Syftet med denna studie var att utvärdera hur deltagarna av Kristianstads kommuns Ledarutvecklingsprogram upplevde utkomster av programmet under eller efter deltagandet och hur Kristianstads kommun kan utveckla sitt Ledarutvecklingsprogram. Kvalitativ metod i form av litteraturanalys och semistrukturerade intervjuer som därefter meningskoncentrerats har använts. Ett utsnitt av litteratur som behandlar traditionell ledarutveckling och alternativ eller komplement till densamma har analyserats för att ge en bas för vidare analys av intervjumaterialet. Sex deltagare har intervjuats. Intervjuerna har transkriberats och har återkopplats via mail för att säkerställa att varje deltagares utsaga dokumenterats korrekt.

In order to produce grain in an economically rational manner numerous decisions have to be made. One of these decisions is what tillage system to use. The cost of the tillage system is a large part of the total cost in grain production. Different tillage systems result in different distribution of fixed costs, operating costs and timeliness costs. The price of the produced grain and cost of inputs also affect the best way to produce grain.

This report is made as a literature review, focusing on the work done to increase understanding of efficiency in the categories of substations and secondary heating systems, with respect to the deviation from the theoretically possible cooling off in the distribution network as well as the economic benefit that appear. The main purpose of a considerable part of the literature used in this report addresses the issue of identifying individual causes of reduced cooling in district heating systems. These literature resources have been compiled and summarized as part of the report.The technology of district heating is associated with benefits such as better use of the energy in a fuel. This is the case of cogeneration plants where serial generation of electricity and thermal energy increases efficiency compared with the parallel generation where heat is generated locally and electricity is generated centrally. Serial generation thus allows for lower primary energy demand.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka förskollärares syn på barns bildskapande samt bredda min kunskap om hur pedagoger arbetar med bildskapande i förskoleverksamheten. Syftet var även att ta reda på vad pedagogerna vill uppnå med bildarbetet och hur pedagoger organiserar miljön i skapande aktiviteter. Jag ville också få svar på hur de intervjuade pedagogerna arbetar med att utveckla barns visuella kompetens. Metoden som användes i undersökningen var den kvalitativa intervjun och totalt intervjuades sex pedagoger, varav en via mail och telefon. Resultatet visade att pedagogerna var medvetna om att bildskapande är en viktig uttrycksform för barns allsidiga utveckling och de trodde att deras förhållningssätt påverkade barnens bildskapande. Pedagogerna menade att i arbetet med bild så var det viktigt att använda olika sorters material, att koppla ihop bildskapande arbete med barnens upplevelser och att ge utrymme för upptäckande med betoning på det fria skapandet.

The purpose of this thesis is to look into the knowledge city concept and the preferences and requirements of companies on such a city. Furthermore, suggestions of ideal conditions in a knowledge city are proposed. The thesis has been conducted through a qualitative approach where a deductive procedure has been implemented. In order to examine knowledge cities, Barcelona has sketchily been looked at as an early example of a knowledge city, whereas a more exhaustive observation of Copenhagen was conducted. Since the concept of knowledge cities is a rather new phenomenon, models from several disciplines constitute the theoretical framework.

The role-playing game attracts a growing number of practisers. The aim of this master?s thesis is to examine role-playing literature as phenomenon in libraries through librarians´ attitudes. The paper is based on qualitative interviews with eight librarians: one personal interview with two librarians and six e-mail interviews with six librarians at different libraries. To reconstruct a building is a long-term investment for farmers and it is important that people with different qualifications are involved at an early stage for making the system adapted to the animals as well the animal keeper. Therefore, ethologists who can contribute with their expertise are needed to design the system and get it to function well for the animals.A Swedish farmer who planned to rebuild her stall for tied dairy cattle to a loose-housing system for recruitment heifers for milk production asked me as an ethologist to find a system which can be fit to her existing tie-stall barn for 30 dairy cows, considering the animal needs in terms of movement, social interactions and play behaviors, and to theoretically compare the system with other systems with respect to the behaviors mentioned.The theoretical comparison between different systems was made through a scientific literature review.In agreement with the animal keeper I set out to fit a system with feeding cubicles, a system with cubicles and a system with deep straw bedding to the barn. After measurements were taken and preliminary drawings were outlined it was found that only the feeding cubicle system was possible to fit to the barn.The space provided will limit the animals to perform some playing behaviors. To decrease aggressive interactions between animals even thought a limiting area it is possible to provide partitions between resources animals compete around to prevent that more than one animal can get success to the resource at a particular place at one time. To increase the animal movement in the system the water trays were moved to the outer wall instead of kept in contact with the stalls.Although this report provides guidelines for rebuilding, other competences regarding building construction and a pre-test of the suggested building solution according to Swedish legislation are needed before the rebuilding can start.The results are directed mainly to the owner of the barn, but the literature review can be used by other cattle farmers and might bring increased understanding of the possible effects of different building solution on the animals..
