SammanfattningDetta projekt har genomförts i samarbete med Volvo Construction Equipment (VCE), enav de ledande tillverkarna av anläggningsmaskiner. Syftet med detta projekt var attundersöka om huruvida det är möjligt att estimera lastande moment på motorn i enhybridhjullastare som orsakas av dem sekundära hydrauliska pumpar som är anslutnatill den, detta med hjälp av dem tillgängliga sensorer som är monterade på maskinen.Der estimerade momentet skulle sedan användas för att förbättra motornsvarvtalsregulator och för att för ge en bättre arbetspunktreferens för motorn som skötsav ett energi manegement system.Projektet kan delas upp i tre delar. Den första delen var att ta fram en matematiskmodell som beskriver sambandet mellan pumpens lastande moment och demtillgängliga sensorn signaler. Andra delen består av att välja och implementera enlämplig skattningsmetod för att estimera det lastande moment. Och slutligen enimplementerings del där man tillämpar det skattade momentet för att förbättra motornshastighetsreglering.En estimeringsalgoritm har utvecklats och testats i hjullastaren som har visat enförbättring av motorns varvtalsreglering.

Syfte ? Syftet med detta examensarbete är att skapa ytterligare förståelse för och kartlägga de utmaningar som projektorganisationen ställs inför när brukarnas och slutanvändarnas behov skall fångas, tillvaratas och föras vidare via kravspecifikationen i det tidiga projektskedet.Metod ? Examensarbetet är utfört i form av en explorativ, abduktiv, kvalitativ inbäddad fallstudie. Data kommer från insamlad dokumentation och explorativa samt semi-strukturerade intervjuer. Our education at Halmstad University was completed with a degree project. Our task was to improve an already existing pneumatic damper to Nederman in Helsingborg. Overall we have made necessary calculations to make the design of the existing damper smaller. When these calculations were done, we moved on with an analysis of the existing damper in order to figure out what improvements could be made on each part of the damper. The result of this project is a smaller and a more supple design of a pneumatic damper. To this we have also created complete drawings, calculated material expenses; we have also created an assembly of a pneumatic damper in Catia v5..
