Arbetet behandlar säkerhetstestning av webbapplikationer och CMS plattformen EPiServer. För att Know IT Dalarna ska kunna fortsätta leverera säkra webblösningar efterfrågar de en säkerhetsanalys över plattformen EPiServer men även över sina egenutvecklade applikationer. Syftet med arbetet var att höja säkerheten kring Know ITs webbaserade projekt och samtidigt göra utvecklarna mer medvetna om säkerheten vid utvecklingsfasen. Resultatet var att EPiServer som plattformen tillhandahåller en fullgod säkerhet. De direkta brister som identifierades var upp till antingen Know IT eller kunden att åtgärda och ansvaret lades på den som hade hand om driften av webbplatsen.

Anläggningsbranschen har länge ansetts som en relativt fragmenterad bransch där de tre stora leden, beställare, projektörer och entreprenörer drar åt olika håll i ett projekt. Parterna skapar ofta sina egna mål som i själva verket gynnar de själva mer än att gynna hela projektet. Detta konservativa arbetssätt gör varken att projektets kvalitet eller kostnadsbudgeten blir bättre samt att tidsplanen ofta inte räcker till.För att råda bukt på detta problem börjar det växa fram en ny arbetsmodell i Sverige, nämligen utökad samverkan. Utökad samverkan går att tillämpa på samtliga redan befintliga entreprenad- och upphandlingsformer, det är kort och gott ett verktyg som projektet blir tilldelat för att enklare lösa problemen som uppstår från start- till slutfasen i projektet. Själva grundprincipen med utökad samverkan är att det ska flyta på som det egentligen bör, men som ofta inte sker.

I Sverige krävs ett så kallat koncessionstillstånd för att få bygga och sedan använda elektriska starkströmsledningar. Denna kandidatuppsats beskriver den svenska tillståndsprocessen för ledningar som kräver linjekoncessionstillstånd, från den tidpunkt då ett beslut tas om att en kraftledning behöver byggas fram tills dess att koncessionsbeslutet slutligen meddelas. Syftet är dels att beskriva den svenska tillståndsprocessen för ledningar som kräver linjekoncessionstillstånd men även att granska tidsåtgången för denna process. I rapporten framställs prövningsförfarandet för kraftledningar med beskrivning av den specifika ledningslagstiftningen samt därtill en genomgång av övriga prövningar som kan komma att bli aktuella beroende på omständigheterna i aktuellt projektet. Därutöver behandlas kortfattat den tillkommande markåtkomstfrågan med tillhörande ersättningsförfarande.

Detta examensarbete har varit inriktat på att studera nyttan av att omstrukturera ett mjukvarusystem till ett moderniserat system.Frågan som skulle besvaras av detta projekt var: vad är fördelarna med komponentiseringen av ett legacysystem, med avseende på utvecklingstid som krävs för vidareutveckling av systemet? Denna fråga besvarades med hjälp av en analys av forskningsfronten över ämnet samt att en fallstudie genomfördes. Det som framkom under analysen av forskningsfronten tydde väldigt mycket på att detta var lönsamt att göra. Trots att fallet var för en specifik aktör var det väldigt relevant att genomföra det för detta projekt för att på sätt få ett praktiskt exempel som hjälpte till att besvara forskningsfrågan. Genom att genomföra dessa undersökningar besvarade vi forskningsfrågan.

Föreliggande rapport behandlar åsikter och inställningar om ackordslön på Peab AnläggningRegion Syd, Projekt/Infra. Synpunkter från hantverkare och tjänstemän har ställts motvarandra för att ge en objektiv bild av vad man anser om ackordslön.En förändring i anläggningsavtalet med SBAF, Svenska Byggnadsarbetareförbundet, harmedfört att den nya huvudlöneformen för anläggare ska vara ackord. Därför görs dennaundersökning för att ansvariga på personalavdelningen på Peab Anläggning Region Syd,Projekt/Infra, ska få en inblick i hur de anställda, som är involverade i produktionsfasen,uppfattar ackordslön.Undersökningen har gjorts genom enkäter och intervjuer med ett antal frågor gällandeackordslön. Frågorna har ett brett spektra och behandlar såväl arbetsförhållanden somlöneuppfattningar. De som medverkat i undersökningen har varierande erfarenheter omackord.SBAF menar att ett prestationslönesystem som ackord är det mest rättvisande och utvecklandeför hantverkarna.

AbstractThis degree project is about having meetings in The Swedish Social Insurance Agency, which is awide organisation. This work will concentrate on one of the projects going on within theorganisation which is travel-free meetings, where they are building a video meeting system thatallows the employees in the organisation to be able to meet with each other through the use ofvideoconferencing instead of physical meetings.In this work we will show how Kaikaku (radical system changes) along with Kaizen (continuouschange) can support an organisation to become more efficient and reduce wastage. We have donethis work in an organisation that is present in over one hundred locations in Sweden.The Social Insurance Agency has over 13 000 employees at over one hundred locations inSweden.The organisation has to be close to their customers and provide the best service aspossible. To be able to work in a uniform way, the employees get together and have meetings.Some meetings are just progress meetings and takes perhaps no more than two hours to complete.However, if seven employees from seven different locations need to have meetings, in the worstcase, they all have to meet in a common place.This is expensive for the organisation in travel costs, time and absence from work, but thetravelling also contributes to environmental pollution if the employees are travelling by a fuelpoweredvehicle.A whole day could go lost for having a meeting in about two hours if all sevenemployees went from their own cities to e.g. Stockholm for the meeting.Muda (wastage) of travel created several different types of Muda, namely:? Compared to all existing ethnic groups in Sweden, the integration of Somali women has failed the most within the aspect of employment. This bachelor?s thesis investigates the obstacles in the integration of Somali women by focusing on one case, a project named ?Kvinnokraft?, partly financed by the European Socialfund.By interviewing eight key actors, opinions about obstacles in the project have been identified. A theoretical framework that incorporates integration, project research, multi-level governance and intersectionality contributes to explaining difficulties in integrating Somali women.The empirical findings show that there are individual, social and institutional holdbacks. Stereotypical perceptions were common amongst officials, which contributes to a creation of an inferior position in the structures of the society for Somali women.
