Svenska Kraftnäts (SvK) uppdrag är att förvalta och driva stamnätet för el i Sverige. Anläggningsbeståndet består av ca 16 500 km 400 kV och 220 kV ledningar, ca 170 st stationer samt ca 6 000 km telekommunikationsnät. De äldsta stamnätsanläggningarna byggdes under 1930-talet.Merparten av anläggningarna är byggda långt innan datorstöd användes vid dokumentationen, därför är det mestadels fysiska original i arkivet. Digitala original har levererats med nya anläggningar sedan mitten av 1990-talet. I dagsläget motsvarar de digitala originalen uppskattningsvis 10-20 % av totala antalet dokument.Underhåll av SvK:s anläggningar utförs på entreprenad.

AbstractThis thesis examines and discusses a sample of the medieval hypocausts (stone-heating ovens) in the Baltic area. The medieval construction is thoroughly explained as well as the antique hypocaust in order to establish a base for the following discussion. The medieval hypocaust has been almost forgotten for a long period of time. The last time someone dealt with this category of finds were in the 1960?s by Swedish archaeologist Iwar Andersson and in the 1970?s by Danish archaeologist Johannes Hertz.

The study investigates questions and considerations emerging when stone in historic buildings needs to be replaced. The focus is on the surface treatment of stone in sandstone façades in pre-industrial buildings. That means buildings constructed by traditional methods and craftsmanship without the use of modern technology.The research issue originates from the extensive stonework that is planned for the façades of the Stockholm Palace. The project includes the replacement of large quantities of damaged stone to newly cut stone. This raises the questions about the use of modern and rational methods for surface treatment on the replacement stone.

En människa har en viss mängd kapacitet för att utföra uppgifter. Piloter behöver ofta ta in och bearbeta en stor mängd information under instrumentflygning. Ofta måste en del av uppgifterna utföras samtidigt och på begränsad tid. Syftet med examensarbetet är att, med hjälp av en subjektiv mätmetod undersöka vilka moment under instrumentflygövningar som medför störst respektive minst mental arbetsbelastning.

This paper is a research review in the realm of censorship systems andfiltering systems. It applies ethical considerations to the creation of censorshipsystems bringing forward discussion on the ethics of technology with thepurpose of limiting access to information.There is active research being done in the area of automatic content filteringand censorship systems. These are systems that can filter out undesiredmaterial, typically from the Internet, automatically. Used in some nations,many schools and even mandated in some libraries there are many ethicalquestions raised concerning censorship and access to information.Part of the review concerns the level of accuracy of these systems presentedby researchers in the field and the different approaches used. Reviewedarticles centre around automatic content classification and filtering ofpotentially harmful materials with regards to minors while some relate tocensorship technology in a wider sense.Results show a general lack of discussion concerning the ethics of thetechnology in the research reviewed.

I denna studie har vi undersökt hur den digitala mobiliteten och medieanvändning har påverkat unga människors sociala relationer. Vi har studerat en eventuell förändring av interaktionen mellan människor och samspelet mellan kommunikationen i den virtuella och fysiska världen. Studien bygger på en kvalitativ studie där det empiriska materialet har samlats in genom 5 gruppintervjuer med 14 informanter mellan 20-30 år. Vi utförde halvstrukturerade begreppsintervjuer med inslag av fenomenologi.

En karta är en färskvara som är i ständigt behov av ajourhållning. Ajourhållning görs normalt med traditionella metoder: fotogrammetriska och/eller geodetiska. Men i och med att utvecklingen går framåt har intresset för en ny metod, UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems), ökat. UAS är en relativt ny fotogrammetrisk metod där obemannade flygfarkoster används. Detta examensarbete har utvärderat vilken osäkerhet vanligt förekommande detaljer i en karta kan få i framställda "produkter" som genererats med hjälp av UAS-bilder som georefererats med naturliga stödpunkter.

The focus group sessions were made during February, March and April 2012.Main results The main findings in this study are that users expect the communication flow in social network sites (SNS) during a crisis is to be a shortcut to information without a detour through organizations or traditional media. Although we find personal gratification, like interpersonal communication, quick information and sharing feelings and experience with others by using SNS during a crisis, users also tend to be hesitant about the credibility of the shared information. Alongside the user created content, we look to professional media experts and organizations as a guarantee for the veracity of the shared information.

An emerging trend within the construction industry is the expectation of the customer to experience and sense the product, maybe even in a customized manner. The latter trend would extend the necessity of incorporating not only function and aesthetics, but also perception and sensation. To meet this trend while at the same time improve the productivity the use of information technology such as BIM and technical platforms has increased in construction projects. Nevertheless, in spite of large investments, the construction industry has not managed to increase the effectiveness and productivity as much as other industries. Evident is that successful use of information technology depend on the integration and collaboration of various experts in a continuous and dynamic process.
