Indexator Rototilt Systems erbjuder tiltrotatorer och systemlösningar för anläggningsmaskiner till sina kunder. Tiltrotatorerna kan oftast ses på grävmaskiner. Dessa är placerade mellan grävmaskinens grävarm och skopa. I tiltrotatorn sitter det en viktig komponent, kallad svivel. Sviveln gör att tiltrotatorn kan roteras obehindrat runt den egna axeln samtidigt som en kontinuerligt hydraulisk förbindelse upprättahålls mellan redskapet och hydraulsystemet.

Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på om den kommunala demokratiska processen har berörts av projektet Medborgarpaneler. Vi fick uppdraget av Gnosjö kommun att genomföra en halvtidsutvärdering av projektet. Projektet startade i november 2007 och kommer att pågå under tre år. Vi har använt oss av både kvantitativa datainsamlingsmetoder och kvalitativa djupintervjuer, som vi senare har sammanställt och analyserat, för att få fram material till vår undersökning.De resultat som vi fått fram visar på att det är ett lyckat projekt från kommunen och att det finns ett intresse att utveckla det efter projekttidens slut, detta enligt de politiker vi intervjuat.Valet av intervjupersoner gjordes på följande vis, vi mailade politiker i Gnosjö kommun och de tre första som svarade intervjuade vi. Vi skickade också ut enkäter till deltagarna i Medborgarpaneler via de befintliga mail-listorna som fanns.

The aim of the study was to explore the methods used in horticultural therapy gardens in rehabilitating people suffering from fatigue syndrome. Nine horticultural therapy gardens were contacted of wich three chose to participate. Using case study as method e-mail interviews was carried out with the participants about their establishment and what kind of theories they based their methods upon. The material collected from the interviews was complemented with additional data from the establishments web pages and information pamphlets. Collected data was processed trough content analysis and then formed as background for the development of a program theory for horticultural therapy.

In several cases, systems that have been developed have been very time consuming and cost a lot of money, but they still do not fulfil the users requirements and requests. To make new systems better, you have to find a way to communicate that allows the developers to understand the needs of the user. The aim for our thesis is to highlight the importance of communication in system development. To investigate this we have choosen to do a study of the real-estate system. The work methods that have been used include mock-ups and informal conversations with the user, who is employed by the Church of Sweden in Ronneby.

Fairtrade is a certification of products that has grown from the criticism of conventional trade. By increasing the focus on the producers? economic and social conditions, poverty can be fought and the producers? voice in the marketplace can be strengthened. Fairtrade City is a certification for municipalities who wish to engage in ethical consumption. The purpose of this thesis is to understand the Fairtrade City concept and how this can be a tool for working towards sustainable development. To be more concise, we want to answer the following questions: Why does Örebro municipality work with the Fairtrade City certification and how can Fairtrade City be used as tool for working towards sustainable development? The thesis is based on qualitative interviews and e-mail interviews with members of the steering committee for Örebro Fairtrade City and on literature studies. We have in our thesis identified Örebro Fairtrade City as a result of 1) that Örebro municipality through Fairtrade City wants to change their surrounding environment by engaging in ethical trade 2) that the surrounding environment effects Örebro municipality through isomorphism regarding its way to deal with sustainable development 3) that the municipality through its work with ethical trade becomes legitimized by their surrounding environment.

Syftet med studien är att söka förståelse för hur rekryteringsföretag och kundföretag kommunicerar för att rätt kandidat skall bli anställd. Frågeställningarna som vi avsåg besvara var hur kommunikationen sker mellan rekryteringsföretag och kundföretag, hur respektive part säkerhetsställer att de har förstått varandra samt vilka störningar som kan finnas i kommunikationen mellan parterna. Studien har genomförts med en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer. Urvalet bestod av två rekryteringsföretag samt fyra kundföretag i Halland. De rekryteringsföretag som valts arbetar enbart med rekrytering.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects on a simulated wastewater plant regarding GHG emissions and use of energy and resources when implementing source separated wastewater systems. The effects were studied for different restrictions of effluent quality and for different temperatures on the influent. The simulation model BSM2G calibrated for Käppala wastewater treatment plant was used. The task was executed by simulating nine different scenarios with an increase in influent load from new connections equivalent to 3, 10 and 30 % of the present connections. These new connections were served by conventional, urine separated or black water separated systems.

The problem partly consists of estimating the demand at an IPO and also to accurately value the business in comparison to the market. To set the price per share is problematic, since the company carrying out the public offering wants to optimise the amount of capital at the same time as they want the share to be subscribed in full. If the IPO would not be carried out, it could cause harm to the position of the underwriters. Purpose: To investigate whether underpricing exists associated with IPO:s on the Swedish market during the period 1995-1999. Method: The collection of data has been achieved by means of: Internet, E-mail and telephone calls. Conclusions: We have reached the conclusion that oversubscribing in comparison to the return at an IPO has an average growth of 3.3 per cent the first day, on every occasion of oversubscribing. For the studied population, including 138 initial public offerings, the average market value rise is 15 per cent the first day. When we made our calculations, adjustments have been made for the general index of Affärsvärlden (AFGX).

Uppsatsen faller inom MDI-området. Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att kombinera en produktmodell med usability-teori för att appliceras på skivaffärer på Internet. Fokus har legat mot utarbetande av s.k. guidelines för formgivning av internetbaserade skivaffärer utifrån användares personliga upplevelser vid utförandet av kritiska uppgifter hos tjänsten. Uppsatsen avslutas med de framarbetade riktlinjerna samt en diskussion om applicerbarheten hos det framtagna analysramverket..

Tre parallella förlopp undersöks, dels den förändring som skett med köksrummet i nyproducerade privata kök i stadsbebyggelse under tiden 1960-2000, dels de tekniska hjälpmedlens och livsstilens betydelse för matlagningen under samma period.Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur köksrummet, dess utrustning och livsstilen påverkat matlagningen mellan 1960 ? 2000.Två metoder har använts nämligen litteraturstudier och en intervju. Litteraturstudierna är av två slag, dels litteratur om kökets förändring livsstilen och dels en sammanställning och analys av fyra årgångar av vår kokbok. Intervjun har skett per mail.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att människornas livsstil och trenderna omkring dom har påverkat matlagningen och även nya tekniska köksapparater. Däremot torde köksrummets utseende han spelat en mindre roll för matlagningen.Slutsatsen är att de nyproducerade köken, under den period som undersökningen behandlat, har varit så stora och välplanerade att de inte kan ha hindrat för matlagningen.

Det finns bestämmelser i ÅRL att börsnoterade företag skall bifoga en kassaflödesanalys i sin årsredovisning för att redovisa en likviditetsförändring under året. Kassaflödesanalysen upprättas antingen genom den direkta eller indirekta metoden. De företag som följer IAS 7 uppmuntras till att tillämpa den direkta metoden, före den indirekta. Trots detta fortsätter en stor del av de svenska företagen att tillämpa den sistnämnda.  Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka de bakomliggande faktorerna till varför svenska företag använder indirekt eller direkt metod vid redovisning av kassaflöden. Metod: Det är en deduktiv studie som testar teorin i praktiken, där fyra kategorier undersöks (Tradition; Go with the flow; Lämpligare info; Mindre kostsam).

The purpose of our research is to study how guidance counseling initiated by the students themselves differs between girls and boys in high school. We want to study if there are any differences between girls and boys regarding guidance initiated by the students themselves. We conducted a quantitative survey consisting of a questionnaire survey with 125 respondents. The respondents are second year students at the Science program. The result of the survey shows that there are hardly any differences between girls and boys regarding guidance initiated by the students themselves.

AbstractTitle: A union, a collaboration and a currency crisis- a quantitative study of the media coverage of the euro crisis within the European Union in Spanish and Swedish newspapers.The purpose of this study was to see whether Sweden and Spain ?s differences in media climates and relations to the euro crisis would affect how the story was portrayed from a narrative perspective. Did the coverage differ between the two countries and who got to comment on the situation in the media were two of the questions I strived to answer. I also wanted to see how the coverage reflected on the situation that the euro crisis has created.In this study I used a number of theories that I based my research on. The main theories I focused on was about different media systems and Sweden and Spain ?s relation to the euro crisis.

Syftet med arbetet är att kartlägga hur en organisation arbetar med tillgänglighet för anställda med ett funktionshinder, samt vilka eventuella hinder organisationen stöter på i förbättringen av tillgängligheten inom organisationen. Studien är en kvalitativ undersökning där vi gjorde sju enskilda intervjuer med olika personer inom organisationen. Vi intervjuade personer inom organisationen som var chefer och arbetar med arbetsmiljö och tillgänglighet samt även medarbetare. Vi fick även möjlighet till att intervjua ett par personer med funktionshinder. Resultatet visade att tillgängligheten är mycket god inom organisationen.

The thesis presented in this report has been made on behalf of Scania and their basic frame design department with the subject to solve an implementation of a weight sensing system in the chassis. The system is supposed to be implemented in the seat springs, and the reason for this is that all the force will have to go through the weight sensing transducers. With all the force going through the transducers the weight sensing system will not be sensitive for the differences in tolerances from manufacturing. The transducers could be pre-calibrated to avoid a calibration of the whole vehicle after it?s completed from the manufacturing line.Weight sensing systems is today a reality in trucks with air springs.
