Lärarutbildningen på Högskolan Kristianstad ämnar tydliggöra vetenskapens roll i utbildningen samt kopplingen mellan de teoretiska studierna och det praktiska utövandet av yrket, vilket även står i regeringens proposition 1999/2000:136 Den nya lärarutbildningen. Ambitionen är att studenter efter genomgången utbildning ska vara utrustade med ett reflekterande tankesätt och vara beredda på att förändra den skolvärld de möter, inte anamma rådande kultur. Men hur uppfattar lärarstudenterna att detta syfte uppnås? Genom en kvalitativ studie i form av enkäter och intervjuer framgår att kopplingen är otydlig och att studenterna på Högskolan Kristianstad säger sig sakna viktiga delar.

Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är därmed att undersöka om könens komparativa egenskaper är olika betydelsefulla i revisionsprocessens olika moment. För att realisera vårt syfte kategoriserade vi, efter en litteraturgenomgång, egenskaper efter kön. För att styrka kategoriseringen utfördes en referensundersökning bland vänner och bekanta.

I denna uppsats undersöks begreppet ?barnets bästa? med utgångspunkten att granska vilka olika föreställningar som finns och har funnits kring vad detta innebär. Detta begrepp är inte nytt för vår tid, men det har debatterats mer efter tillkomsten av Förenta Nationernas konvention om barnets rättigheter som antogs 1989. Barnets bästa är dock en social konstruktion och innebörden av begreppet förändras därför ständigt.Metoden som ligger till grund för denna uppsats är dels en genomgång av litteratur och dels en textanalys av två historiska källmaterial bestående av en proposition från 1924, prop. 1924:150, och en av statens offentliga utredningar från 1997, SOU 1997:116.

Syfte: Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att beskriva och analysera företags arbetsprocess för att dokumentera och prissätta interna transaktioner med hänsyn tagen till dokumentationsskyldigheten avseende internprissättning som införs i Sverige 1 januari, 2007. Vidare vill vi undersöka om dokumentationsskyldigheten kommer att underlätta uppfyllandet av armlängdsprincipen. Metod: Denna studie har utförts genom en kvalitativ flerfallstudie, med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Valet av våra intervjuobjekt baseras på geografiskt läge, exporthandel med närstående part och att företagen påbörjat en dokumentation av internpriser. Teoretiska perspektiv: Uppsatsens teoretiska bas redogörs i ett ramverk och ett teoretiskt kapitel, för att ge läsaren en tydligare bild om vad som är riktlinjer, lagkrav och generella teorier om internpriser.Empiri: Det empiriska materialet grundas på tre stora internationella företag med säte i omnejd och att företagen bedriver export med närstående part.Resultat: Fallstudien visar att de undersökta företagen är mer eller mindre klara med sin dokumentation.

The focus of this thesis is the library at the Swedish school in Berlin, Germany. Being a school in a foreign country, and playing a role also as a public library, the conditions for the library are somewhat unusual. Considering those conditions, how should the library be organised and developed to meet the users' needs in the best way possible? To put the library in Berlin into a greater perspective, the first chapters of the thesis are dedicated to the issue of school libraries in Sweden; their historical development, their importance in the school curriculum and their present situation. Swedish research in the field of school libraries is presented and includes descriptions of theoretical analysing models.

In the society of today more and more employees are reported sick due to illness caused by their place of work. A lot of employees are stressed in their daily work and because of that they get mentally exhausted. These common occurrences are a part of the psycho-social work environment and it is the employers responsibility to avoid them. To rehabilitate an employee is often very expensive and takes a lot of time. Focusing on preventing illness in the work environment, instead of repair when illness is a fact, is an advantage both for the employers and the employees.The purpose with this essay is to illuminate the responsibility that the employers have to prevent psycho-social illness in the work environment.

Studies have shown that library employees often choose not to use readers? advisory tools but to instead rely entirely on their own experience, often doing the library user a disservice. However, very few have looked at why this is so. This thesis looks at to what extent thirty individual employees in thirty Swedish public libraries use readers advisory tools when helping a patron find a good book, with the major focus on what motivates them to use these tools and why some choose not to use them. It was found that readers? advisory tools where not used with any consistency and that many things influence the library employees? use of these tools.

Abstract This paper seeks to answer how well the unit managers in a community live up to its responsibility for rehabilitation. What opportunities and obstacles center managers feel that they have in the rehabilitation process and their expertise in rehabilitation are adequate. The essay is based on qualitative, in which six interviews were conducted to help capture the Heads of Unit subjective experiences. Five of the respondents are heads of units in the elderly, and an interview with the rehabilitation coordinator of the municipality. Respondents' comments and relevant literature form the basis for this essay.

Abstract Thou there are much written about management, are there, according to Mintzberg no simple definitions regarding how managers should operate towards other co-workers or employees. This essay outlines a perspective for study of managers, from an employees point of view. The study was preformed at one private company, and the empirical data was gathered from five employees. The methodological approach contained qualitative methods based on semi-structured interviews. By using this method, a deeper understanding regarding the questions was desired.

This paper describes Tempus Custode, a smartphone application with which the user may register working hours and travel time during the work day. The application communicates with a database via a server. The data stored in the database may be manipulated using an administrator tool, mainly for the composition of time reports. In this way, the user?s task of time reporting his day is greatly simplified.The application is able to automatically discriminate between work time and travel time, as it continuously fetches positioning data from the smartphone GPS receiver.

The aim of the study is to examine ideas surrounding copyright law and related rights appearing in the referral statements that the participants of the library sphere gave to the department writ Ds 2003:35. These ideas reflect the positions the library sphere take regarding issues surrounding the copyright law and related rights. The department writ was preceded by a directive from the European Union; Directive 2001/29/EC of the European parliament and of the council of 22 may 2001 on the harmonization of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society. The writ Ds 2003:35 was later followed by a proposition from the government which was co-herent with the preceding writ. The empirical material has been analyzed with a starting point in the polarizations, artist/audience, private/public and original/copy, presented in PhD Martin Fredriksson?s book Skapandets rätt.
