Syftet med följande studie var att visa vilken påverkan den anafylaktiska reaktionen har i patientens dagliga liv samt vilken betydelse immunterapin har för insektsallergiska personer. Litteraturstudien bygger på åtta kvantitativa och två kvalitativa studier och granskningsmetoden som använts är Goodman. Resultatet visade att det dagliga livet hos allergiska personer för¬ändras efter allvarliga eller upprepade allergiska reaktioner samt att immunterapi var en effektiv preventions¬åtgärd mot att drabbas flera gånger av liknande reaktioner efter insektsstick..

This paper is a critical evaluation of the Swedish system with special mediation. The district court has the opportunity, in cases that are amenable to out-of-court settlements, to refer the dispute to special mediation. However, this is extremely rare, even though the legislature expressed a desire to increase the use of alternative dispute resolution. In 2011, a series of measures were taken to increase the use of mediation and strengthen mediation attractiveness. What effect can be inferred from these actions today, over three years after their introduction? This study analyses the main reasons offered for why mediation is not used more, and what should be done to increase the use of mediation.

AbstractThere is a general perception that women are victims and men are the perpetrators of sexual offense. Female perpetrators of sexual crimes have been neglected in the research literature, because female sex offenders do not live up to preconceptions of female as motherly and caring. Females tend to be responsible for a very small portion of all crimes and are estimated to account for 1-2% of all sexual offenses. Theories use to discuss female sex offending include neutralization of behavior, mental health and feminist theory. The aim of the present study was to describe female sex offenders and examine the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim by analyzing court judgments.

Abstract This thesis is based on a case study of the drawn out legal process on the question of establish a limestone quarry in Bunge Ducker in north Gotland (Sweden). LVM- vården har som uppgift att bryta ett destruktivt missbruk, främja motivationen till fortsatt frivillig vård samt långsiktigt främja frihet från missbruk och utvecklandet av en sundare livsstil.     Syftet med studien var att undersöka motiverande faktorer vid Rällsögården utifrån ett klient- och personalperspektiv. Likheter och skillnader mellan klienters och personals uppfattningar om motiverande faktorer analyserades för att undersöka vilken eventuell inverkan dessa kan ha på Rällsögårdens mål att motivera klienten till fortsatt frivillig vård. Tidigare forskning inom ämnet behandlar relationsskapande inom en tvångsvårdskontext, LVM-vårdens syfte och verkställande samt motivationsfaktorer inom tvångsvården.     För att besvara syfte och frågeställningar genomfördes studien med en kvalitativ ansats. Datainsamlingen skedde genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Respondenterna bestod av tre personal och tre klienter från Rällsögården.     Resultatet av studien visar att faktorer som rör relation, organisation samt yttre och inre faktorer i klientens liv kan ses som motiverande faktorer av så väl personal som klienter på Rällsögården.

The aim with this study was to find out how young people at age 16-19 years in Kalmar, Sweden use and interact through Facebook. The questions in our questionnaire were based on three themes, these are; friendship relations on Facebook, what influence Facebook has on young people and how they choose to present themselves on Facebook. The theory that was applied on this study is of social-psychological kind. We chose the theory because we figured it would be suitable to further explain and dispute the aim of the study. The result shows that many different variables can matter in a study like this. We chose to look at a few, such as for example sex and age and we found out that there is a great difference between the way girls and boys use Facebook and how they choose to present themselves in this social media. For a long time economic tax equalization system in Sweden has been creating dispute between Swedish communities. Despite the main purpose of the system - to reduce disparities and create equal economic opportunities for all communities ? some regions were not satisfied.The main purpose of this study is to determine what extant has equalization tax on investment spending of Danderyd municipality during 2000-2010 year period. The study is based on annual reports and personal interviews. The theoretical frame of the investigation is founded on Fjertorp's classification of investments and public choice theory.The investigation shows that there were no significant changes neither in investment spending or equalization tax during 2000-2010 period, even after the last changes of economic tax equalizations system in 2005.

The purpose of this study was to examine children's participation in court proceedings on supervised visitation and to analyse the descriptions of children in court verdicts. Eleven verdicts concerning supervised visitation resolved in 2014 were collected from two district courts in Stockholm County and studied with a qualitative textual analysis. The material was analysed with participation levels influenced by the ladder of participation for children developed by Roger Hart and with the theory of sociology of childhood. Our findings showed that children's opinions were mentioned in eight of the verdicts. In four verdicts the children's will influenced the courts decisions.
