Syftet med arbetet är att undersöka och synliggöra hur unga män och kvinnor med utländsk bakgrund uppfattar att deras etniska identitet och kulturella tillhörighet påverkas av att växa upp med inslag av två kulturer och i relation till familjen, vänner och skolan. Med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer som undersökningsmetod ger arbetet en bild av invandrareungdomars uppfattningar, erfarenheter och känslor. De unga männen och kvinnor kommer ursprungligen ifrån Turkiet, Bosnien och Hercegovina och Kosovo. Sammanfattningsvis visar resultatet att familjen och vänner har stor betydelse för ungdomarnas identitetsutveckling och känslan för kulturell tillhörighet. Ungdomarna betonar väldigt lite skolans betydelse för deras etniska identitetsutveckling.

Today every organization is committed to some kind of environmental scanning in order to get necessary knowledge of the world around them. The acquisition, organization and storage of information in combination with a strategic use, is today an important factor for a successful organisation in any sector of our society.In this Master thesis I have studied how an organisation such as The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv) handles its information resources. I have also looked at the flow of information within the organization. The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise is Sweden?s largest business federation representing 50 member organizations and 55 000 member companies.

Abstract (in English) The report clarifies how the economy of Värnamo and Tingsryd area experiencing and implementing APL, it also reveals their need for jacking from the school to improve students achievement.By highlighting some of the requirements, expectations, obligations and rights as schools, businesses and students have between each other can enhance our understanding of each other's activities. With increased understanding of each other's needs, function and values can be a more seamless cooperation take place which can increase the efficiency, usefulness and effectiveness of APL and apprenticeship.The investigation of the report includes a survey of 25 questions that companies involved in APL answers and interviews by two well-designate individuals in the subject, Jonas Olofsson, who among other things, wrote the book "Krisen i skolan" and Annika Jervgren is research assistant in the National Apprentice Committee.The supervisor's actions during the APL are addressed and they are critical to student achievement and how the profession is perceived. It is also evident that there is a desire for increased communication between schools and businesses and that practice is governed by established documented procedures to make the workplace time will be as constructive as possible for the students..

This study was made in collaboration between Umeå University and Västerbotten sportsfederation. The study was aimed to find out how the municipalities are working with variousissues in the sports field. A subject of interest for this study was to see if the municipalitieswere implementing strategies in the sports field on determined goals by using policydocuments. Our study focused mostly on kids and youth that participate in organized sports inVästerbotten. Other aspects of interest in the study were economics in sports, how youthsports should be organized, and segregation in sports due to financial factors.

Denna undersökning är en analys av fem ungdomar med invandrarbakgrund. I uppsatsen har jag använt mig av intervjuer för att få fram den empiri som jag grundar min analys på. Adriana kommer från Bosnien, Zelko är född och uppvuxen i Sverige av kroatiska föräldrar, Natasha kommer fram Tjetjenien, Noah kommer från Irak och Albina kommer från Montenegro. Genom att fått ta del av respondenternas berättelser om vem de är, hur deras liv sett ut och hur de har upplevt sina migrationer har jag undersökt hur deras identitetsskapande påverkats av detta. Syftet är att analysera och få en inblick i hur några ungdomar med invandrarbakgrund identifierar sig själva i samhälle där de ses som invandrare.

Total amount of words: 15 269.In this essay, the purpose is to examine the personalization of Swedish national coaches during international championships in the Swedish tabloids. Research shows that a leader nowadays is representative for her organization. Therefore it could be assumed that the way the national coach is portrayed can have some kind of effect on the public opinion about the team as a unit and their sport federation in total. This essay is a quantitative study of the sport tabloids Sportbladet och SPORT-Expressen during three international championships: Euro 2012 in football, WC 2013 in ice hockey and Euro 2014 in handball. We have studied the coverage of the national coaches Erik Hamrén, Pär Mårts and Ola Lindgren/Staffan Olsson in contrast to the coverage of their teams in total.The main results are that the national coaches are mentioned in every second article that is written about the national teams during the championships. They are mainly portrayed in a neutral way, even though the coverage of them is affected by the results in the matches.

Att förstå krigets väsen är ett tidlöst och viktigt problem, inte minst i den tid vi lever. Det är av stor vikt att kunna definiera krig och härigenom skilja det från andra typer av konflikter. Denna problematik kommer på ett tydligt sätt i fokus bland annat när det gäller tillämpligheten av krigets lagar. Carl Von Clausewitz är en teoretiker som i hög grad kommit att prägla vår förståelse av krigets karaktär och väsen och han ges fortfarande ett relativt stort utrymme i bland annat militära utbildningssammanhang. Det finns dock problem kopplade till Clausewitz, bland annat är hans teorier intimt förknippade med begreppet staten.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att utröna huruvida Förenta Nationerna (FN) och säkerhetsrådet utifrån idag rådande förhållanden kan förhindra folkmord. Uppsatsens teoretiska ramverk baseras främst på Mary Kaldors teorier om ?nya krig? och på Helen Feins teori om hur ett folkmord kan förhindras. Det Kaldor baserar sin teori på är en förändring av krigsföringen, en förändring som till stora delar sammanfaller med globaliseringens utveckling de senaste 20 åren. Feins teori säger att det finns två vägar för att förhindra ett folkmord, den primära och sekundära preventionen, vilka båda redogörs för i uppsatsen.

This is a discourse analysis of three WebPages which topic is sexual information. Our purpose is to examine the WebPages RFSL (The Swedish Federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights), RFSU (The Swedish Association for Sexuality Education) and UMO (Reception for young people) from a queer theoretical perspective and illustrate how they discuss the subjects? gender, sexual preference and sexual limits. Our questions are; what information about gender, sexual preference and sexual limits are presented on the WebPages RFSU, RFSL and UMO, and what similarities and differences can be identified and how can these be analyzed from a queer perspective? Our material was collected from the three WebPages and categorized according to three topics of interest; gender, sexual preference and sexual limits.

Att många barn världen över mist rätten till sitt biologiska hushåll och att flera befarar att hamna i samma situation är ingen nyhet. I Bosnien- Hercegovina råder en kaotisk efterkrigstid som satt sina spår på familjebanden. Detta i form av att gemenskapen familjemedlemmar emellan blir allt svagare eller löses upp. För två år sedan byggdes ett Familjecenter för stigmatiserade familjer vars mål är att stärka familjeband och ge hushållets medlemmar ny hopp. Jag blev väldigt nyfiken på detta Center speciellt eftersom det var så annorlunda från andra Sociala Välfärdscenter i staden.

This thesis explores the opinion of different participants in the music business regarding music being made available at the public libraries. The aim of the thesis is to answer the following questions; which are the most important issues concerning the distribution of music? How do the informants perceive the public libraries mission and activity in regard to make recorded music available? Which are the benefits/disadvantages with music being made available at public libraries? Seven qualitative, semi-structured interviews were conducted with representatives from the following organisations; SKAP (The Swedish Society of Popular Music Composers), FST (Society of Swedish Composers), SAMI (Swedish Artists and Musicians Interest Organisation) SMF (The Swedish Society of Musicians), SOM (Swedish Independent Musicproducers), IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) and EMI Music Sweden. A study of literature and articles generated nine themes, which constitutes the frame of reference for the thesis. The result shows that several of the informants have not reflected upon the public library as an important actor when it comes to the distribution of music.

Augusti 2008, Ryssland går in i Georgien med en överväldigande militär styrka i syfte att som mansäger, avbryta folkrättsliga kränkningar i utbrytarrepublikerna Syd Ossetien och Abkhazien. Men var det verkligen det som var huvudsyftet med operationen? Eller var Georgienkriget Rysslands tillfälle att för omvärlden visa att Ryssland återigen är en stormakt? Nästan två år senare släpps en ny militärdoktrin, Den Ryska Federationens Militärdoktrin 2010, finns det ett samband mellan det överraskande Georgienkriget och den nya ryska doktrinen? Det främsta syftet med den här uppsatsen är att genom att utgå ifrån två av de taktiska grundprinciperna, kraftsamling och vilseledning, undersöka om det faktiskt finns ett samband mellan kriget och doktrinen. Finns det händelser under kriget och formuleringar i doktrinen vilka överensstämmer med definitionen av Kraftsamling och Vilseledning som tyder på ett samband däremellan? Sports associations play a very important role in the Swedish civil society, and since the 1st of July 1987 they have been exempted from the duty to pay VAT. By introducing an sufficiently closely related. After the fall of communism in Yugoslavia the ethnic resentment grew stronger and escalated in to interethnic civil conflict in 1992. After international intervention the General Framework Agreement for Peace (GFAP) installed peace in 1995. The treaty's aim was not only to establish peace but also to institute democracy in Bosnia. The OSCE were given the task to implement democracy within political institutions and civil society. This in a country with a lack of democratic experience and where great problems with ethnic antagonism still exists.By using democratization and transition theory this single case-study examines how democracy is implemented in Bosnia by the OSCE and clarifies difficulties that this democratization process is facing.
