Implementering av delat ledarskap inom en kommunorganisation

This report addresses the management innovation and how shared leadership is a form of it. The report is a compilation of what shared leadership means and how two municipal organizations works with shared leadership. The two minicipal organizations are Strängnäs and Vällingby. One municipality (Strängnäs) is meanwhile this report produced during insertion of shared leadership. The other (Vällingby) has about two years experience of working with this form of leadership.

Requirements management is a process within an IT project, where customer has certain requirements that must be met by an IT system. The difference between the traditional and agile development is in the requirements management process and it can cause problems in a project.

This thesis examines the legal boundaries of third-party use of trademarks in the European customized clothing market. The purpose is to determine under what circumstances third parties may legally modify and sell trademarked apparel without infringing on trademark rights. The study employs a legal dogmatic method, analyzing EU trademark law, case law, and legal doctrine to clarify the scope of exclusive rights and their limitations. By analyzing key EU case law, the study further illustrates how the legal framework has been interpreted and applied in cases concerning third-party trademark use. Given the increasing demand for customized fashion and the rise of new business models in the clothing industry, this topic holds significant legal and economic relevance. Additionally, Schumpeter?s theory of creative destruction provides a theoretical perspective on how trademark restrictions impact innovation and market competition.

Att stärka innovation i mjukvaruföretag

Detta examensarbete har två huvudsakliga mål. Det ena är att utöka funktionaliteten i mjukvaran C3Loops för att underlätta för musiker som producerar elektronisk musik som vill använda mjukvaran i liveframträdanden. M2M - affecting organisations, offerings and relations

Machine-to-machine (M2M) communication is a phase in the digital revolution connecting computing devices with each other bringing along new business opportunities for companies. Although being a fast growing field it has not been researched to any greater extent, particularly not within the academical literature. Consequently, information on how M2M can affect organisations seems strongly needed. This thesis uses three perspectives, derived from already recognised business benefits of M2M, as an aid to select proper theoretical tools to investigate the phenomenon. The purpose of this thesis is to gain knowledge of how an M2M adoption affects a firm?s organisation, customer offerings and customer relations.

De närmaste åren har innovation och dess process blivit allt kortare och den aktiva konkurrens som sker i dagens marknad har lett fram till en ny sorts innovation, så kallad Öppen innovation (Chesbrough H. , 2003a), vilken tillför till dagens innovation nya sätt för företag och organisationer, inte bara att verka inom företagets ramar, utan att även interagera med sin näromgivning för att skapa innovation.

In recent time, agile methods have been devoted much attention, and the concept is widely used in the IT industry in particular. An increasing number of companies are interested in this way of working. The following report is the result of a study on the ability to create value for customers in business development through the use of agile methods. We ask what the advantages and limitations of agile methods are in the creation of customer value. Grounded Theory and an initial literature review was used to answer this question.

Offentligt stöd till innovationer : Hur resonerar de offentliga stödgivarna?

The purpose with this essay is to study the public support givers view of the concept innovation and to study how the public support givers discuss and act around the division of public support to entrepreneurs innovations. The purpose is further to describe if the division of public support favour or not favour environmental innovations and to examine if the public support givers consider the industry for environmental innovations is profitable for the society?s economy.We have done several case studies where we have interviewed eight public support. Support givers in this essay are defined as public authorities and other organisations on local, national and/or international level that gives public support to innovations. The public support givers that take part of the essay is VINNOVA, ALMI Stockholm, Innovationsbron, Energimyndigheten, SU Holding AB, KTH Holding, Västra Götalandsregionen and MISTRA.Our theoretical starting point is Silverman and Baums theory ?Picking Winners or Building Them?.

Access to the market - a question of collaboration?

When contemplating entering an alliance the rationale behind the decision should differdepending on the size of the companies involved as well as on other important factors. The importantfactors influencing the decision are related to the resource pooling potential of the alliance,the power structure along with the business network the companies are a part of. Theanalysis has shown proof of a need for cooperation if one wish to succeed in the telecommunicationindustry and it has also determined which resources that are deemed to be most important toget in touch with, for our study object, to facilitate its access to the market. Those resources aredefined as a direct channel to the customer, funds/capital and the access to relevant businessnetworks. To get in touch with these lacking resources, three alternative approaches has beenproposed; all of them involving a strategic alliance decision.

Förbättra balansen för innovation : ? vad tjänsteföretag kan lära av industrin

För att utvecklingsarbete ska fungera bra på ett företag är det viktigt att företaget kan fångaupp och exploatera de idéer som finns hos medarbetarna, något som industriföretag ofta ärväl förtrogna med, men som en del tjänsteföretag idag inte har grepp om. Syftet med dennastudie är därmed att visa på de delar av arbete med forskning och utveckling inom industrinsom kan hjälpa tjänsteföretag förbättra möjligheterna att ta tillvara på sina medarbetaresinnovationskraft.Fallstudien är gjord på ett maltabaserat spelföretag, GameCo, och är ett exempel på hur detkan se ut i ett tjänsteföretag som förvisso arbetar med utveckling av idéer, men där detfortfarande finns en del hinder att överkomma, både medarbetarnas inställning och i hurorganisationen tar hand om medarbetarnas idéer. Det visade sig att innovation inte var särskiltprioriterat på företaget, att det rådde delade meningar om processer för utveckling och attkommunikationen inte alltid fungerade.De delarna av industrins forskning och utveckling som kan användas behandlar både självautvecklingsprocessen, dess utformning och vilka delar som anses speciellt viktiga i dettasammanhang, och hur arbetet med innovation och en utvecklingsprocess kan bedrivas, R&Dmanagement.Båda delarna har valts därför att de svarar mot en efterfrågan att förbättrainnovationsarbetet genom mer formella vägar, men där det också krävs kunskap om hurutvecklingen ska ledas och organiseras för att en formell process ska vara meningsfull.Slutsatserna av detta blir att tillvaratagandet av innovation kan förbättras närinnovationsprocessen formaliseras, när ledningen visar att innovation är ett prioriterat områdeför företaget och när kunskapsdelningen inom företaget fungerar bra. Dessa slutsatser innebärofta en stor omställning, och denna kan göras lättare och mer sammanhållen om den görsinom ramen för en arbetsfilosofi. För falltstudieföretaget ges avslutningsvis ett antalrekommendationer baserade på slutsatserna, men där dessa anpassas till GameCos specifikaproblematik..

En undersökning av Quicknets Customer Relation Management

This report is focused on a research to find out if the Customer Relation Management (CRM) of Quicknet AB works and if their customers are satisfied with it. During this investigation I tried to see if the customers had a need for taking the CRM and use a tool called Social CRM. The report will conclude if the clients of Quicknet think that there is something that can be done in the relation between both parts and how it can be improved. At the same time I am going to build an application which relates to the problems of this report.To solve the problem I am going to do a survey which will include the CRM and also try to find out if the customers of Quicknet share the same thoughts about having a Social Customer Relation Management. Also if this survey shows what the customers think about the CRM, it could improve the relation between Quicknet and themselves. The result from the survey showed two things.
