Volvo in Arvika produces wheel loaders, and the production is based on forecasts. When a machine is ordered, the customer can choose what type of equipment he or she wants, and these equipments are also made forecasts on. This is made by giving each equipment an estimated procentual usage that shows how many of the machines that will use this option. Today two people are working with the forecasts, planer A in Eskilstuna and planer B in Arvika. Planer A makes a forecast based on the historical outcome and planer B then makes adjustments of this based on how many options that are ordered.

This present study is a result of a research that I made . My purpose is to find out how the debate about inclusion looked like back in the history. My research was about the view we had absolut inclusion in the history, I also made some interviewes among teachers and students in the schools of today. I wanted to se their views about inclusion today and I wanted to know their opinions about inclusion. Did the students and the teachers have prejudice against other students with functional disabilities as Down syndrom and blindness? What was their thoughts about inclusion of students with differents functional disabilities?One more task I had with this study I made was to raise another debate about inclusion .! Keywords: Inclusion and funtional disabilities.

This exam work project strives to investigate different roles a teacher can adapt to in classroom situations. The focus is on three different types, gained from a dissertation made by Evelyn Säll where she has investigated teacher students? opinions about the teacher?s role. These types are:the Dramatist, the Director and the Illuminator, and five teachers are defined accordingly. Questionnaires and observations are used as a tool in order to come to a conclusion.

Järn och Metall är en liten aktör inom hissbranschen och vill etablera sig som leverantör av reservdelar och utrustning till modernisering av hissar. Därför vill företaget bredda sitt utbud av produkter, för att i större utsträckning kunna erbjuda helhetslösningar för modernisering. I nuläget ingår inte ett dörrlås i produktutbudet. Därför bestämde sig Järn och Metall att utveckla ett nytt dörrlås till hissar när deras största kund Kone AB visade intresse för detta. Uppdraget att ta fram ett dörrlås föranledde examensarbetet i rapporten.

Förekomsten av övervikt, fetma och dess konsekvenser är ett problem för den globalafolkhälsan. Många svenskar äter för mycket mättat fett och salt. Nyckelhålet symboliserarmindre fett, bättre fettkvalitet, mindre salt och socker, samt mer fullkorn och kostfiber. Idagsläget finns ingen nyckelhålsmärkt färdigpaj på marknaden. Studien är ett samarbete medLivsmedelsverket och Procordia med syfte att utveckla en paj som uppfyller kriterierna förNyckelhålet och för ett hälsopåstående och vars innehåll kan matchas med de ingrediensersom används vid industriell tillverkning.

Detta arbete har utförts i Finland hos ett företag inom stenbearbetningsbranschen, en bransch där de flesta företag i norden endast tillverkar produkter mot kundspecificerade order till följd av hård priskonkurrens vid tillverkning av standardprodukter från främst kinesiska aktörer.Syftet med detta arbete har varit att studera hur Lean produktion och några av de teorier som ofta förknippas med Lean produktion är tillämpningsbara vid tillverkning av produkter vars mått och form specificeras av kunden för att studera huruvida dessa kan användas för att minska ledtiden i produktionen.Metoden för att finna hur Lean produktion förhåller sig vid produktion där lagerföring av färdiga produkter ej är möjligt har utförts genom att utföra en värdeflödesanalys av produktionen hos en producent av stenprodukter, för att därefter studera teorier som används inom Lean produktion för att minska ledtiden i produktionen och analysera huruvida dessa är tillämpbara i produktion där alla produkter varierar berörande mått, form och material till följd av att varje order specificeras av kund.Under arbetet har även försöksplanering utförts för att finna hur vissa faktorer samspelar vid kapning av kvartskompositprodukter för att på så sätt försöka finna faktornivåer som kan minska antalet defekter som uppstår. De defekter som var mest frekventa var skärvor som lossnar från materialets kanter, snedskärning i materialet samt att materialet i vissa fall spricker vid kapning. Av dessa defekter studerades endast skärvor som lossnar från materialet, då de andra defekterna inte uppstod vid utförandet av försöket.Resultatet av arbetet visar att ett Lean tänkesätt är tillämpbart i en produktion av denna art. Vissa av de studerade teorierna är lämpliga att använda som de är utformade, medan vissa teorier kräver en del modifikation för att tillämpas eller alternativt finna bättre lämpade teorier att utnyttja. Exempelvis så kan 5S, Supermarkets och FIFU användas i produktion där tillverkning endast sker direkt mot order.

This study is a first attempt to try to understand what the variables could be that make the person responsible for the grave sign up for grave gardening services by the church or to maintain the grave by him- or herself. There has been almost no research done within this subject. This study has been made by a qualitative research method and interviews have been performed with both persons responsible for the grave who have gardening services made by the church and with those who maintain the grave by themselves. The characteristics that are affecting consumer behaviour and the buyer decision process are presented in the theoretical part of this study. That is done so it can be seen if a comparison between the results of the study and the basic theoretical concept is possible, resulting in an understanding of how the costumers think and argue about this question.

I Sverige tillverkas betong normalt med glaciofluviala grusavlagringar(naturgrus). På senare år har tillgång på naturgrus blivit starkt begränsade i vissa regioner och man vill av miljöskäl minska förbrukningen av det som återstår. Återvinnig av material som kan ersätta detta är både bra av miljöaspekt samt öppnar väg för produktion av betong med nya egenskaper.Med lättballastbetong avses betong i vilken ballastmaterialet helt eller delvis består av någon typ av lättballast som har en partikeldensitet som är markant mindre än vad som är normalt för normala bergartsmaterial såsom granit, gnejs eller kalksten. Lättballast är porös, dvs innehåller hålrum, och får därför lägre hållfasthet än normalballast. I lättballastbetong bestämmer lättballastpartiklarna många av betongens egenskaper, såsom hållfasthet, elasticitetsmodul och krympning.Examensarbetets inledande del är en state-of-the-art rapport som omfattar tillverkning av lättballastbetong i allmänhet, både i färsk och hårdnade tillstånd, samt dess beståndsdelar med fokus på skumglas som lättballast.

The transformation among armed forces in Europe is a consequence due to shifted security perspective and the growth of international security actors, such as NATO and the EU. Sweden has played an active role in EU to ensure its influence in forming the security policy for the organisation. Some studies mean it´s because of Sweden?s interest in strengthen EUs roll as a security actor they transformed their own armed forces to be able to take part in international operations. This transformation led to what can be called ?the Swedish defence dismantle? and some studies mean that it has led to the point where Sweden completely lacks the ability to defence themselves.The question is if the ambition to become an active member in these security organisations can explain all the decisions made throughout the Swedish defence-transformation, or if some decisions were made due to other factors?By studying the decision process leading up to the decision to locate the flight education to Malmen in Linköping this study seeks to answer why the decision was made.

Syfte: Att göra en kostnadsanalys mellan tillverkningsmetoderna Modular Socket System (MSS) och gipsavgjutning med standardlaminerad hylsa (GASL) på transtibial nivå för att se vilken metod som är mest lönsam ur ett landstingsperspektiv.Metod: Data samlades in under nio veckor genom att sammanlagt 20 patienter följdes på två ortopedtekniska verkstäder.  Deras kostnader kartlades gällande tillverkning av en fungerande protes, där tillverkningsmetoden var MSS eller GASL. I en kostnadsanalys belystes tidsaspekter och materialkostnader. Andra faktorer som studerades var leveransdagar, antal besök och resekostnader. Det gjordes även en känslighetsanalys på osäkra variabler för att belysa deras påvekan av resultatet.Resultat: Totalt sett var kostnaderna för MSS signifikant högre jämfört med GASL. Detta berodde på en signifikant högre materialkostnad som inte kompenserades av en låg arbetstid och arbetskostnad.

Discussions have been made with workers in the trade of making the walls waterproof.The conclusion in the rapport is about who´s responsible for the damages and will pay the cost of the renovation. The responsibility is discussed between the contractor and the insurance company.

This method ispainful and risks infection due to tissue damageand skin penetration.One way to get a painless non-damaging techniquewith high delivery rate that still can delivery largemolecules is to manufacture an array of microscopichollow needles and equip them with a pumping unitthat delivers the correct amount of drugs.This thesis shows the technique and possibility ofmanufacture micromachined needles using low costtechniques of Ion Track Technology (radiation ofheavy ions creates porous materials), electrolessdeposition (non-current activated wet chemistrymethod of depositing metal) and electroplating.

How did he change the technique of warfare that made it possible to beat the Spartans? "Epaminondas, founder of cities and wall-builder." How did he build the walls around the cities he initiated, that made them resist enemy attacks for many years to come?While seeking the answers to yhese questions I will make a contextual analysis to get the historical background to all the phenomina involved..

This degree project has been performed with Mega Teknik AB in Landskrona. The project has resulted in a workplace for the cable installers of Mega Teknik. The workplace contains a workbench and a cart.The first stage in this project was to make an analysis of the current workplace to identify the needs the installers had.The different principle construction proposals of how the workbench would look like and which functions it would have was made during brainstorming, in groups and alone. These proposals were compared against each other using a functional analysis that has been put up to get the principle construction that fulfilled most points in this analysis.The proposal chose for further work was a cart and a bench with a module intends, the table got a formulation that creates a better reach for the installers.This proposal was generated in Catia V5 to get a better overview of the suggested proposal.During the primary structure phase drawings over all the products were made and the components were chosen. Calculations were made and the product got the dimension required.

På SAAB Aerostructures i Linköping utvecklas och tillverkas delsystem, så som dörrar och skevroder, till kommersiella flygplan åt framförallt Boeing och Airbus. Inom flygindustrin går utvecklingen mot en större användning av kompositmaterial i denna typ av strukturer. För att befästa sin position på marknaden och bygga kunskap kring konstruktion i och tillverkning av kompositmaterial har SAAB startat ett forskningsprojekt kallat GF Demo. Projektet syftar till att ta fram nästa generations kompositstrukturer för civilflygplan, samt att utveckla effektiva produktionsprocesser för detta. En utmaning med konstruktioner i kompositmaterial är den dyra och komplexa tillverkningsprocessen.
