Examensarbetet har utförts på Volvo Construction Equipment AB Component Division i Eskilstuna. Företaget tillverkar drilvlinekomponenter till bland annat hjullastare och ramstyrda dumpers. Företaget befinner sig i en expanderande fas med ökande volymer och på vissa håll har taket för bearbetningen nåtts. Kopplingsaxeltillverkningen är en flaskhals i företaget och behöver ses över för att möta de ökande volymerna. Uppgiften har bestått av att utforma en ny layout till bearbetningsgruppen för kopplingsaxlar.

This paper deals with the concept "Information Overload" (IO). It describes the intellectualcontent of the idea as well as its supposed domains of activity. För att skydda fotbollens rykte och anseende satte det europeiska fotbollsförbundet UEFA ekonomiska krav på de nationella fotbollsförbunden. Elitlicensen i svensk fotboll, gällande Allsvenskan och Superettan för herrar samt Damallsvenskan.Elitlicensen sätter ett antal krav på klubbarna, med största vikt på att det egna kapitalet i föreningen inte får vara negativt, och att påföljden om detta inte uppfylls blir att föreningen tvångsnedflyttas en Division. Dagens företag och organisationer måste ständigt förändra och förnya sig för att kunna överleva. Många av de studier som genomförts, visar att implementeringar av strategiska beslut i företag och organisationer ofta misslyckas och implementerings-arbetet beskrivs av många forskare som en konst snarare än en vetenskap. Förändringsarbetet och i synnerhet implementeringsfasen är det som fokuseras i detta arbete. Det finns många olika orsaker till varför implementeringsarbeten misslyckas, men genomgående så lyfts den interna kommunikationen fram som en ytterst kritisk faktor. Detta är orsaken till att vi på djupet studerat detta ämnesområde.

The purpose with this essay is to analyze how football clubs can use Internet in sense of creating stronger relations towards their supporters and build an excellent experience before and after a specific football game. We have used the Swedish football club Kalmar FF as a role model throughout the essay. The techniques of the modern world are escalating and the World Wide Web tends to be more important in the way of creating experiences and relations. The essay is based on a qualitative research method which is based on and contains four independent interviews. The persons have been chosen by us for their knowledge in the specific subject.

This qualitative study aims to examine what career opportunities the Swedish employment service Arbetsförmedlingen can provide, as well as how the employees perceive their career development opportunities. Furthermore, we have touched on what it is that makes employees feel satisfied with their job and workplace, and also stay in the organization. The study was conducted on one of Arbetsförmedlingen?s offices in northern Sweden and the informants consisted of six employment agents, an executive assistant and a head of Division. The result of the study has been analyzed using theories within the field of career development.

The purpose with this master´s thesis is to examine how helth and unhelthy in the Swedish magazines Topphälsa, Fitnez Magazine, hälsa and I Form. The study is made from a discourse analytical approach and text and pictures are analysed together. The governmentality-perspective is also used as a theoretical frame. Power and govern are two inportant conceptions for this paper. Some of the main characteristics of the material are the double messages, the Division in the categories "we" and "them" and the personal address to the reader.

 Abstract  Interest in Lean grows and spreads to the public from industrial and service sectors. Lean is currently used in administrative processes and it is called Administration but can administration be Lean? The aim of our study is to develop a useful model for a successful implementation of Lean Administration by using various scientific articles, books and information from the case study.The part of the purpose is to: ? Identify critical success factors that arise? Identify the challenges arising from the implementation of Lean Administration.We have studied a Division within Distribution at GE Healthcare in Uppsala. The model that we have developed provides challenges and success factors for a successful implementation.In order to succeed in implementation, a culture that promotes continuous improvement must exist in the organization. A key success factor is to understand Lean Administrations structure and principles.

This essay contents a theme-centred study of Elsa Grave?s poetry. It presents an all-pervading featured doom-theme and illuminates three motifs and attitudes through which the theme is featured. The presentation includes analyses that bear in mind the double perspectives within Grave?s poems ? the subjective and the universal, where also an omnipresent political attitude is represented.

Many people perceive a Division between an online world and the ?real? world outside of the World Wide Web. However, this view often leads to a reduced sense of importance ascribed to what takes place online, even though it affects life in very real ways. In our study we aim to explain the importance of how meaning is built in to sociomaterial compositions. By analyzing comment fields hosted by a Swedish IT-journal we illustrate how what is being said interplays with the technological platform in various ways.

In nature there are about 4,500 minerals identified. These can roughly be divided into two groups, opaque phases and non-opaque phases, with the exception that some opaque phases also may act as a non-opaque phase in different circumstances. The Division is made on the basis of the optical properties. Opaque phases are nontransparent, which means that a different type of microscope must be used. A conventional microscope uses transmitted light while the microscope for opaque phases or the ore microscope uses reflected light.

This thesis deals with the question of how and to what degree Swedish history books for schools changed between the early 20th century and the 1960s. The theoretical foundation for this study is a perspective which treats historical accounts as narratives, bringing meaning and orientation to the present. According to this perspective, historical accounts may be divided into four different types of narratives, traditional, exemplary, critical and genetical. The basis for this Division is how the narratives use the past to make the present understandable.The following conclusions are reached:That Swedish history books for schools have changed less, and in a moore gradual way than those dealing with general history. There is a growing use of genetical narratives at the expense of mainly exemplary ones.

Mellan den 25 juni till den 12 juli 1941 genomförde den tyska armén en transport av en Division fullt utrustade soldater genom Sverige. Detta har betraktats som den största eftergiften som Sverige gjorde under hela andra världskriget. Sveriges ledning fick några bråda dagar runt midsommaren 1941 att ta ett beslut om tyskarnas överlämnade begäran till den svenska samlingsregeringen. Den innehöll bl.a. en begäran om transitering av en Division fullt utrustade soldater genom Sverige.

The following chapters examine landscape architecture which engages in contested territories with an emphasis on the way in which landscape architecture can engage with the issues of divided cities or landscapes with similar social, cultural and physical properties. The project focuses specifically on the potential landscape architecture has for promoting or aiding in the reconciliation process of these areas, by examining the following questions. How can landscape architecture be used to benefit the peace building process of divided cities and landscapes? How can landscape architecture be used in the process of promoting spatial reconciliation in the case of Belfast? The investigation begins with a description of the background to the project in Chapter 1, which functions as a brief introduction to the urban phenomena that is divided cities. It then goes on to introduce the different methods and data employed in order to answer the research questions in Chapter 2. After introducing the problem and the methodology, a global overview of divided cities is performed in Chapter 3. This chapter is divided into two sections.

Aim: My aim with this study is to investigate whether the co-workers in the company Arla Foods is satisfied with the communication between the company and the employees. If there are any changes to be made or if it works well as it is now.Method: I have sent out invistigationforms to 85 co-workers within Arla Foods. This forms included questions about Arla Foods internal communication and how the co-workers apprehend this. I have also made 7 interviews over the phone with co-workers on the dairys around Sweden. Including in these 7 interviews have I also talked and posed questions to representatives for the trades-union within Arla Foods.
