Syfte: Att undersöka vilket stöd närstående haft behov av från sjuksköterskor inom akutsjukvård och intensivvård vid anhörigs sjukdom och vilket stöd sjuksköterskor trodde att närstående hade behov av. Metod: Studien genomfördes som en litteraturöversikt. Artiklar söktes i databaserna PubMed och Cinahl. I studiens resultat ingick 13 artiklar med både kvalitativ(n=7) och kvantitativ(n=6) ansats som sammanställdes under olika teman. Resultat: Redovisades i fyra teman; CCFNI, Information, Delaktighet och Bemötande.

Sammanfattning Syftet med studien är att beskriva sjuksköterskans uppfattning om vad som är en god död för patienter inom palliativ vård.Metoden är en beskrivande litteraturstudie med vetenskapliga artiklar som grund.                                 Litteraturstudiens huvudresultat redovisas i två underrubriker; ?Sjuksköterskans uppfattningar om en god död inom palliativ vård? och ?Sjuksköterskans sätt att hantera olika situationer vid vård av patienter i livets slutskede?. Det är viktigt att att kommunikationen mellan patient och sjuksköterska fungerar på ett lämpligt sätt och att tid avsätts för samtal. Motivation, erfarenhet, struktur, diskussion och reflektion behövs för att ge god och trygg vård som leder till en värdig död. Att ge stöd till patienter och närstående är en trygghet för sjuksköterskan.

Germany has experienced low birth rates ever since the 1970s when they fell below the replacement levels of 2,1 children per woman. Since then, their birth rate has been around 1,5 children per woman, which has caused an overall aging population. The consequences of the declining birth rates is that the previous generations are becoming larger than the younger generations. This demographic shift raises concern about how its potential implications might affect different aspects of the country and its economy overall. The aim of this paper is to try to discern the dynamic between the share of the labor force in relation to total population, with the share of pensioners in relation to the total population.

Sjuksköterskor ifrågasätter ibland sin närvaro under ronden och för motivation krävs förståelse för yrkesrollens betydelse. Trots rondens potential för vårdutveckling saknar den erkännande som ett viktigt forskningsområde. Syftet var att studera ronden som företeelse på sjukhus. En litteraturstudie grundad på 13 artiklar utfördes. Resultatet belyser att ronden skedde på rutin, aldrig ställdes in samt innehade främst tre funktioner: planering och utvärdering av patientvården, en pedagogisk funktion samt en samordnande funktion.

Föreningsengagemang, sociala relationer och stress är ofta omnämnda tillsammans och relateras ofta till varandra. Eftersom befintlig forskning är begränsad vad gäller sambanden dem emellan, var det av intresse att undersöka dessa. Syftet med studien var att kartlägga föreningsengagemang bland högskolestudenter på en högskola i södra Sverige samt undersöka eventuella samband mellan föreningsengagemang, sociala relationer och stress. Metoden för studien var deduktiv med ett kvantitativt angreppssätt. Enkäter med frågor om föreningsengagemang, stress och sociala relationer genomfördes på 230 studenter.

In order to counter these difficulties the Lund University Hospital have introduced Lean Healthcare to the hospital organization. The purpose of this scientific paper is to study the relationship between the implementation of Lean Healthcare and the experienced motivation among the staff. This essay thereby intends to impart knowledge, which could be used on future implementations of Lean Healthcare at other hospitals. In order to fulfil the purpose of this essay a case study have been conducted at two wards at the Lund University Hospital in which qualitative research interviews have been the method chosen in order to gather data.

Bakgrund: Vårdmiljön har genom tiderna gått från att vara i fokus, till att bli åsidosatt till förmån för den medicintekniska utvecklingen och nu på senare år blir den igen allt mer uppmärksammad. Problem: Sjuksköterskan har en viktig roll i skapandet av en vårdmiljö men hur upplever patienten vårdmiljön? Syfte: Att belysa patientens upplevelser av vårdmiljön. Metod: En litteraturstudie med kvalitativ inriktning med en beskrivande syntes som metod. Resultat: Utifrån patientens upplevelser av vårdmiljön identifierades tre teman med tillhörande subteman.

Studiens syfte var att beskriva föräldrars erfarenhet av delaktighet i aktivitet för barn med medelsvår eller svår astma och allergi. Sju föräldrar till barn mellan 7-16 år med medelsvår eller svår astma och boendes i Sverige intervjuades med ett semistrukturerat instrument. Materialet analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Analysen av intervjuerna utmynnade i tre kategorier; ?Att inte vara delaktig som alla andra?, ?Socialt stöd och hinder i aktivitet?, ?Utmaningar i omgivningen?.

According to Hans Hertel the verbal renaissance reflects a modern man need to come closer to each other and create togetherness.

Background: There are many possible reasons why a patient gets a stoma and in every case it?s of importance for the nurse to adjust nursing care, information and patient education from individual presuppositions. Problem: Patient education regarding stoma self-care is an important part of the nurse?s work within stoma care. The patient is depending on the guidance of the nurse and therefore it is relevant to illuminate the importance of education regarding gaining ability to perform self-care.

 The purpose with this thesis was to develop a designguideline which will simplify the development of new products that will be laser welded. The need for this thesis has come forward from the quality problems that Volvo Construction Equipment, Components Division is having with their laser welding manufacturing unit. The reason for the problems emerges from the bad communication between the development unit and the manufacturing unit within the company when the products produced today was developed. This resulted in products that were hard to and in some cases almost impossible to weld. To avoid these problems from occurring again it was needed to gather the experiences within this area and compile it and present in a brief a pedagogical manner. The information for the groundwork of our results has been gathered by interviews of several key persons in Volvo Construction Equipment, Components Division.

Background: Surgical complications has been the main cause of medical injuries and deaths worldwide. In 2008 WHO developed the checklist for safe surgery to reduce the number of surgical complications. The objective of the checklist is to strengthen already established safety routines and contribute to better cooperation and communication. Research shows that compliance to the checklist is deficient, which can affect patient safety.Aim: The aim was to study the extent to which theatre nurses participate in the use of the checklist.Method: Observational study was conducted with a descriptive design and quantitative approach. 24 observations were carried out with aid of an observation protocol of two surgical units at a hospital in central Sweden.Result: The results showed that Timeout initiated widely but compliance to all items was considerably lower.

Den fria lekens betydelse - Pedagogers deltagande och syn på barnens fria lek (The importance of childrens free play - Educationalists participation and view on childrens free play). Vi, Dzana och Alexandra har i vår studie valt att belysa tre pedagogers tankar om barnens fria lek. Underfrågor som vi har använt som hjälp till vår studie är: Hur ser pedagogerna på barnens fria lek? Hur arbetar pedagogerna för att utveckla barnens fria lek? Hur deltagande anser pedagogerna att man ska vara i barnens fria lek? För att få svar på våra frågeställningar har vi valt att använda oss av både intervjuer och observationer som i sin tur kompletterar varandra. Deltagarna i vår studie består av tre pedagoger, en förskollärare, två barnskötare samt barnen på den valda avdelningen. Syftet med studien är att belysa de tre pedagogernas deltagande i leksituationen med barnen på den valda avdelningen. Vi har med hjälp av intervjuer och observationer undersökt vilka tankar pedagogerna har om den fria leken för att sedan undersöka hur dessa stämmer överens med deras handlingar, detta främst genom samspelet mellan pedagogerna och barnen i barnens lek.De viktigaste resultaten under vår studie är att de tre pedagogernas syn på barnens lek är av stor betydelse, pedagogerna anser att man som pedagog skall vara deltagande i barnens lek på barnens villkor. Under studiens gång visade det sig att pedagogernas deltagande till största del handlade om att samtala istället för att inta en roll och delta i leken på barnens villkor. This paper is written to take a close look at teaching methods used at the Summer Academy (SHS), which is held at Södertörns Högskola in Stockholm. SHS is a subdivision of the institution of teaching education, which annually, during summertime, offers an eight-day program for pupils between 13-15 years of age, from different schools located in socio-economically disadvantaged suburbs of Stockholm. The intention of SHS is to give the participating pupils an insight into higher education, especially that of university. The purpose of the activities, such as field trips, guided tours and corporate visits, is to make pupils aware of their own responsibility for their educational situation through different methods of knowledge transfer, to diversify the means of the education, and to bring awareness to the array of possibilities which they have access to within the Swedish system of tertiary education.The study is based on six deep-interviews, three with pupils and three with student mentors. Together with 131 surveys from the course given during the summer of 2014, and theories of John Dewey on ?Learning-by-doing?, the results show that pupils participation in SHS give them a better understanding for, and knowledge about their own educational responsibility.Another question this paper seeks to address is how significantly the SHS program is changing the pupil?s experience of education in general and their view upon higher education specifically.
