One problem in today?s indoor air quality lies within insufficient ventilation. Dynamic ventilation can be obtained by implementing a Demand-Controlled ventilation (DCV) system. DCV systems adjust the ventilation in a building by calculating the impact made by its? occupants.

The purpose with this study was to elucidate the pros and the cons with a sale support system. This has been narrowed down into two questions: ?What are the pros and cons for a company that have a sale support system? and what are the pros and cons for a company that does not yet have a system?? Configurator that is a sale support system has been studied. It is a system that presents products by accepting different functions, qualities or parts that are possible to match. It can be used in business-to-business or business-to-consumer situations, through different sale channels, namely direct sale, indirect sale and online sale.

Classification systems express an idea of the world as it was when the systems was made. If the classification system is not revised there is a possibility that the system will become antique and hard to apply to different subjects. If P&C Insurance Company faces a challenge when their treasury system needs a new interface to a software as a service application. They need a suggestion for configuration for how the system and the application can work together. The work presented in this report is a suggestion for how you can make business configuration of an IT-based Treasury System in general. This thesis presents the implementation of a knowledge base system for rough sets [Paw92]within the logic programming framework. The combination of rough set theory with logic programming is a novel approach. The presented implementation serves as a prototype system for the ideas presented in [VDM03a, VDM03b]. Värdegrundsfrågor är idag ett aktuellt ämne när kvalitet i äldreomsorgen diskuteras och värdegrundsarbete är starkt relaterat till bemötande. Syftet med vår uppsats var att undersöka hur äldreomsorgschefer arbetar med bemötandefrågor. Vi har intervjuat sex chefer på vård- och omsorgsboende i Stockholm med en kvalitativ induktiv ansats. Vi gjorde en perspektivanalys med olika ledarskapsperspektiv, handlingsutrymme och dialogens betydelse som teoretiska utgångspunkter. Vårt resultat ger en bild av att cheferna har en värdegrund som ett stöd i bemötandefrågor men vi ser att ett fortsatt arbete kring komplexiteten med bemötandefrågor bör utvecklas.

Problem: Vi anser att socialt samspel och en dialog krävs för att ett formulering organisatoriskt lärande ska ske. Idag blir organisationer allt mer distanserade och kommunikationen sker mer och mer elektroniskt. Tekniken för detta finns men hur arbetar medarbetarna i organisationerna med tekniken för att säkerställa lärandet? Syfte: Med denna uppsats vill vi bidra till andra människors lärande så väl som till vårt eget lärande. Vi vill skapa förståelse för elektroniska kommunikationsmedel i lärande organisationer.

Integration av system har varit ett aktuellt område under de senaste åren. Det har då främst handlat om integration av system internt på företag. En av anledningarna till det stora intresset av web services är möjligheterna att integrera olika system, exempelvis stordatorbaserade och Windowesbaserade system med varandra. Web services handlar om att kunna integrera system, både internt på ett företag och externa mellan olika företags olika typer av system. Allt detta görs via Internet och bygger på att man utgår i från standards när man bygger web services.

Litteraturstudiens syfte var att beskriva innebörden och konsekvenserna av närståendesdelaktighet i vården ur både närståendes och sjuksköterskors perspektiv, samt hurbekräftelse kan användas i sjuksköterskans yrkesutövande för att närstående ska kännadelaktighet. I bakgrunden beskrivs närstående kort ur ett historiskt perspektiv, därtillpresenteras teorier kring individers roller i samhället. Som omvårdnadsteoretisk bakgrundvaldes begreppen delaktighet och bekräftelse. Elva vetenskapliga artiklar, som på olika sättknyter an till litteraturstudiens syfte, granskades och analyserades induktivt. Resultatetvisar att de närstående ville bli inbjudna till delaktighet i vården av patienten.

Uppsatsen undersöker den svenska marknaden för CRM-system utifrån faktorer som företagskategori, kundrelation, befintligt kundrelationsstöd m.m. Vilka funktioner i ett system som företagen uppskattar mest undersöks också samt hur faktorer typiska för mjukvara påverkar situationen.Resultaten visar att det finns ett behov bland små och medelstora företag för CRM, dock inte för alla företag. Många företag använder egenutvecklade system, kanske för att de kommersiella systemen inte motsvarat deras behov. Funktionsmässigt uppskattades grundläggande funktioner mest, och fördelningen mellan CRM-områdena var jämn. Gällande mjukvarukaraktäristik ser företagen funktionaliteten som den primära faktorn i deras val av CRM-system.Det är en klar fördel att kunna erbjuda ett system på det nationella språket..

This document is a summary of my work to create a project management system for a small firm working with computer graphics. The intention is to manage customers, projects, images and invoices in the easiest possible way. To make the system as flexible as possible a web-interface was chosen which makes it possible to access the system from any computer, making it independent of any particular operating system. The only requirement on the user environment is that the computer must have a connection to the Internet to be able to access the system. The different techniques that have been used to develop the project management system is primarily Ruby on Rails and a MySQL database. Although Ruby on Rails was completely new to me, I decided to use this framework instead of PHP, which I already have a good knowledge of, because of the benefits Ruby on Rails provide.
