Vid presentation av ett gestaltningsförslag är det viktigt att ge betraktaren en tydlig och lättläst bild av förslagets intentioner och innehåll. För detta syfte finns olika illustrationstekniker att nyttja. Dessa ger bilder med olika karaktär, varför de passar för att fånga och förmedla olika delar av ett motiv. På arkitektkontoren råder dock tidsbrist, varför det kan vara svårt att utveckla en skicklighet i flera olika illustrationssätt under arbetstid. En effekt kan då bli att den teknik som man är mest bekväm med alltid väljs.

Ten years ago the public computers with Internet access were introduced in the public libraries. The purpose of the public computers was to give the possibility of searching information. Along with the Internet came also communication media like chat and e-mail. This type of communication was a new function for the libraries and the reactions among the librarians were mixed. It has been a source of big frustration and attempts to block it has not succeeded.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand how music festivals in Sweden are marketed today and the changes that will and may occur in the future. Music festivals are a common phenomenon in Sweden today and since most of them only are arranged once a year it gives the marketing of them a special character. Therefore I find it interesting to look at how the development of the Internet will change the marketing of music festivals. This study is based on a qualitative method where I have performed eight interviews with people who have given me their thoughts about this subject. The gathered material and my conclusions of this study are presented in chapter 4 and 5 and for further knowledge about this I recommend you to take a closer look at those chapters..

The aim of the paper is to examine how public libraries can develop their services for children with ethnic minority backgrounds as a user group. This is achieved through studying the conditions for library services provided for children aged 9-12 in this group by public libraries in suburbs densely populated with ethnic minorities. The paper uses both a literature review and empirical research on the community libraries in Rinkeby and Rosengård as well as the town library in Lund. Services potentially available to these groups are analysed and discussed in the later chapters. The overall conclusion is that those services provided for ethnic minority children are largely the same as those provided for in children library services in general.

På grund av maskinernas behov av att transportera bort restprodukter samt att nödvändiga vätskor ska kunna tillföras, har hål borrats ut ur betongbjälklaget i verkstad 77 vid Sandvik Toolings anläggning i Gimo under flera år. Detta utan att några större åtgärder har genomförts för att återställa bjälklaget till sin ursprungliga hållfasthet.Examensarbetets syfte är att kontrollera möjligheterna att göra hål i betongbjälklaget. Detta görs teoretiskt. Det som även skall besvaras är om det finns någon metod som kan återge betongbjälklaget en del av sin hållfasthet.Från Sandviks arkiv i Sandviken erhölls de ritningar som var aktuella. Dessa ritningar gav svar på byggnadens konstruktion.

Syftet med examensarbetet var att undersöka hur synen på och tilltron till ämnet bild ser ut och undersöka bildämnets status. Problemformuleringen utgörs av dessa frågor: Hur ser rektorers syn på och förståelse av ämnet bild ut? Hur ser inställningen ut till den ökade digitaliseringen i ämnet bild? Hur ser rektorerna på bildämnets status? Detta undersökte jag genom en halvstrukturerad intervjumetod med sex stycken rektorer, samtliga verksamma i en och samma kommun med samma ansvarsområde. För att skapa en förståelse för hur traditionen för bild har sett ut så tecknade jag en historisk bakgrundsbild. Det resultat jag fick fram var att det finns en positiv inställning till ämnet bild men att det förekommer en ålderdomlig syn på ämnet och dess syfte i skolan.

Eight libraries, seven public libraries and one college library, in the northeast of Skåne serve as foundation in a collaboration where students and adult learners are placed in the center of attention. The aim of this Master's thesis in library and information science was to study how the students and adult learners in the northeast of Skåne perceive the library services that are developed with their needs in mind.Our method for this thesis was a quantitative interview study. We aimed to conduct interviews with users at the public libraries within the cooperation and thereby find out whether or not users within the target group were aware of the services that are developed and established within the northeast Skåne collaboration.The results showed that only a few respondents in the key target group did in fact know about certain parts of the library services especially developed for the northeast of Skåne-collaboration. The majority of the key target group also thought that study-related literature and reading rooms were the most important means that the libraries have to offer them in their studies. The northeast of Skåne-collaboration had many ideas concerning library services.

Denna uppsats består av en intervjustudie som behandlar vilken bild av begreppet IKT, informations- och kommunikationsteknik, lärare verksamma inom de tidiga åren på grundskolan har samt deras inställning till att använda IKT-verktyg, som exempelvis dator och internet, i sin undervisning. Halvstrukturerade intervjusamtal utfördes enskilt med sex lärare verksamma på samma skola, men inom olika enheter, tre som undervisar för årskurs 1 och tre som undervisar för årskurs 3. Frågorna berörde deras egen definition av IKT-begreppet, hur de förhåller sig till de digitala verktygen, deras inställning till IKT i undervisningen samt deras tankar om vad som påverkat deras attityder.I det insamlade materialet redovisas bland annat att de intervjuade lärarna beskriver sig själva som positiva till att lyfta in tekniska verktyg i undervisningen. Däremot presenterar de skilda uppfattningar om hur viktigt IKT är i deras undervisning samt vilken funktion den fyller och vad IKT-begreppet innefattar. Framförallt lärarnas attityder till IKT granskas vidare i analysavsnittet, både i skenet av tidigare forskning samt utifrån ett sociokulturellt perspektiv på hur lärarnas attityder skapas.

Inom det teoretiska perspektivet för huvudområdet SMDI vilket inbegriper språkliga och kulturella verksamheter som barn och unga ingår i, men samtidigt med vidgad ram mot skrivutveckling och textsocialisation mot det nya medielandskapet, skrivs denna uppsats. Studien syftar till att ge en djupare förståelse för hur elevers samtal skapar text i skärmbaserad undervisning, det vill säga hur eleverna arbetar med digitala verktyg i undervisningen, samt för hur läraren stödjer samtalet. Det teoretiska perspektivet bottnar i Vygotskijs sociokulturella teori. Studien som har en hermeneutisk inriktning med ansats att tolka och klargöra, är av kvalitativ karaktär. Metoden är deltagande observation.

This thesis analyses the problem of how to organise a multidisciplinary domain of knowledge like architecture. The study is both theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part include discussions of theories of knowledge organisation. Two different principles of classification were examined in relation to the domain itself, as well as in relation to the educational programme at the School of Architecture at Lund University and comparable schools in Sweden. The empirical part is a case study carried out at the School of Architecture at Lund University.

The Swedish forest industry has put a lot of resources in the development of digital communications in hopes of improving collaboration with suppliers. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether VIDA would benefit from using digital communication with suppliers. The survey was conducted as a questionnaire study among the company?s staff and its suppliers. The result indicated needs and interests to use digital communications in both groups. Young suppliers and suppliers on a distance showed the most interest in using digital communication. In terms of using these digital communications, the staffs and suppliers were most interested in information regarding transaction and forestmanagement plans.

The market of electronic commerce is under constant growth and change. New technology makes it possible for the consumer to obtain digital products in a quick and easy manner. Record companies adjust more and more to this ever changing environment. The purpose of this thesis was to evaluate how Swedish retailers of MP3 work with bundling strategies. A case study was conducted on two Swedish retailers, CDON and Homedownloads.

Syftet i denna studie är att beskriva hur faktatexter används i skolundervisningen samt att belysa hur elever respektive lärare ser på texternas funktion i skolan.Att dela in texter i olika genrer är ett sätt för oss som människor att kategorisera texter och dess funktion i samhället. Skolan som institution är inget undantag och elever lär sig redan från unga år att göra detta. Eleverna lär sig tidigt vad de kan förvänta sig av skolans material då skolans traditioner och samhället noga ?valt ut? vad som anses dugligt för undervisning. Dessa förväntningar påverkar elevernas syn på hur en text bör se ut och det skapar även en ?klyfta? mellan de texter de möter i skolan och de texter eleverna möter hemma på fritiden.

This masters thesis shows that the changes in the scientific publishing system have affected the academic libraries. Both technological change and the increased prices on scientific journals have forced academic libraries to take action. Some Swedish academic libraries have started publishing the university s own research material. The issue has in many cases been treated more as a library concern, than as a concern for the university as a whole. Neither has there been a national coordination of these matters in Sweden.
