traditional coalition theories.

Vilket arbetssätt har den svenska styrkan i Afghanistan, specifikt i PRT Mazar-e-Sharif, i förhållande till arbetsmetoderna minimum force och show of force? Har det skett någon förändring i arbetssättet mellan 2006/07 och 2009/10? Vad kan en eventuell förändring bero på och kan man se någon inriktning för framtiden? Genom en jämförande fallstudie skall uppsatsen analysera hur den svenska styrkan i Afghanistan förhöll sig till arbetssätten minimum force och show of force vid två olika tidsperioder. Genom att analysera två tidsperioder kan man komma fram till om en förändring i arbetssätt skett samt undersöka anledningarna till den. Resultatet av analysen visar att under åren 2006/07 arbetade svenskarna i mångt och mycket efter metoden minimum force genom användandet av lätta fordon och små patruller. Under 2009/10 har dock en förskjutning mot arbetssättet show of force upptäckts genom införandet av tyngre fordon och fler vapensystem.

Denna uppsats har haft som syfte att utröna om Försvarsmaktens förmågor i allmänhet ochterroristbekämpning i synnerhet tillvaratas på ett för samhället mest effektivt sätt. Grund för studien har varitjustitierådets Johan Munck´s utredning, SOU 2003:32 Vår beredskap efter 11 september, vilken syftade tillatt kartlägga och analysera myndigheternas beredskap och förmåga att förhindra och bekämpa omfattandeterroristattentat samt behovet av samverkan och samordning mellan myndigheterna. Uppsatsen beskriverdagens juridiska ramverk och de förslag till förändringar som utredningen har föreslagit. Den teoretiskaanknytningen är baserad på det demokratiska dilemmat, att i en rättstat använda väld då hot mot riket sominte härrör från en fientlig sinnad makt uppstår. Undersökningens empiri har byggts på ovan nämndautredning, ett antal myndigheters remissvar samt intervjuer av personer som på olika nivåer har varit och ärdelaktiga i beslut avseende samverkan och samordning, framför allt mellan polisen och Försvarsmakten.

Syftet med följande arbete var att få en bild av hur tio specialpedagoger, på olika skolor i två kommuner i södra Sverige, arbetar med elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Vi ville ta reda på deras metoder, arbetssätt och organisation. Vi utförde tio kvalitativa intervjuer med specialpedagoger kring följande frågeområden: Kartläggning, arbetssätt och metoder, kompensatoriska hjälpmedel och organisation. Resultatet av intervjuerna jämförde vi med aktuell forskning inom samma område. Sammanfattningsvis visade vårt arbete på att specialpedagogers arbetssätt varierar och det ser olika ut på olika skolor.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a special unit for patients who is in the need for emergency life-sustaining measures and every patient has complex medical- technical equipment. The experiences of a critical illness and the needs of critical care are experienced in different ways. The purpose of this study was to describe the experiences from patients in the ICU and how this experience has an influence on the patients. The method was a study of literature with a qualitative inception based on eight scientific articles and the analysis of content has been inspired by Graneheim and Lundman (2003). The result of the study is presented by four categories: to loose the ability to make themselves understood, to be forced to adjust to the environment of caring, to have the lack of connection with reality and to be in an intensive care environment, The results showed that patients in the ICU are affected by the attitude from the staff, the equipment around them as well as the sounds and lights in the environment there.

AbstractThe author Selma Lagerlöf was born in 1858 at Mårbacka, in Värmland and died in 1940. Fifty years after Selma´s death were her correspondence released and ten thousand of letters were found in the collection. But it was just the correspondence between Selma and Sofie Elkan who interested people because they wanted to know if Selma and Sofie have had a sexual relationship. Later, in time for Christmas 2008 the Swedish Television shows a film about Selma. "Selma Lagerlöf Society" was critical to the movie and thougt that the movie focused too much on Selma`s sexual orientation.

The aim of this study is to describe how pupils in fourth grade talk about their attitude of reading fictional narratives in school and on their spare time, their motives to read and how the school promotes fictional experiences. The study is based on interviews with 18 pupils from the same class, divided in four groups. The interviews were analyzed from a literature reception theory. The result shows that some pupils are very engaged in reading fictional narratives, while others more or less, are forced in to reading, because their teacher wants them to. All the interviewed pupils would like to read exciting, interesting books, but they feel that they don?t get the right support neither from their teacher, parents nor their friends. They describes that they don?t discuss the meaning of reading or things that the reader can read between the lines.

The purpose of the essay is to study and create understanding to the bilingual students' perspective on their linguistic skills and the use of them as resources in a scholastic context. A qualitative method has been used to collect empirical data, based on the experiences and perspectives of the students. Bilingualism is defined and past research, which has shown how their bilingualism has influenced them, has been linked with this study. Definition of mother tongue and the meaning of mother tongue tuition for student immigrants' development have been discussed. This research has shown that the students feel their bilingualism is a natural occurrence.

Ett av målen inom det nätverksbaserade försvaret, NBF, är skapandet avbehovssammansatta förband, det vill säga möjligheten att snabbt kunna kombinera olikaresurser inför en specifik uppgift. Tillit inom dessa förband framstår här som en mycketviktig parameter för att de ska kunna agera gemensamt mot uppställda mål.Denna uppsats genomförs som en kvalitativ undersökning och dess syfte är att, genomintervjuer med officerare ur Armén och Helikopterflottiljen, söka svar på hur man skakunna skapa tillit inom dessa behovssammansatta förband. Empirin från genomfördaintervjuer har prövats mot de ledarskapsteorier som idag används inom den svenskaFörsvarsmakten, samt mot en utvald del av den svenska teorimängd som idag finns atttillgå om nätverksbaserat försvar.Resultatet visar hur viktigt det är att Försvarsmakten snarast börjar öva i NBF-miljöer, trotsatt materiel och metoder inte är färdigdefinierade. Dessutom påvisas att det idag inte finnsen tillräckligt klar definition inom den svenska Försvarsmakten av vad begreppetbehovssammansatta förband innebär och att denna snarast bör skapas. Därutöver visas atttillit inom behovssammansatta förband både består av förtroende för utsedda chefer, samttillit mellan ingående förband.

För att mycket snabbt kunna komma på plats vid en kris, har Europa inom ramen för EU börjat upprättasnabbinsatsstyrkor, såkallade EU Battle Groups. En EU Battle Group kommer att ha en mycket kort tid på sig frånbeslut till insats. I samband med att Sverige engagerat sig i EU militära samarbete tog Sverige huvudansvaret för enav de Battle Groups som skall upprättas, den såkallade Nordic Battle Group. Sverige har vid tidigare insatser visatatt det är mycket svårt att snabbt få förband på plats i ett insatsområde. Materielen är ofta det som varitgränssättande för när förbandet skall bli operativt vid en insats.Uppsatsens syfte är att ge ett svar på hur stridsfordon till svenska snabbinsatsförband som står i beredskap börförvaras för att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna vid en insats.Metoden för uppsatsen är ett antal frågeställningar, där svar söks genom en fallstudie med två olikaförvaringsprinciper.

The question of the mandatory audits be or not be has been investigated thoroughly in recent years. Theresult is that the audit obligation in all likelihood will be voluntary for 96 percent of all of Sweden´slimited companies in the summer of 2010. The new draft law gives the accountant the opportunity towork both as an accountant and consultant. The investigation in this script works with the question"Which services the owner-managed companies, which in future not will be forced to audit, demandfrom an accounting firm in the suspension of the mandatory audit?" This will take the investigation outby a quantitative study through questionnaires distributed to 40 limited companies.
