A Qualitative Study in the Värmland County Council?.The purpose of this study is to examine how project managers in the public sector perceivetheir psychosocial work environment in a public organization. Therefore we have formulateda hypothesis based on the assumption that there exist differences in how project managersperceive their psychosocial work environment, depending on whether they work in public orprivate sector.Based on the objective, one research question has been formulated: How do projectmanagers active in the Pegasus program experience their psychosocial work environment? Tobe able to say something characteristic about the project managers psychosocial workenvironment our approach has been to interview five project managers.

Abstract   This degree project comprises 30 credits, i.e. 20 weeks of work. The work mainly deals with the energy balance for a multi-family house in Västerås and the requirements for energy conservation in the Swedish building code, BBR. Calculations of the energy balance are supplemented by a number of interviews. Energy conservation in general has become more important in recent years and the subject is in line with increased public awareness. This importance and attention is explained by environmental problems in general and global warming in particular, but also by rising energy prices.

SammanfattningDe flesta företag som arbetar med produktutveckling idag använder sig av någon form avproduktutvecklings-process. Även om en process är mycket användbar, så garanterar inte den enframgångsrik produktutveckling. En av de viktigaste aspekterna i projektarbete ochproduktutveckling är kommunikation ? hur projektmedlemmar utbyter information medvarandra. En framgångsrik produktutveckling är svår att uppnå utan effektivprojektkommunikation.Temat för den här uppsatsen är baserad på denna bakgrund.

Miljökonsekvensbeskrivning, MKB, är ett redskap som används i Sverige och 120 andra länder och processen används för att förutse miljöpåverkan som kan komma att inträffa som ett resultat av olika projekt som etableras. I Sverige krävs MKB alltid för särskilda projekt, så som vägprojekt. Processen försöker inkorporera miljöaspekter i projekt och även ge allmänhet och intressenter möjlighet att yttra sig och ställa frågor kring projektet. Detta kallas att hålla samråd vilket ska hållas under hela MKB-processen. I Sverige finns lagar som begär att samråd hålls under processen, men forskning kring jämställdhet och samrådsförfarandet kallad JämSam visar att det är en överrepresentation av äldre män på dessa möten.

Implementeringen och genomförandet av ett arkitekturbyte är en komplicerad procedur som alltid bör ha sin grund i en gedigen och konkret strategi. Syftet med denna uppsats är att få en insyn i hur det strategiska tänkandet skiljer sig mellan de olika organisationerna vi valt att titta på. Studien syftar också till att få en inblick i hur den strategiska planeringen förankrar sig i teorin vid ett verkligt arkitekturbyte. Vi ville också få insyn i vad olika strategier kunde generera för konsekvenser vid ett arkitekturbyte. Intervjuerna som genomfördes i tre olika organisationer, hade gemensamt att de alla gjort samma typ av arkitekturbyte.

Denna uppsats skrivs som en del av en större studie som handlar om frivilligorganisationer som driver alkohol- och drogförebyggande arbete. Studien är initierad av Socialstyrelsen och innehåller förutom bidrag till projekten även delar som utbildning och handledning för projektledarna samt en tillsatt grupp som ansvarar för dokumentation och utvärdering av projekten.Syftet med arbetet är att ge en bild av hur det är att vara projektledare i en frivilligorganisation som genomför alkohol- och drogförebyggande arbete.? Vilka är projektledarna?- Hur är deras arbetsklimat?- Vilka är deras arbetsuppgifter?- Vad driver dem?- Hur ser deras stöd ut?? Vad ser de som framgångsfaktorer och hinder för förebyggande arbete?? Vilka hot och möjligheter inför framtiden ser projektledarna för sina projekt?? Vilka mervärden och hinder ser projektledarna med att vara en frivilligorganisation som driver alkohol- och drogförebyggande arbete?Att vara projektledare i en frivilligorganisation skiljer sig lika mycket som deras respektive organisationer gör det. Organisationerna som driver dessa projekt en mycket heterogen grupp med avseende på deras storlek, förankring i samhället, ideologi och historia. Detta är faktorer som i hög grad påverkar hur projekten drivs och därför också villkoren för projektledarna.Projektledarna i den här satsningen trivs mycket bra med sitt arbete, trots att de ständigt måste söka nya bidrag för projektets fortlevnad och att deras anställningsform därför ofta är tämligen osäker.

Anläggningsbranschen har länge ansetts som en relativt fragmenterad bransch där de tre stora leden, beställare, projektörer och entreprenörer drar åt olika håll i ett projekt. Parterna skapar ofta sina egna mål som i själva verket gynnar de själva mer än att gynna hela projektet. Detta konservativa arbetssätt gör varken att projektets kvalitet eller kostnadsbudgeten blir bättre samt att tidsplanen ofta inte räcker till.För att råda bukt på detta problem börjar det växa fram en ny arbetsmodell i Sverige, nämligen utökad samverkan. Utökad samverkan går att tillämpa på samtliga redan befintliga entreprenad- och upphandlingsformer, det är kort och gott ett verktyg som projektet blir tilldelat för att enklare lösa problemen som uppstår från start- till slutfasen i projektet. Själva grundprincipen med utökad samverkan är att det ska flyta på som det egentligen bör, men som ofta inte sker.
