A QUALITATIVE STUDY OF THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN SOCIAL INSURANCE ORGANIZATION AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICE CONCERNING ?COMMON MAPPING?
Denna uppsats belyser samverkan mellan myndigheterna Försäkringskassan och Arbetsförmedlingens gällande deras gemensamma arbetssätt, gemensam kartläggning. Vårt syfte har varit att studera handläggares upplevelser och erfarenheter kring samverkan gällande arbetssättet gemensam kartläggning och belysa detta. Uppsatsens frågeställningar lyder följande: Hur ser samverkan gällande gemensam kartläggning ut mellan myndigheterna i praktiken? Vad upplevs som problematiskt vid denna samverkan? Vad främjar en bra samverkan?
För att få svar på dessa frågor har vi genomfört en kvalitativ studie. Metoden vi använt oss av till datainsamlingen har varit i form av intervjuer.
Utveckling av tjänster för ett mobilt medium
The mobile revolution is here to stay, and today most people have (at least) one cell phone at home. Some even a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant)as a complement for the simpler tasks at the office, e.g sending e-mail, word processing, browsing the Internet etc. Many business have also given the employees the opportunity to do some of the business tasks inbetweeen customer visits with the help from a cell phone or PDA.Despite all this, the so called Internet connected mobile revolution is often mentioned as a big failure. Maybe because the people in general tended not to use the new technology as much as the companies predicted. This could be because they still haven't learned how it works, or just don't seem to have the need for services provided.After a couple of failures in the development process, almost every cell phone has support for mobile Internet today.

Problem:
Which factors affect customer satisfaction in a non-physical bank
relation?
Purpose:
The purpose with this thesis is to study what creates customer satisfaction in
a non-physical bank relation. We look at this by conducting a case study in
which we studied the opinion of customers who uses the e-bank
at FöreningsSparbanken.
Method:
We have used a qualitative data method through which we have received answers
from our respondents, these we have interpreted to form information, which we
have used in our analysis. In our empirical study we have used a case study in
which we have chosen to interview both customers and co-workers to get an
answer to our problem.

Många svenska modeföretag gör inköp från Kina ochdärför är syftet med denna studie att med Lindex som fallföretag skapa en förståelse för hurett svenskt modeföretag använder sig av ett produktionskontor och vad det har föransvarsområden i inköpsprocessen vid inköp från Kina.
ISO 14001 : En genomgång av SSAB EMEA Oxelösunds miljöledningssystem
Environmental issues is now taking a growing place in society and to ensure that companies meet public expectations and do their part in working towards a sustainable development, environmental management system is said to be an effective tool (Almgren & Brorson, 2009).This case study has examined a company's environmental management system in order to find strengths and weaknesses within the ISO 14001 system. The work was carried out using interviews, document reviews and analyzes in which the three main concepts control the report ; "daily work", "audit" and "environmental aspects".The results shows that the daily work looks different depending on where you are; in the production or at the office. The audit examined all documents related to the environmental management system and the study showed that the biggest strengths was the commitment and waste handling while areas such as environmental goals and management review needed improvement. As a result of the deficiencies identified, suggestions for improvements was proposed. The investigation of the routine of the environmental aspects showed an incomplete routine where the red wire from identification to evaluation was missing.

The aim of this study was to investigate if a mechanical recruitment process could be a useful tool for employers to avoid discrimination. National and international law protect jobseekers from discrimination during the recruiting process. Despite this individuals frequently report that they are treated unfairly when they apply for a job. In line with this research shows that some individuals do not have the same opportunities in the labour market as the rest of the population. This study focus on discrimination based on ethnicity, age, gender or disability.Today most of the hiring decisions are based on employers professional judgement.
Alumninätverks fördelar och förutsättningar - en fallstudie om företags möjligheter att förvalta sina alumnirelationer
From a time where employees often remained at one company until retirement, globalization and changed employment patterns have created a more mobile labor market in the last years. In an effort to expand the connection between organization and employee a rising interest in corporate alumni networks has emerged. Previous research has shown that conditions for such networks are formed through employees social identification, perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship and can be shaped by company's HR practices.This paper aims to examine two case companies' perceived benefits through alumni relations as well as their HR prac-tices, in order to increase understanding surrounding the relationship between the two areas. Further the study intends to draw conclusions about the role of corporate alumni networks in the creation of the received benefits.The study indicates that HR practices, through the creation of an organizational citizenship behavior, can influence the conditions for beneficial alumni relations. Results show that some expected benefits of alumni relations can be re-ceived through strong citizenship.

Neighbourhood offices were established in the municipal of Lund by a decision in the municipal council 1999. During following years four offices opened in the surrounding villages; Veberöd, Genarp, Södra Sandby and Dalby. By using a goal oriented model and making interviews I study whether the offices reaches the goals of more effective service, developed IT-support, a stronger local democracy and a better feeling for service. The offices has improved the information to the citizens and efforts have been made to strengthen the local democracy but more complex matters can not be handled at the offices today, which is a disappointment for many involved.To explain the result of the evaluation I use Vedungs ?A general theory of public efforts result?.
Lågprisflygets påverkan på regioner : en studie av Stockholm
The purpose of the study is to investigate and elucidate how low-cost airlines can influence and develop tourism in a region. In order to bring about the purpose the author used two research questions. Have low-cost airlines contributed to regional development? How many additional visitors have low-cost airlines contributed to Stockholm? In order to answer these questions a survey was carried out at Arlanda airport and statistics were collected. The results of the study show that there has been a regional development.
Informationsutbyte från BIM-modeller : Från BIM-modell till format hanterbara av förvaltning- och GIS-system
BIM has been a trend in recent years when it comes to design and construction ofnew buildings. However, there has been less talk about what happens to BIM modelsafter the construction phase.This issue has been raised at the Forsmark construction documentation department.This thesis aims to look at how the information in a BIM model can be transferred tofacility management and GIS systems and thus add value, even after the constructionphase.Questions raises how such an exchange might look like and whether it is reliable.How should a claim be brought to planners for such an exchange to work.This thesis tested some of the most common methods for this kind of exchange ofinformation from BIM models to facility management and GIS. It was formats like IFC,Fi2xml and a database connectivity that was analyzed by a computer simulation of amodel provided by Forsmark. The model consisted of an existing office building atForsmark, modeled in Autodesk Revit.The results indicate that the formats tested require a precise plotting of the models.The loss of information that came to light in the simulation could be attributed tofailure modeling in Revit. Even such things as naming of areas must be consistent.

SammanfattningSyftet med vår studie var att undersöka vilket stöd personer med funktionsnedsättningen Aspergers syndrom själva uppgav att de behövde samt deras egna upplevelser av delaktighet på arbetsmarknaden. I studien har vi gjort nio kvalitativa intervjuer med personer som har Aspergers syndrom. Frågeställningarna har avsett att beskriva deras egen syn på arbete och stöd i samband med detta samt svårigheter de upplevt. Flera uppgav att de har saknat ett naturligt stöd på arbetsplatserna som kunde hjälpa dem att strukturera och begränsa arbetsuppgifterna. Vi har i analysen använt teorin om supported employment.
En banks lokalkontors arbete för hållbar utveckling : -Swedbank i Hofors
I denna studie undersöker jag på vilket sätt ett lokalt bankkontor arbetar för en hållbar utveckling. Jag har genomfört en förstudie för att öka min förståelse om regionen och det lokala näringslivet som bankkontoret verkar i. Jag genomförde en semi-strukturerad intervju med kontorschefen och företagsrådgivaren på deras kontor. Efter den intervjun skickade jag ut enkäter till små företag i det lokala näringslivet för att ta reda på om bankkontoret och företagarna kommunicerade på ett liknande sätt med varandra. Jag gjorde en grundlig teori sökning och fann intressant forskning på området på KTH Centrum för bank och finans.
