The purpose of this thesis was to describe how service producing IT- companies handles their internal marketing. We wanted to understand how management deal with internal marketing activities and how different companies create a working environment to encourage employees to motivation and well-being. To be able to find out we did a case study on a service producing IT-company. Two personal interviews were done with two of the managers. Our empirical research showed that the company used internal marketing on a daily basis.

This thesis has been conducted at Volvo Bussar ABunder a period of ten weeks. Within the organizationVolvo, the work is conducted with leaders and teamson every level; from production to top management.They have three tasks, besides executing their dailywork, they are expected to actively work on improvingtheir individual work as well as themselves as persons.The two latter are future value adding activities for theorganization. When doing so, however, it has beennoticed that they often lose the grasp of their dailywork. The question that consequently arises is whythis happens. Is it because of lack of time or it isbecause the co-workers do not have the competenceand simply do not know how they are to execute thethree tasks? Or, is it because the motivation to executethe three tasks is not enough? With this in regard, thestatement of issues for this bachelor thesis were thefollowing: how can the conditions for leaders and theteam be improved, in order for them to execute thesethree tasks.To find out why the execution of these threeassigments did not always succeed, the decision wastaken to conduct a survey and interview study in reallife and at the plants.

The aim is first to identify concept of citizenship and the dimensions of the same, in the political science theory, which can be crucial, to that a citizenship may be found available for people who have a cognitive delay. Thereafter examine the prevalence and significance of these, in policy documents from two different organizational forms, through an analysis, in the form of a discussion, on the basis of political science theories in the field. The study's aim in a reflective way, highlighting key requirements for an accessible citizenship for the target audience, and thereby clarify the priorities in daily activities that can support an emancipatory citizenship process for people who have a cognitive delay..

SummaryIntroductory: Since the mid-90s, the numbers of places in psychiatric inpatient settings have decreased and accommodations for individuals with schizophrenia have become increasingly common. In addition to the basic needs that we humans have, individuals with schizophrenia may be in need of special support. Social support can be seen as a protective factor for maintaining health and the recovery of the individual. Lack of social support has shown to be linked to mental illness. The extent of need and support of individuals with mental disabilities may be such that they live in a special accommodation where such assistance can be provided by staff.

This thesis deals with our heritage and the care of old buildings. In order to limit this vast area a specific attention has been brought upon the process of giving buildings a certain level of protection and after decision having it taken away, instead of giving a stronger protection level.Further limitation has been done through the choice of four buildings in Lund, within Lund University campus. These buildings all lost this certain level of protection. This report is the result of an evaluation of a project, conducted by five regional libraries. Through a training course the project should inspire small and medium sized enterprises to use modern information technology and Internet when searching for information. To evaluate the project, qualitative interviews were conducted with five librarians and quantitative questionnaires were distributed to all the course participants. The evaluation shows that the project goals were met, apart from the number of course participants, which was much lower than anticipated. It also shows that the project resulted in an increase in information technology and competence at the libraries, and that the course participants profit from their increased knowledge in their daily work..

Bedömning av yngre barn ökar och den nya reviderade läroplanen för förskolan har fått ett nytt avsnitt som handlar om utvärdering där det ställs krav på att dokumentera varje barns utveckling och lärande. Vad denna ökande bedömningskultur kan få för konsekvenser i relation till barns olika förutsättningar, är en av frågor som problematiseras i studien. Studien har hämtat inspiration från poststrukturalism och som metod används diskursanalys. Sammanlagt har genomförts fem gruppintervjuer där tjugofyra pedagoger har medverkat. Pedagogernas egna bedömningsmaterial har använts som diskussionsunderlag.

Syftet med denna studie var att belysa hur akutvårdspersonalen bearbetar traumatiska händelser för att inte utveckla post-traumatiskt stress syndrom. Metoden var en litteraturstudie. The aim of this study was to identify what kind of masculinity is shown in 54 articles of the Swedish lifestyle magazine Magazine Café of 1993 and 2008, and in which way this masculinity may be different from eachother.The study included four magazine issues of each year with analysis focus on main articles and abolishment of reviews and press items.  The method was semiotic analysis with focus on manly characteristics and stereotypes. The result showed that the normative man pictured in Magazine Café in 1993 was a man?s-man interested in manly characteristic business as sports, outdoor adventures and women. Fifteen years later not much has changed. The manly characteristics are the same but they have been complemented with a man-by-man accepted and homosexually inspired vain..

Denna examensrapport har kommit till som resultat av en varumärkesanalys av bioteknikföretaget Novozymes nya varumärke "Rethink Tomorrow". Syftet med studien har varit att komma fram till hur jag ska presentera varumärket samt den nya produktionen på dotterbolaget Novozymes Biopharma Sweden AB i en stillbildsfilm. Utöver varumärkesanalysen har jag även gjort en kvalitativ enkätstudie där dels tidigare kunder och dels potentiella nya kunder var målgrupperna. Vi har i detta examensarbete samarbetat med den nordiska koncernen COOP Norden, enheten för Hälsa och Miljö.I rapporten utreder vi Coop's möjligheter att med hjälp av modern information's- och kommunikationsteknik förverkliga sina målsättningar angående transparen's och hållbarhet. Att göra det osynliga synligt är ärendet i aktuella undersökningar som diskutera's i rapporten. När konsumenter köper varor i affären vet de sällan hur dessa genom sin livscykel påverkat(eller kommer påverka) människor, djur och miljö. Är det möjligt att ge lättillgänglig varuinformation av denna typ till konsumenterna, i möjlig förlängning av den hjälp som befintliga ekologi-, etik- och miljömärken ger?.

A description of the current situation was compiled by mapping the internal runnings and material flow throughout the factory. A new suggestion for a layout and a comparison with the current situation will assist with creating a factual basis for the development of a new goods reception.A study was made where the volumes and the quantity of the daily arrival goods were settled.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om och hur nyliberalismen återspeglas och reproduceras i svensk press, detta i samband med utförsäljningen av den svenska sjukvården. Vi har undersökt två sjukvårdsdebatter under två olika tidsperioder för att få syn på hur ord och idéer förmedlas i den språkliga diskursen i de undersökta tidningarna. För att få svar på våra frågor har vi använt oss av kvantitativ textanalys och kvalitativ diskursanalys.Den kvantitativa undersökningen består i att räkna förekomsten av orden upphandling, konkurrens, effektivitet, kund, vinst, marknad och valfrihet/valmöjlighet i sammanlagt 120 artiklar, sorterade efter relevans i sökverktyget Retriever. Debatterna som undersökts är den om Husläkarlagen (1990?1997) och den rörande Carema vårdbolag (2006?2013).
