A group of companies that only recently has caught the attention of Swedish designers, enterprises and media are the so -called "furniture pirates". In Sweden it?s mainly two companies that have ended up in the spotlight. The online stores Ikon M and Designers Revolt are two companies which currently sell replicas of famous Swedish and foreign designers. Although the designs sold are copyright protected in Sweden, and most other European countries, the right holders can only stand by and watch as more or less exact copies are sold for a fraction of the price of the originals.The business model - to exploit the EU?s free movement of goods and the UK's short term of copyright protection in matter of mass-produced art (industrial design) - has proven successful for the companies that practice it.

Denna studie undersöker en it-organisation som idag är organiserad som en aktivitetsbaserad arbetsplats. De två forskningsfrågor som lett den empiriska undersökningen är; ?Bidrar den aktivitetsbaserade arbetsplatsen till en flexibel organisation?? och ?Hur upplever cheferna i den studerade it-organisationen att den aktivitetsbaserade arbetsplatsen påverkar deras arbetsförhållanden och förmåga att sätta gränser i det dagliga arbetet?? Den aktivitetsbaserade arbetsplatsen visar sig utifrån numerisk och funktionell flexibilitet bidra till en flexibel organisation. Vidare visar resultatet att cheferna på det aktivitetsbaserade kontoret saknar socialt stöd som ett resultat av att arbeta på detta sätt och även att det blivit svårare att sätta gränser i arbetet. Denna studie bidrar till forskningen på området aktivitetsbaserade arbetsplatser och hur det är för chefer att arbeta på dessa.

Purpose: The aim with the report is to investigate if the South East Asian customer on the food processing market base their investments on Total Cost of Ownership and if so, which are the cost drivers considered most vital. Moreover, do these cost-drivers diverge from the perception FP Ltd has, and if so, can a Total Cost of Ownership-model help to achieve a mutual understanding? Methodology: First a descriptive approach will be taken, identifying FP Ltd?s employers? perception on how to meet the customer. This will later be compared to our empirical findings of the actual customer behaviour in Thailand and Vietnam. Thorough analyse of the gap between the two parts will give us the outcome whether or not FP Ltd will have any use of presenting a quantitative model justifying their higher price.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för företagsbloggar och dess användningsområden. Vi vill även ge företag konkreta råd för framtagandet av en strategi inför skapandet av en företagsblogg. Vi har använt oss av en abduktiv ansats med kvalitativ metod för att angripa uppsatsens ämne. Vår teoretiska referensram består av litteratur, tidningsartiklar och vetenskapliga artiklar om bloggar och sociala medier. Vi har även använt oss av ett fåtal internetkällor. Vi har använt oss av primärkällor i form av intervjuer samt sekundärdata i form av ett seminarium.  Baserat på vår analys har vi formulerat råd som vi anser vara användbara för företag som är intresserade av att starta en företagsblogg. Råden fungerar bra som grund för att forma en strategi för bloggande..

   SammanfattningSyftet med denna uppsats var att belysa hur fenomenet friskvård på en arbetsplats uppfattas av enskilda individer och vilken betydelse det kan få med avseende på såväl hälsan som välbefinnandet i stort. Utifrån denna fråga ville vi även se om det fanns skillnader i upplevelser av friskvård i de olika yrkeskategorierna från arbetsledning till arbetstagare. Inställningen till friskvård som prevention på en arbetsplats och vardagsmotion för den enskilde individen är individuell. En del människor varken vill eller tror sig kunna utöva friskvård och håller sig friska ändå. Den empiriska undersökningen bygger på kvalitativ metod.

The concept of vulnerability is the capacity or the sensitivity to become damaged. Vulnerability are characterized by one or more of the following terms; a system´s sensitivity to exposure to shock, stress or interference, the state of the system in relations to a threshold of damages, and the system´s ability to adapt to the changing circumstances. Vulnerability in this study is referring to the sensitivity of the circumstances that lead to sustainable livelihood that can´t be maintain and that there is an inability to cope with and manage stress. The choice of making a study in this area is based on that action needs to be taken to moderate the vulnerable aspects of society, in this respect in relations to storms. Analyzes of the social vulnerability to climate change or natural events is needed for effective actions.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relations of power within the discourse of integration and my focus will be on power relations and structural discrimination. The study origins from four qualitative interviews with employees from the County administrative board as well as from the Employment office.The theoretical framework is based upon Social Constructionism, Postcolonial Theories and with an intersectional perspective. The recent critical research from The Official Report on power, integration and structural discrimination (Utredningen om makt, integration och strukturell diskriminering) is used as well as Foucault's theory of biopower which is discussed within the analysis.The study indicates that although integration often is addressed as a reciprocal process, it is still assumed that They should be integrated by Us. The present government's one-sided focus on employment has proved difficult for the employees to put into practise and when the responsibility of obtaining employment is based upon the individual alone, she/he becomes responsible for her/his own integration..

Odling av fisk sägs ha en potential att bidra till framtida livsmedelsförsörjning när fiske inte längre täcker behov och efterfrågan. En önskan från svensk sida att vara med i utvecklingen är tydlig i SOU 2009:26 Det växande vattenbrukslandet. Utredningen presenterar strategier för hur en utbyggnad av vattenbruket kan underlättas och påskyndas. Jag saknade en strategi för hur det växande vattenbrukslandet ska styras mot att också bli ett hållbart vattenbruksland. Denna uppsats handlar om hur miljörättsliga regler ska konstrueras för att en växande vattenbruksnäring inte ska medföra en negativ påverkan på naturen.

The focus of this study has been to plumb social workers experiences regarding their work methods in two institutions regarding unaccompanied children through a perspective of gender. In this study, four semi-structured qualitative interviews has been contrived in purpose to gather in material which has been presented in five themes to ease an analyse focusing of gender. In all the interviews both authors participated with one in charge and one taking notes. One of the main focuses has been the relations between both social workers and their clients and between colleges in the institutions. The other main focus has been the activities, both planed and spontaneous, which the clients been offered, for example football, bowling and boxing.

We are living in network society, where information and communication together with the technical development stands in the centre. During the period 1952-2008, real prices of wood before taxes and charges declined. However, the actual net income has not changed by the same percentage as the price list, because taxation, driving costs and the ability to make deductions has changed. This report considers the inflation by using the Swedish consumer price index. AbstractIn urban societies people spend more and more time indoors, which put great demands on the indoor environment. If the ventilation is to manage the removal of unwanted substances in the indoor air, a good mixing of the air is required. The question arises that, whether the buoyancy forces will counteract a good mixing of the indoor air or not?This report aims to clear up the difficulties whether you need to consider the buoyancy forces or not, when adjusting a ventilation unit. For studying the indoor mixing of the air a two dimensional model is constructed in COMSOL Multiphysics.

Similarities in earlier research between leadership styles and communication forms were found, partly concerning relations and partly concerning work assignments. Our approach was based on the notion that there could be a correlation between the manager2019s choice of communication mode (informal/formal) and leadership style i.e. Relation-Oriented Behaviour Leadership style/Task-Oriented Behaviour Leadership style. A gender perspective was used in the research. The method was quantitative with a questionnaire to women managers (N=78) in the private and the public sectors.

Många elever är idag omotiverade vad gäller skolarbetet. I den här uppsatsen har vi försökt att hitta förklaringar till elevers inställning till undervisningen, lärare och skolan. Vi har även tagit del av lärarnas arbete och deras arbetsplats. Genom de böcker vi läst har vi fått vissa centrala tankar som vi har använt oss av i de intervjuer som vi har gjort. Vi har valt att göra djupintervjuer med 6 elever och 6 lärare i en större östgötsk stad.
