Deliberative democracy theory holds that democracy is about active partaking on formal and informal arenas in the public sphere where fairly equal citizens can obtain knowledge, discuss, evaluate and affect the political agenda before decisions are made.In line with the deliberative vision of online deliberation social media such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and Twingly offer such formal and informal arenas where people can obtain knowledge and interact with other people, and politicians.The Swedish EU-Presidency was the first EU-presidency to make use of social media and it was the first time the Swedish Government Offices used other social media than email and chat features.This thesis will examine the Swedish EU-Presidency?s ambitions of using social media as well as the actual use of social media on the Swedish EU-Presidency website in the light of deliberative democracy theory.The aim of this thesis is, through a case study, to analyze the Swedish EU-Presidency?s use of social media in the light of deliberative democracy theory..

Det uppdrag som vi har fått är att konstruera en utrustning som ska automatisera påhasplingsprocessen vid tillverkning av bandstål. Målet med det här examensarbetet är att ta fram ett produktionsunderlag åt uppdragsgivaren som ska ligga till grund för fortsatt arbete.Produktionsunderlaget ska innefatta ritningar, inköpslista för komponenter och en kostnadsberäkning. En förstudie genomfördes där vi besökte en av Sveriges största bandstålstillverkare för att undersöka vilka lösningar de hade på vårt problem. Utifrån det vi sett gjordes en konceptgenerering som ledde till det koncept som vi gick vidare med.Under arbetets gång har vi lagt stor vikt vid att göra konstruktionen så enkel som möjlig för att få en rimlig tillverkningskostnad. Vi har också tagit hänsyn till att konstruktionen ska integreras med befintlig utrustning.

Denna uppsats behandlar delat ledarskap. Syftet har varit att ur ledares synvinkel undersöka orsakerna till delat ledarskap samt de konsekvenser som uppkommer av delat ledarskap för ledarna, medarbetarna, familjerna och organisationerna. Vår metod för att lyckas med detta har varit intervjuer och vårt tillvägagångssätt vid insamling av teori och empiri har varit abduktivt. Analysen visade att orsakerna till att intervjupersonerna ville dela sitt ledarskap var att det skulle bli roligt samt möjligheten att alltid ha ett bollplank. De flesta menar att de tack vare sin arbetspartner har möjlighet att utnyttja sina styrkor och att arbetet därigenom blir mer effektivt vilket gynnar organisationen.

I den här uppsatsen undersöks genom kritisk diskursanalys hur Föräldraföreningen Mot Narkotika (FMN) och Riksförbundet för Rättigheter, Frigörelse, Hälsa och Likabehandling (RFHL) konstruerar begreppet missbrukare och hur dom ser på missbrukaren och dennes relationer.Uppsatsen bygger på organisationernas egna material, främst deras tidningar Anhörig (FMN) och Oberoende (RFHL) från åren 2012-2014. I uppsatsen redogör vi för hur FMN konstruerar missbrukaren som en kriminell, farlig person som själv bär ansvaret för sitt missbruk, medan RFHL konstruerar missbrukaren som en person med en sjukdom som fallit offer för omständigheter denne inte kunnat påverka.Författarna menar att hur vi skriver och pratar om saker får betydelse för vad vi tycker och tänker om sagda fenomen och därmed hur vi handlar gentemot dessa. Därför är det enligt oss viktigt att undersöka hur organisationer med makt att påverka den samhälleliga diskursen konstruerar begrepp som missbrukare eftersom detta kan få konsekvenser för hur vi behandlar missbrukare i vårt samhälle, till exempel genom den narkotikapolitik som förs..

Studiens syfte är att undersöka bilden av invandrare i Sydsvenskans lokala nyheter. Detta görs utifrån ett postkolonialt perspektiv med användning av diskursanalys. Uppsatsens har också ett konstruktivt inslag bestående av en granskning av tidningens mångfaldsarbete genom intervjuer med ansvariga. Invandrare blir de Andra vilket tar sig uttryck i Sydsvenskan genom att de skildras som annorlunda från den svenska normen. De beskrivs som icke-jämställda, passiva och uppgivna och figurerar ofta som offer och i artiklar som handlar om problem.

Hur kan jag skapa ett nytt säkert sätt för att hantera din medicin? I Sverige så är det 50% av alla patienter som tar sina mediciner på fel sätt. Detta leder till att patienterna får försämrade behandlingsresultat och att Sveriges sjukvård och sjukhus förlorar mycket pengar på att behandla de patienter som kommer till akuten på grund av felmedicinering.Målet med det här projektet är att skapa något som hjälper patienterna att komma ihåg att ta deras medicner och även hur de ska göra det. För att minska felmedicineringen så att patienterna kan leva ett bra liv även om de hanterar många mediciner vare dag.Resultatet är ett modulsystem med två produkter som förvarar och systematiserar medicin för patienter. Den första produkten är lådor som varierar i olika storlekar beroende på vilken medicin som ska förvaras.

Internet dating is a relatively new phenomenon that, in using the opportunities of the internet, has taken traditional dating to a new level. The business idea is simple as such. The company provides its customers with a platform that enables interaction, leaving the value creation to the customers. A qualitative study is conducted investigating and mapping the Swedish market for Internet dating. It is researched what the characteristics of the companies are, what the Internet dating businesses in Sweden offer, what the prevailing market conditions are, and lastly what challenges lie ahead for the industry and how they can be solved.

ABSTRACTAim: The aim of this study is to chart the experiences of Swedish general psychiatric care on a Swedish University hospital from a relative?s point of view. The study focus on how they are meet, satisfaction with and participation in the care. The study is done as an improvement project.Methods: The study was conducted by performing semi-structured interviews with eight close relatives to patients on a general psychiatric ward. The interviews lasted for 20-40 minutes.Results: The result shows that relatives are satisfied with the way they are meet by the staff on the ward, that they appreciate staff that are open, down to earth and are inviting to form a good relationship.

The purpose with this essay is to investigate whether the legal capital can be justified as creditor protection and whether the legal capital prevent entrepreneurship.Historically the legal capital has been justified by means of creditor protection. Nowdays the development within EU rather reduces or abolish the legal capital. Sweden has recently, 1 of April 2010, reduced the legal capital from 100 000 Swedish crowns to 50 000 Swedish crowns. In the preparatory work it has been admitted that the legal capital does not in reality offer creditors much protection. Although the lawmaker decides to retain the legal capital and justifies the legal capitals existence with the argument that involuntary creditors has the need of the legal capital.

The recent financial crisis has entailed in a fierce debate whether CEOs variable remuneration has caused unsound risk exposure in public companies. Hence it is considered as interesting to elucidate if this connection exists empirically. With grounding in principal-agent theory, and its implicit assumption of risk adverse agents, this study aims to find empirical evidence for a positively correlated relationship between CEOs variable remuneration and company risk exposure. Through a regression analysis of multidimensional data from 102 listed Swedish companies during the period of 2000-2009, we show that the relationship between CEOs variable remuneration and company risk, in contrast to our expectations, is significantly negative. The coherent result is interpreted as the inherent risk in companies seems to explain the usage of variable remuneration for CEO, rather than vice versa.

The following Bachelor?s thesis examines how three Swedish national newspapers (Dagens Nyheter, Svenska Dagbladet and Aftonbladet), which all represent different points on the ideological spectrum, portray victim and perpetrator in their representation of rape during the year 2011. The thesis examines the newspapers news, editorial pages and reports of rape. The study uses a quantitative approach with qualitative elements which has its foundation in the theory of social constructivism and priming theory. Stormwater from trafficked areas often contains high pollution levels. In traditional stormwater management design, stormwater is first transported away through piped networks, and then in most cases passes through oil separators before finally reaching the recipients. While this traditional method removes certain pollutants from the stormwater, it does not reduce the total flow, as in the case of ecological stormwater management. In the ecological method the stormwater is not simply transported away, but is recirculated through infiltration, percolation, and detention. The aim of this study is to investigate possible advantages of ecological management designs, in contrast to traditional management.
